This work presents the elaboration and documentation of the cleaning program and disinfection of the laboratories of the Department of Microbiology of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, this which was elaborated through of investigation of descriptive type. The information was collected through of bibliographical revision of specificationses and administrative like legals.

Para el desarrollo de las investigaciones doctorales se plantean dos etapas de trabajo que deberán generar igual número de documentos para ser entregados y evaluados por parte del director de la tesis junto con el grupo de sínodos del comité de obtención de grado, de acuerdo con los siguientes guiones de trabajo:

Pneumonia in our environment is a very common disease, most pediatric patients with variations in relation to age, the underlying problem or predisposing factors, hence the importance of collective and individual discover what are the major risk factors in this disease. This study aims to describe the factors associated with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) in children under 5 years. Lima from January to December 2013-an observational, descriptive, retrospective study, which includes patients under 5 years admitted to the HAMA was conducted. We included 230 patients with the diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia, which was presented more frequently in male patients (66.5%). The average age of presentation was 1 year and 2 months. It was also more frequently present in patients with mothers with low education level (32.5%), with exposure to overcrowding (55.6%) with acute and chronic malnutrition (54.8%), poor breastfeeding (69%) .
