Built for small & mid-market teams • Team Brain • Decision OS

Brain Meld helps your team punch above its weight class.

Brain Meld turns scattered knowledge into repeatable execution - so decisions, context, and the "why" don't disappear when the meeting ends.

A Team Brain and Decision OS with traceable provenance.

  • Onboard faster - stop re-learning the same context
  • Fewer rewinds - decisions stay linked to the "why"
  • More trust - provenance you can verify and share

Neuroscience-Inspired Architecture

Neural Parallels

BrainMeld's trust and conflict resolution system implements fundamental principles of biological learning — refined by millions of years of evolution.

Hebbian Learning

"Neurons that fire together, wire together." Correlated neural activity strengthens synaptic connections.

Trust Weight Reinforcement

Agents that produce consistently accurate knowledge strengthen their domain-specific influence weights.

Hippocampal Pattern Separation

The hippocampus keeps similar memories distinct, preventing interference between closely related experiences.

Conflict Detection

Preserves conflicting agent perspectives rather than forcing premature consensus — disagreement is signal.

Pattern Completion

The hippocampus reconstructs full memories from partial cues — a fragment triggers the whole picture.

Coverage Gap Detection

Identifies when one agent has knowledge another lacks entirely — surfacing blind spots across the team.

Long-Term Potentiation

Repeated successful activations create permanent synaptic connections — the basis of lasting memory.

Trust Score Persistence

Consistently accurate agents build durable trust scores that persist across sessions and projects.

Synaptic Pruning

Unused neural pathways weaken and are eliminated over time — the brain's economy of attention.

Trust Decay

Configurable trust decay ensures outdated or inactive agent knowledge doesn't dominate fresh insights.

Neural Ensemble Voting

Populations of neurons vote on perceptual decisions through distributed consensus — no single neuron dictates.

Quorum Resolution

Multiple agents synthesize knowledge through weighted voting — the quorum produces consensus, not any single agent.

These aren't superficial analogies — they're deep structural principles that inform BrainMeld's algorithms and differentiate it from every other knowledge platform.

How it works

Brain Meld is a Team Brain and Decision OS. It makes context durable, searchable, and trustworthy.

1) Capture the decision

Keep the decision, the options, and the tradeoffs — not just the final answer.

2) Attach provenance

Link the evidence, notes, and model attribution so teams can verify what they're building on.

3) Turn it into action

Make it executable: tasks, playbooks, checklists, and automation triggers.

The Reverse-Git Model

Git starts with one source and lets it branch. Brain Meld starts with many sources (agents/people) and melds them into one shared truth.

In plain English: instead of branching from one "truth," we combine inputs into a single, team-ready decision - with provenance.

TRADITIONAL GIT
One source of truth
BRANCH A
BRANCH B
BRANCH C
Merge back (often painful)
BRAIN MELD

AGENT B
AGENT C

Shared truth (team-ready)

What ships first (v0 workflows)

Platforms don't earn trust on promises. Brain Meld will earn it by shipping a few high-leverage team workflows that reduce rework and make execution lighter.

Decision Log

Capture the decision, the options, and the tradeoffs - then keep it linked to the work.

Example:
"We're standardizing on Customer.io (not HubSpot sequences) because…", linked to the rollout tasks.
  • Decisions stay searchable
  • New hires ramp faster
  • Less re-litigating old calls
Provenance

Attach sources and attribution so teams can verify what they're building on.

Example:
Link the PRD section, meeting notes, and the model output that ultimately influenced the final decision.
  • Know the "why" and the evidence
  • Reduce "random AI says…" risk
  • Build confidence across teams
Execution Hooks

Turn knowledge into action: tasks, checklists, playbooks, and automation triggers.

Example:
A "launch checklist" that auto-creates tasks and assigns owners when you mark a decision as approved.
  • Less drop-off after meetings
  • Repeatable operations
  • Fewer things slipping through cracks
Want to shape v0?

We're recruiting 10-30 design partner teams. You'll get direct influence on what ships and early access to each workflow as it lands.

The rocket is fueled and on the launch pad. I don't want to be left on the ground with those watching from the shore - their experience is memorable, but it isn't life changing. I'm hopping aboard, fully understanding the risks and rewards. Ready to go forth.

Become a design partner

We're recruiting a small group of teams (10-30) to shape v0. If you want Brain Meld to solve a real execution bottleneck in your org, we'll work closely with you.

  • Direct influence on what ships
  • Early access to workflows + iterations
  • A lightweight feedback cadence (fast, not meetings for meetings)
What we'll ask (2 minutes)

So we build the right wedge for teams like yours.

What keeps getting re-decided (because context disappears)?
Where does handoff friction create rework?
What would "punching above weight class" look like in 30 days?

Get early access

Join early access. We'll reach out when the first team workflows are ready - and we may ask a few quick questions to make sure we build the right wedge. If you're a small/mid-market team that wants to punch above your weight class, you're the target.

Join 30+ teams shaping the future of team knowledge

Not sure which path?
  • Early access = stay in the loop + get the product when it's ready.
  • Design partner = book a quick call and help shape what ships first.

We'll never sell your email. This is just for early access updates.

FAQ

Is Brain Meld a platform or an app?

Both. We're starting with a concrete wedge (Team Brain / Decision OS) and expanding into a broader platform once the wedge proves value.

How do you handle data and security?

We'll publish clear boundaries early. The v0 principle is simple: your team's data stays your team's data. We'll be explicit about what is stored, what is sent to models, what is never shared, and how you can export/delete.

Who is early access for?

Small and mid-market teams who want to move faster, onboard faster, and keep decisions linked to the "why."

Will any of this be open source?

Yes - likely parts of the stack. The hosted product will focus on the hard parts teams pay for: governance, integrations, audit/provenance, and reliability.
