they are two completely different languages, and are ment for two different purposes. python can do things that java can't, and java can do things that python can't.
the python languages is a scripting language, and is also built for being easy to use. its a great language to learn if it is your first time learning a language.
java is built for the web. sometimes you see java-applets in web sites. java powers these. java's syntax is simular to c++.
each language has pros and cons, and mattering on what you are trying to achieve, different languages can help.
Java is not better than VBNet, nor is VBNet better than Java. Eachone has its advantages and disadvantaged over the other one.
Jython is a version of the Python programming language that is integrated with the Java programming language, allowing you to mix Java and Python code and run both on the Java Virtual Machine.
Python is a coding language just like any other (i.e. C++, Java, FORTRAN). So, in short, Python can do anything you want to do. Some things to note though are that python is a high-level language and might be slower than other lower ones. However, the trade off is that you can code much more quickly than you can in C or Java.
They are completely different languages. Visual Basic is Microsoft's implentation of BASIC, and is tied to the .NET Framework, or Mono if you plan on porting it to other platforms. Python's syntax is dependent on tabs and/or spaces, and Java would have similar syntax to languages inspired by C (C#, Java, JavaScript, and so on). They both have interpreters, and are cross-platform out-of-the-box.
I don't think it is the easiest - definitely not the easiest to learn. For example, I found Python to be much easier to learn than Java. The introduction to computer science course at the Udacity website uses Python; you may want to get started there.
They are all programming languages.
No, flash player is better and faster.
I think oracle is better than Derby
Python is in no way required on a Microsoft or Apple operating system. Python is a programming language/interpreter and is just an addon. Python, a computational language, like Java/C++, is not required to operate a computer. It is solely a shell and language combination that programmers might use to write code/ algorithms in a simpler language than Java. You do not need it unless you want to use for coding or learning computational function construction. Your computer will not be affected by whether or not you have Python, (the latest version is 3.0).
In Java, Indonesia, a 900 pound, 49 foot long python is believed to be the largest ever recorded.
This question makes no sense.
Beacuase Java's Concept is OOP object oriented programming and with grate feature include better then assembly lang.
The best current programming language is Python and Ruby.
Java and Flash Player are used for different purposes. They both have their advantages and disadvantages.
I don't see any reason why they would be better.
Jython was first developed to replace 'C' with 'Java'. It is a cross-platform operational system, combining both Python and Java. Jython can use and/or import any Java class around.
Nor better nor worse, just different. None of them substitues the other.
I personally enjoy Python rather than JavaScript. Both are great coding devices. Java is mostly used to build web-based stuff, adding interactive aspects to websites, like Netflix and Uber. Python is used for developing websites and software, task automation, data analysis, and data visualization. It is very easy to learn, so easy in fact, that accountants and scientists use it for simple things, like managing finances, etc. Both have their own specialties and areas of expertise, But overall, Python is the more preferred coding engine, where JavaScript is the more well known one.
It is a different tool with difference strengths and weaknesses.
A rattle snake might be deadlier than a python. A python doesnt have venom but it does kill you.
