In Figure 10 is presented a comparison between the antioxidant potential of hydroalcoholic extracts obtained from leaves of Ribes Nigrum and Vaccinium Myrtillus. It is to be noted that the percentage of inhibition of oxidation when using Vaccinium Myrtillus is higher than that of Ribes Nigrum. This conclusion stands also for the expriments run to determine the antioxidant activity of hydroalcoholic extracts by spectrophotometric method.
In Figure 10 is presented a comparison between the antioxidant potential of hydroalcoholic extracts obtained from leaves of Ribes Nigrum and Vaccinium Myrtillus. It is to be noted that the percentage of inhibition of oxidation when using Vaccinium Myrtillus is higher than that of Ribes Nigrum. This conclusion stands also for the expriments run to determine the antioxidant activity of hydroalcoholic extracts by spectrophotometric method.
