The <code>DoWork()<\/code> method uses the <code>Sleep()<\/code> static method of the <code>Thread<\/code> class to delay for one second.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Second, use the <code>Stopwatch<\/code> object to measure the running time of the program.
