Harry Levin

LINSKA
After a successful turn as an actor appearing in many notable programs such as Charlie’s Angels (2019) and Resident Evil (2022), Ella Balinska is now shifting her attention to the dancefloor under the name of Linska. Her first tracks only came out last year, but she’s already making huge noise in the world of house and techno. She’s had releases on Gorgon City’s REALM Records and Rebūke’s ERA. The two tracks on the latter are collaborations with Rebūke himself: her debut release, “Digital Dream,” and her most recent, “Choose Life.” Rebūke’s ice-cold club sound is an excellent backdrop as Linska orates haunting prose, detailing technological and societal subservience with seductive elocution. But her own production prowess is not to be trifled with either. “Bad Boy” on REALM is the kind of rumbling melodic techno that can unite any crowd behind its hypnotic rhythms.

JOSI DEVIL
Very few stamps of approval bear as much weight as Hessle Audio, and one of the latest co-signs from Ben UFO, Pangaea, and Pearson Sound is Josi Devil. After a few years of sparse yet innovative releases on labels like Sector 7 Sounds and Innamind Recordings, in addition to a spot on Rinse FM’s class of 2024, the Bristol native has shared his new two-tracker, “Make It Better/Restless Sleep,” on the revered UK label. The first half of the release employs bubbling suspense with screechy layers built from soul vocals, leading into a slamming club beat. Then flip the record over for a stuttering minimalist break with basslines so deep they can only be felt rather than heard.

GUINNY
Coming in hot as a core member of Berlin’s Toy Tonics crew, GUINNY’s massively funky style is in demand like musical sunshine after a long winter of heavy darkness. The London-based producer, DJ, singer, and violinist has released two EPs via Toy Tonics: Speechless and Money Don’t Love Ya. Both channel the type of effusive, soul-igniting joy that only the dancefloor can provide, relying on classic synth sounds and effervescent vocals. In addition to her musical talents, GUINNY is also an educator, taking to Instagram to share her process for creating her tracks. She’s filmed videos on sampling, recording her violin, and synth production.

SINCA
Sinca is making waves across some of the most respected entities in expressive four-on-the-floor music. Throughout her short and fruitful career, she’s delivered chilled-out afters energy via Altered States, explored atmospheric deep house with Anjunadeep, and coasted along the swimming melodies of Purified Records. Other than her keen ability to imbue her emotional stylings into different genres, the French-Canadian and Peruvian artist contributes her diverse cultural upbringing to her productions. Some tracks like her serene organic house tune, “Printemps” on All Day I Dream feature her intriguing French spoken word, and all throughout her discography she employs the kind of intricate rhythmic layering that has a long history in South America.

ANGEL LEE
2025 has already been a whirlwind for the rising producer and DJ, Angel Lee. She put out her new peak-time house music EP, DEVI, on HE.SHE.THEY back in February, but the support was coming even before the release. Danny Howard and Jaguar, two of BBC Radio 1’s most revered broadcasters, played the title track on their shows. As a UK native, BBC Radio 1 is one of the greatest accolades for her, but Lee is also of Indian heritage and she integrates her cultural sounds into her high-energy beats. “DEVI,” which is named after her mother, features tabla drumming and an Indian female vocalist, chopped up into stuttering melodic accouterment.

MERCA BAE
With historical ties to Latin music and a proximity to the electronic exploration of the European mainland, Spanish artists like Merca Bae have established a consistent reputation for bridging different worlds in their music. He hails from Madrid, and over the last several years he's demonstrated his mastery of Latin club genres like reggaeton alongside a keen understanding of drum & bass, techno, breaks, and more. At the top of 2025, he released Merca Zip /2024/, the latest in a mixtape series he has been running since 2016. In this entry, he jumps from the shapeshifting techno of “Sazón de Luna Llena” to the deep club grooves of “Copal” to the cycling drum & bass of “Gabriel” that is tinged with authentic Latin guitar picking.

BIMINI
BIMINI has been accruing international attention long before they were a DJ and producer. They stole the show of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, they’ve been featured in campaigns for premier fashion brands like Calvin Klein and H&M, they were the first non-binary model signed to the women’s division of Next Models, and they’re also a published author, writing the Sunday Times best-selling book, Release The Beast. Now they are taking their turn in the world of music. They put out their first track in 2021, a cheeky brit-pop single, “God Save This Queen.” Since then they’ve shifted towards the dancefloor, signing a deal with Relentless Records that’s led to numerous releases and numerous different styles. Their first track on this deal was the soulful house heater, “Different Kinds of People.” They touched on piano house with “Moonlight” and their first track of 2025, “Heartbreaker,” dives into the realm of computerized techno.

NOTRE DAME
In 2022, Notre Dame signed his spellbinding EP, Yumi, to Diynamic, the label owned by the melodic master himself, Solomun. Since then he has touched on all of the hallmarks of composition-forward club sounds. His entry into Armada was a collaboration with the Afro house titan, AMÉMÉ. He went deep into house music for “The Bridge,” his single on Gorgon City’s label, REALM. “Kids Never Stop Dancing” harbors the worldly feel of Cercle Records. His remix of “My City’s On Fire” by Jimi Jules welcomed him into the mysterious catalog of Innervisions with its tightly wound funk. On the flipside, artists who have given him their cosign through remixes include Tiësto and Johannes Brecht. In addition, Notre Dame has just launched his freshly minted imprint, Paranormal Society, with the breathtaking single "Do For Your Love" which you can listen to below.
