The Dominguez Varsity Cheer Team made history, securing a State Championship title on April 11th at the Sharp International California Championships. The team won the Varsity Small Division Non-Tumbling title.

Samantha Genovez, a proud graduate of the Dominguez High School Class of 2025, is on her way to Mt. Saint Mary’s College this fall, where she will major in Biology. Her goal is to become a cardiologist—an aspiration fueled by determination, resilience, and the strong foundation she built in CUSD.
