Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) reported a net profit of ₹13,718 crore for Q4 FY26, reflecting a 12% year-on-year increase from ₹12,224 crore in Q4 FY25. The company achieved revenue of ₹70,698 crore for the same quarter, marking a 9.6% year-on-year increase from ₹64,479 crore in Q4 FY25. TCS's annualized revenue from its AI services business reached approximately $1.8 billion, growing 17.3% quarter-on-quarter, indicating strong demand for AI-led transformation initiatives. Additionally, TCS completed the acquisition of Coastal Cloud for $700 million, enhancing its Salesforce and AI capabilities. The company also added 2,356 employees in Q4 FY26, bringing its total headcount to 584,519, despite a net reduction of 23,460 employees over the fiscal year due to restructuring efforts.
