The Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) is the federal authority for cybersecurity in Germany. It monitors the IT security threat situation in Germany on a continuous basis. There are no grounds for sounding an all-clear for the IT security situation faced by Germany in 2025. This situation remains very tense.
