Partindo do pressuposto que raramente os alunos contactam com recursos didáticos de cariz palpável na sala de aula, considero que a aplicação dos mesmos poderá marcar pela diferença, no sentido de rentabilizar e proporcionar uma maior dinâmica no contexto de lecionação de conteúdos na área disciplinar de História e de Geografia. Tenciono com este trabalho mostrar que os materiais que apresento são recursos didáticos que devem ser utilizados sempre que possível em sala de aula, pois provocam o interesse e motivação nos alunos e a aprendizagem torna-se mais intuitiva. Neste sentido, reflito de uma forma crítica sobre os estudos realizados na Escola Secundária Dr. Joaquim Gomes Ferreira Alves, a lecionar a disciplina de História, a duas turmas de 7.º ano e uma turma de 9.º ano de escolaridade, e a disciplina de Geografia, a uma outra turma de 9.º ano de escolaridade. Irei expor a natureza dos materiais utilizados em cada aula, fazendo sempre alusão aos padrões comportamentais dos alunos e às alterações evidenciadas, sobretudo nos comportamentos e procedimentos dos alunos. Importo-me com a apreciação que os alunos fazem sobre este género de aula-oficina, nomeadamente conhecer o seu grau de satisfação e de motivação. Considero este estudo importante do ponto de vista didático, mas também pedagógico. Assim, afiro as materialidades como um veículo de aproximação na relação professor-aluno e aluno-aluno, desenvolvendo as atitudes dos mesmos.

Once regarded as the author's passive message produced to be decoded by the readers, the written text is now viewed as a dynamic entity through which the notion of interactivity between the writer and the readers is thought to be made feasible. Based on the argument that metadiscourse markers help transform a dry and tortuous piece of text into coherent and reader-friendly prose, the researchers in the current study attempted to investigate the effect different metadiscourse markers might have on Iranian EFL learners' perception of written texts. To this end, 120 undergraduate English students were given three different texts chosen from the most common textbooks in BA (in TEFL), along with their doctored versions (all MD-removed, interactive-removed, and interactional-removed). Each text duo was then accompanied by an 8-item questionnaire adopted from Ifantido (2005). The statistical analysis of the data pointed toward the positive role of metadiscourse markers in bringing about ameliorated text perception on the part of EFL learners. Furthermore, the comparison of the results gained in each separate phase of the study, processed through the application of ANOVA and LSD tests, revealed that texts with both interactive and interactional resources had more effect on learners' perception of written texts. Moreover, it was found that interactive and interactional resources had more or less the same effect on learners' reactions to texts. To summarize, in line with the findings of the present study further evidence is gathered in favor of the argument holding that metadiscourse markers bring about an increased amount of coherence and reader-friendliness in texts.

Bu calismanin amaci, Smith R, Schutz R, Smoll F ve Ptacek J (1995) tarafindan gelistirilen “Sporcularin Psikolojik Becerilerini Degerlendirme Olcegi”nin Turkce dil gecerlilik guvenirlik calismasinin yapilmasidir. Calismaya farkli spor turleri ile ilgilenen 282 sporcu gonullu olarak katilmistir. Envanterin yapi gecerligini degerlendirmek icin dogrulayici faktor analizi kullanilmistir. Yapi gecerligine iliskin bulgular, orijinal envanterin yedi faktor yapisi ile tutarlidir. Uyum indeks degerleri RMSEA=0.05, SRMR=0.06, NFI=0.90, NNFI=0.95 ve CFI=0.95 olarak belirlenmistir. Envanterin ic tutarlik degeri ise 0.85’dir. Sonuc olarak, “Sporcularin Psikolojik Becerilerini Degerlendirme Olcegi”nin sporcular icin gecerli ve guvenilir bir olcum araci oldugunu soyleyebiliriz.

Bu amaçla sınıf öğretmeni yetiştiren okullarda verilen beden ve spor eğiliminin ne derecede verimli olduğunu tesbit için ders progra~ları incelenmiş, bu programlar Avrupa'da aynı amaçlı eğitim kurumlarının programları ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Aynca öğretmenlere anket uygulanarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar tablolar halinde sunularak tartıştımıştır.

Many language students face difficulties when listening to a second language. For English as a Second Language (ESL) students, listening is not usually a significant part of their lessons. Educators usually pay more attention to reading, writing and speaking skills, resulting in listening anxiety among students. Additionally, listening activities are often carried out only to test the students’ abilities, which may also lead to anxiety and apprehension (Vandergrift, 1999). According to Young (1992), anxiety is one of the key elements for poor listening abilities. Effective listening requires students to apply certain mental steps to address their listening anxiety or challenges. Goh (2000) stated that teaching listening strategies to the students is very helpful for developing students’ comprehension. Learning grammar is crucial to improve students’ linguistic competence. However, face-to-face time is limited for engaging students in learning grammar in the classroom. Therefore, students are normally encouraged to participate in grammar learning activities outside the classroom. This paper examines types of grammar learning activities that students prefer to do outside the classroom, types of grammar learning activities that students have done voluntarily for practicing grammar outside the classroom, and whether online grammar games on the Internet is easy to obtain and suitable for the students’ course. The sample of the study was 110 predegree students aged 18 years old. The data gathered by using a questionnaire and analyzed by using Microsoft Excel 2013.

A presente investigação tem o intuito de apresentar resultados iniciais do projeto de pesquisa intitulado “Inovação em Propostas de Ensino de Geografia (IPEGEO): estratégias para a formação/atuação de professores de Geografia na Educação Básica”, em desenvolvimento no IESA/UFG, financiada pela Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de Goiás (FAPEG). Para isso, pautamo-nos em uma pesquisa de cunho bibliográfica, recorrendo principalmente a Cavalcanti (2019; 2024) que discute a construção do pensamento geográfico no ensino e aprendizagem em Geografia, e Leontiev (2004; 2005) que trata o desenvolvimento da atividade de ensino e estudo. Posto isso, foi definido como objetivo principal compreender as potencialidades do IPEGEO para a organização do ensino de Geografia. Como objetivos específicos, buscamos analisar as possíveis fragilidades na formação inicial e continuada de professores de Geografia; e entender a didática da Geografia como um balizador na construção do pensamento geográfico.

In a context of financial restraint and enterprising university managers, teacherresearchers have reason to be sceptical about the trend towards online teaching and away from learning for its own sake. This article departs from both economic and technological determinism and turns instead to ideas about technology embedded in social and political institutions. Activity theory offers a useful means of analysing such embeddedness. Its Marxian assumptions about human nature specify a non-deterministic approach to technology. Its dynamic model of the subjects, tools, and objects of activity within a context of rules, a community, and a division of labour helps to specify aspects of the author's process of learning how to use electronic conferencing effectively. A full deployment of activity theory would also analyse the activity of students. Here the evidence comes mainly from the activity of researcher-teachers engaging greater activity among students. The numbers of students involved precludes reliable quantitative analysis but qualitative evidence from students does support conclusions about researcher-teachers learning how to make best use of electronic conferencing.

The use of cartography as a teaching resource in geography teachingResumoO artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a proposta de um material didatico cartografico que foi usado durante as aulas de Geografia no Estagio Supervisionado no Ensino Medio, realizado em 2018.  Para tal, foi organizada uma dinâmica de construcao do mapa do Brasil com a producao de fontes de energias por regiao e tambem das potencialidades regionais para outras possiveis geracoes de energias. A atividade foi realizada na turma de terceiro ano do Centro Integrado de Educacao Navarro de Brito, situado em Vitoria da Conquista-BA. Children with a low socio-economic background frequently fail to reach a high level of scholastic performance during their school years. The school milieu is a potential contributor to this scenario, as schools are generally designed for the attributes, needs, and skill levels that are characteristic of children from middle socio-economic backgrounds. As a result, these children require specific intervention to enable them to function within this 'alien' system. Drama offers unique and exciting possibilities in this field. Previous research endorses the use of improvisational strategies for this specific purpose; and the theories propounded by learning and language theorists and drama educationalists provide a strong theoretical framework. This study involved a sample of 56, 9 to 10 year old students with low socio-economic backgrounds. An 8 week improvisational drama programme (16 one-hour sessions) was administered to half the students, while the others served as a control. The design of this study was quasi experimental and followed a pre-test/training/post-test format. The study aimed to assess the effectiveness of this programme by both quantitative and qualitative methods. The purpose of this study, therefore, was to assess whether improvisational dramatic strategies would affect three skill areas of oral comprehension (translation, interpretation, and extrapolation) and also, children's attitudes both toward themselves and others. Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmenlerin okullarında karara katılma düzeyleri ile örgütsel muhalefet algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelenmektir. Araştırma İstanbul ilinde görev yapmakta olan 373 öğretmen ile yürütülmüştür. İlişkisel tarama modelinde tasarlanan araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Alanoğlu (2019) tarafından geliştirilen "Öğretmen Karara Katılma Ölçeği" ile Kassing (2000) tarafından geliştirilen ve Türkiye koşullarında geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması Dağlı (2015) tarafından yapılan "Örgütsel Muhalefet Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin karara katılma düzeylerinin yüksek, örgütsel muhalefet algı düzeylerinin ise orta düzeyde olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin karara katılma ve örgütsel muhalefete ilişkin algılarının öğretmenlerin cinsiyetlerine, mesleki kıdemlerine ve görev yaptıkları eğitim kademelerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği bulunmuştur. Öğretmenlerin karara katılmaları ile örgütsel muhalefet algıları arasında ise istatistiksel olarak negatif yönlü, orta düzeyde ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Öz Bu çalışmanın amacı "ilkokul öğrencilerine yönelik problem çözme testi ve dereceli puanlama anahtarı" geliştirmek ve psikometrik özelliklerini belirlemektir. Araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama türünde tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmaya 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Ankara ilinde öğrenim görmekte olan 105 ilkokul 4. sınıf öğrencisi katılmıştır. Problem çözme dereceli puanlama anahtarı Polya'nın problem çözme basamakları temelinde şekillendirilmiştir. Bu basamaklara, zamanı etkin kullanma ve alternatif çözüm önerisi sunma kriterleri de eklenerek bir puanlama anahtarı tasarlanmıştır. Problem çözme testi geliştirilirken de 4. Sınıf düzeyinde problem çözme kazanımları ekseninde 8 soru hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmada ölçeğin geçerliğini belirlemek amacıyla yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda problem çözme testinin, araştırmada olması beklendiği gibi tek faktörden oluştuğu, maddelerin toplam varyansı açıklama oranının ise %81 olduğu görülmüştür. Ölçeğin güvenirliğine ilişkin Cronbach alfa değeri .96'dır. Çok yüzeyli Rasch analizi sonuçlarına göre ölçeğin puanlayıcılar arası güvenirlik değerlerinin eşit olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ölçeğe ilişkin yapılan analizler sonucunda 8 madde ve tek faktörden oluşan geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek elde edilmiştir.

This study conducted to determine the perception of athletes interested in team and individual sports related to mental toughness situations. In the study cross-sectional method used. The study sample consisted of 155 individual or team sport participants from Rize province. In the study in order to determine the mental toughness perceptions of the participants the Turkish version of Madrigal, Hamill and Gill (2013)’s Mental Toughness Scale used. The scale adapted into Turkish by Erdoğan in 2016. The scale is a self-report scale with 11 items anchored with 5 Likert type scale. To analyze the data first Kolmogorow-Smirnow used in order to determine the distribution of the data and then Mann Whitney U and Kruskall-Walliss tests used. Mangarrayi is a critically endangered language from the western Roper River region in the Northern Territory of Australia. Today the greatest concentration of Mangarrayi people live at Jilkminggan, 135 kilometres south-east of Katherine. Although several older Mangarrayi speakers remain, the language is no longer used in day-to-day communication. However, there is a desire amongst a number of young adult community members to learn some of their heritage language. In this paper we discuss the process undertaken to support these aspirations, focusing on the use of exemplar Mangarrayi utterances sourced from archival documents as a key to developing a basic level of communicative competence in contexts identified as important to learners. This requires a clear understanding of how and when to use the utterances. We propose using a combination of language functions, topics, and sub-topics to clarify usage and support non-specialist community members in using these for learning and teaching Mangarrayi. for the Dynamics of Language (CE140100041).

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkçe öğretmenlerinin ortaokullarda öğrencilerin dinleme ve konuşma becerilerinin ölçülüp değerlendirilmesine yönelik görüş ve uygulamalarını değerlendirerek bir durum tespiti yapmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı eğitim kurumlarında görevli öğretmenler arasından amaçlı örnekleme yoluyla oluşturulan çalışma grubundaki katılımcılarla görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Bunun yanında katılımcıların ilgili beceriler için yaptıkları uygulamalı sınavlarında kullandıkları dokümanlar da toplanarak içerik analizi tekniğiyle incelenmiştir. Araştırma ile elde edilen bulgulara göre, araştırmaya dâhil edilen öğretmenler, dinleme ve konuşma becerilerin gelişim durumlarının ölçülüp değerlendirilmesinin öğrencilerin beceri gelişimine katkısı açısından oldukça önemli olduğunu düşünmektedirler ancak yapılan bu değişikliğin ani olması, zihinlerde olgunlaştırılmadan ve öğretmenlerin eğitsel hazırbulunuşluğu sağlanmadan uygulamaya geçirilmesini ise üzerinde durulması gereken bir durum olarak değerlendirmektedirler. Dinleme ve konuşma becerilerinin uygulamalı sınavlarla değerlendirilmesi uygulamalarının öğrencilerde görülen tutum, davranış, yaklaşım ve tepkileri ile sınava katılım durumları konusunda sadece iki katılımcının olumlu, araştırmaya dâhil edilen katılımcıların çoğunluğunun ise sınavın öğrenciler üzerinde telaş, heyecan, kaygı, korku, olumsuz tutum vb. olumsuz durum oluşturduğunu dile getirmişlerdir. The objective of this study is to develop interactive learning multimedia of Powerpoint (POWTOON) in teaching and learning activities especially in reading subject. The study also aims to examine the effectiveness of power point in forecasting approach especially in econometric chapter. A total of 39 students from part 4 Diploma in Statistics , UiTM Cawangan Kelantan were selected as sample. The interactive learning multimedia of time series analysis course was successfully developed and named as 'e-powtimesanalysis'. This 'e-powtimesanalysis' gives significant and valuable contributions to statistics educational practice and knowledge in the area of time series anaysis in the context of Malaysian Institution of Higher Learning. The findings also reveals that the students performance improved by 15.69% when teaching and learning process integrated the interactive approach. The implication of this study suggested that the 'e-powtimesanalysis' can be used to enhance the quality of teaching and learning process in statistics education and simultanoeusly increase the students' performance in times series and forecasting subject.

Öz: Otizm tanılı öğrenciler bilişsel sorunlardan dolayı okuma öğreniminde güçlük yaşayabilmektedir. Birçoğunun harfleri tanıyarak heceleri okuyabildiği; ancak heceleri birleştiremedikleri için sözcük düzeyinde okumayı öğrenemedikleri görülmüştür. Bu duruma çözüm olarak otizmli öğrenciler etkili yöntemler ve bireyselleştirilmiş uygulamalara ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Bu nedenle bu araştırmanın amacı, uyarana ipucu ekleme ve ipucunu silikleştirmeyle öğretim yönteminin otizmli bir öğrencinin sözcük okuma öğrenimi üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Bu kapsamda araştırma sürecinde 3 farklı kategoriden 5'er tane sözcük olmak üzere toplamda 25 sözcük üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Araştırma tek denekli araştırma modellerinden davranışlar arası çoklu başlama modeli ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın katılımcısı okuma bilmeyen 10 yaşında otizmli bir kız öğrencidir. Araştırmada araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan demografik bilgi formu ile kontrol listeleri veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bağımlı değişkeni sözcük okuma becerisi; bağımsız değişkeni ise uyarana ipucu ekleme ve ipucunu silikleştirmeyle öğretim yöntemidir. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler çizgi grafiklerine aktarılarak yorumlanmıştır. Bulgular incelendiğinde yöntemin otizmli öğrencinin sözcük okuma öğrenimi üzerinde olumlu yönde etkisi olduğu ve öğretimden sonra da etkinin devam ettiği görülmüştür. Buradan yola çıkarak yöntemin otizmli öğrencinin sözcük okuma öğreniminde olumlu etkisinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. İleriki araştırmalar için, daha fazla sayıda otizmli öğrenci ile daha fazla sayıda sözcüğün kullanıldığı çalışmalar yapılması, ek olarak farklı yetersizlik türleri ile de çalışmaların yapılması önerilmektedir.

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, sınıf öğretmenlerinin yabancı uyruklu öğrencilere yönelik tutumları ile kültürlerarası duyarlılık düzeyi arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir.Yöntem: Araştırmada nicel araştırma yaklaşımı benimsenmiş ve tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak “Kültürlerarası Duyarlılık Ölçeği”, “Mülteci Öğrenci Tutum Ölçeği” ve “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Şanlıurfa il merkezinde görev yapan sınıf öğretmenleri, örneklemini ise bu öğretmenlerden seçilmiş 355 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem seçiminde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. The Science and Technology curriculum which was began to be applied in [2005][2006] educational year emphasizes the importance of arranging educational environments in the manner of raising individuals who inquiry, can think critical and also emphasizes the importance of actively, intellectual and corporal education of students. Thus, in this study with the intend of being an example to teacher candidates and to teachers, by preparing a labaratory activity with 5E model that support the training method based on inquiry, the subject of fifth grade "characteristics of matter-density" is applied to 29, primary education fifth grade students in 2008-2009 educational year. In this developed labaratory activity, levels of students are considered and activities in "structured, inquiry level" are arranged. At the end of this labaratory activity, it is found that, labaratory activities that based on inquiry, are effective for both comprehending the subject and developing a positive attitude toward the science and technology class.

Bu çalışma ile matematik öğretmenlerinin kullandıkları problem türlerinin belirlenmesi ve kullanılan problem türlerinin öğretmenlere bağlı olup olmadığının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma kapsamında yapılan literatür çalışması sonucunda problemler sunuş, içerik ve çözüm olmak üzere 3 kategoride sınıflandırılmıştır. Bu problem yapılarını detaylandırmak ve öğretmenlerin kullandıkları problem türlerini belirlemek amacıyla Trabzon İli içerisinden seçilen 4 ilköğretim matematik öğretmeninin dersleri bir ay süreyle izlenmiştir. Gözlemler yardımıyla belirtilen problem yapılarına yönelik alt kategoriler oluşturulmuştur. Sunuş açısından öğretmenlerin daha çok sözel, kısa ve çok sayısal veri içermeyen problemleri tercih ettikleri görülmüştür. İçerik açısından ilgisiz ve eksik veri içermeyen, müfredata bağımlı ve rutin problemlerin baskın olduğu ortaya çıkarken; çözüm yapısında ise en çok kolay ve bol işlem içermeyen problem türleri tercih edilmektedir.Her ne kadar öğretmenlerin yetiştirmesi gereken bir müfredat ve sistem gereği yapılan bir seviye belirleme sınavı gibi engeller mevcut olsa da öğretmenlerin farklı problem türleri hakkında bilinçlenerek belirli aralıklarla sınıf ortamında kullanmalarının hem öğrencilerin farklı problem türlerini görmeleri hem de problem çözme başarılarını artırabilmeleri açısından önemli olacağı düşünülmektedir.

Visual literacy has recently become an increasingly important skill in modern education systems. Therefore, it is necessary to identify effective methods to enhance the visual literacy skills of Turkish language teacher candidates and integrate these skills into course content. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the
Digital Image Guide Method on the visual literacy skills of Turkish language teacher
candidates. The research was conducted during the 2021-2022 academic year with 70 Turkish language teacher candidates enrolled in the Turkish Language Teaching program at Akdeniz University. The "Visual Literacy Scale" developed by Arslan and Nalıncı (2014) was used to measure visual literacy skills. In this context, pre-tests and post-tests were administered to the participants.
Initially, the visual literacy scale was applied to determine the visual literacy levels of the participants. Subsequently, the participants received a total of 3 hours of training over 9 lessons, focusing on the definition of digital images, known as the DIG Method. After the training, the visual literacy scale (post-test) was reapplied, and the research was concluded. Additionally, to obtain more in-depth information, a semistructured interview form developed by the researcher was used with 16 voluntary Turkish language teacher candidates who participated in the study.
At the end of the research, dependent groups t-test analysis was conducted for the sub-dimensions that showed a normal distribution based on the pre-test and posttest results, while the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was applied to the sub-dimensions that did not show a normal distribution. A significant difference was observed in the mean total scores. The post-test mean scores of the group were higher than the pretest mean scores. Overall, the Turkish language teacher candidates who participated in the DIG Method training reported that the DIG Method was beneficial in various aspects

Metadiscourse is one of the linguistic features which helps to interact between the writer and reader and also to maintain the coherence of an essay. Every writer communicates with the reader and the writer can effectively reach his reader through metadiscourse. Since writing an essay only involved one way interaction between the writer and reader, it is a big challenge to ESL learners to write effectively and coherently. So it is interesting to study how the ESL learners produced the features of metadiscourse in their writing. In this study, an analysis of metadiscourse on a corpus of 200 evaluative essays done by UiTM Degree students from hard and soft science courses was carried on based on Hyland (2005)’s table of interactional metadiscourse. The recent global economic exchange and business trade has led to the growth of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) courses in many Asian institutions. In Cambodia, there has been a similar demand for ESP courses in the higher education context, mainly triggered by the ASEAN economic integration in 2015, which introduced English as the working language of the ASEAN member countries . Despite the increasing need for the development of such courses, only a limited number of courses have been developed within the country without any systematic needs or situation analysis. Moreover, there has been limited research in this ESP field, especially in the Cambodian higher education context, either on designing, or evaluating ESP courses . To address this gap, the current thesis aimed to develop a needs and situation analysis model to assist in the ESP course design in the Cambodian higher education context. The study is the first comprehensive large scale empirical research which analyses perceptions of both academic and industry stakeholders on the necessity of ESP course design, the ESP course content, scope, syllabus, challenges and measures needed for ESP course development. A sequential explanatory mixed methods design, combining questionnaires and interviews, was employed in the current study . The research constitutes a case study, focusing on a needs and situation analysis in the Faculty of Science at a Cambodian university. Three hundred and forty-one participants were recruited in the quantitative phase, thirty of which volunteered to be interviewed in the qualitative phase. Philosophy courses began to be taught in 10th grade in high schools for the first time. A curriculum for this course was prepared in 2018, and this program has been implemented in high schools since the 2018-2019 academic year. In this study, the philosophy course curriculum implemented in 10th grade was evaluated in line with the opinions obtained from the teachers. For this purpose, 7 philosophy group teachers working in public high schools in the Merkez, Çay, and Bolvadin districts of Afyonkarahisar province were interviewed. Through the interviews, data were collected via a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. In this context, the questions were prepared to determine what the teachers thought about the achievement, content, teaching and learning and evaluation dimensions of the 2018 philosophy course curriculum used in the 10th grade. According to the teachers, the achievements are numerically sufficient. The achievements are clear and understandable. It was stated that the achievements were suitable for the level of the student. In the opinions about the content, it was determined that the content was suitable for the level of the student, the content overlapped with the achievements and the content was sufficient. Opinions in the context of teaching and learning dimension are predominantly negative. Among these, two prominent negative opinions were that the activity examples were not included in the curriculum and that the curriculum did not have guiding aspects such as cartoons and movie suggestions. Regarding the measurement-evaluation dimension, the teachers thought that measurement samples should be included in the curriculum. Again, in this dimension, there was an opinion that the curriculum should direct the use of process-oriented measurement-evaluation methods instead of product-oriented measurement-evaluation methods and techniques.

Motor oluk sayısının bilinmesi ihtiyacı motor kontrolünde ve "durum izleme" algoritmalarında ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu makalede rotor oluk sayısını kestirmek için sunulan yöntem, bir sürücü süreceği motora bağlandığında "tanıma" algoritması içinde kolayca uygulanabilecek bir yöntemdir. Yöntem motor akımları üzerinden uygulanabileceği gibi, gövde üzerine yerleştirilecek basit bir bobin aracılığı ile de uygulanabilir. Bu nedenle ekipmanın mekanik düzeninde hiç bir değişikliğe ihtiyaç bırakmaz. Makalede yöntemin dayandığı teori sunulduktan sonra, yapılan deneylerle kutup sayısından bağımsız olarak doğru sonuçlar verdiği gösterilmiştir. Ayrıca kestirim hassasiyeti motor yüküne de bağımlı değildir. Bir PWM sürücü ile değişik frekanslarda da deneyler yapılmıştır. Bu şartlarda da hassas olarak oluk sayısı belirlenebilmektedir. Ancak, özellikle düşük frekanslarda birden fazla veri alınması gereği ortaya çıkabilmektedir.

Bu çalışmada bir ve iki parametreli kendine eş operatör fonksiyonların bazı sınıfları için Riesz bazı ve özdeğer problemleri ele alınmıştır. İlk olarak iki parametreli sınırsız dalga tipi operatör polinomların spektral yapısı incelenmiştir. Bu operatör polinomlar aşırı sönümlü olmayan operatör fonksiyonların ana sınıflarından birini oluşturur. Burada bir parametre sabit tutulduğu zaman spektrumun ayrık olması ile ilgili teoremler verilmiştir. Kök bölgelerinin bazı kısımlarında reel özdeğerler için varyasonel formüller belirlenmiştir. Bu, operatör polinomlar sınırlı biçime dönüştürülmeden yapılmıştır. Sözü edilen sınıf için sayısal bölge ve kök bölgelerinin yapısını incelemek amacıyla daha genel kendine eş operatör fonksiyonları da kapsayan bir model oluşturulmuştur. Bu model çerçevesinde kök bölgelerinin bazı kısımlarında köklerin ve özdeğerlerin dağılımı ile ilgili teoremler ispatlanmış ve kök bölgelerinin bazı bağlantılı kısımları belirlenmiştir. Dalga tipi operatör fonksiyonların bir çoğunda sağlanan bazı doğal ek koşullar altında kök bölgelerinin üst üste bindiği gösterilmiştir. Son olarak kendine eş sürekli operatör fonksiyonlar için Riesz bazı problemleri ele alınmıştır. Bazı koşullar altında, yoğun bir alt sınıf için özvektörlerin Riesz bazı oluşturduklarını gösteren bir teorem verilmiştir. Genelde bu konu ile ilgili çalışmalarda faktörizasyon yöntemi kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada is Riesz bazı ile ilgili problemleri çözmek için spektral dağılım fonksiyonlarına dayalı tamamen farklı bir teknik kullanılmıştır.

Katılımcılar rastgele yöntemile 3 gruba ayrılmıştır. Her grup 15 (9 erkek+6 kadın) kişiden oluşmuştur. Farklımiyofasyal gevşeme tekniklerinin esnekliğe etkisinin araştırıldığı çalışmada germegrubu (G), germe+köpük silindir grubu (GK) ve germe+darbeli masaj grubuna(GDM) uygulama günü 50 rpm 5 dakikalık bisiklet çevirmeyle ısınma ardından,otur-eriş testi ve dikey sıçrama testleri uygulandı. Bu arastirmada, okul oncesi egitim alaninda calisan ogretmenlere yonelik mesleki etik ilkeleri olceginin gelistirilmesi ve gecerlik ve guvenirlik calismalarinin yapilmasi amaclanmaktadir. Bu amac dogrultusunda okul oncesi ogretmenlerden gorusler alinmistir. Bu gorusler ve alan yazin incelenerek olcegin deneme formuna iliskin maddeler yazilmistir. Bu maddelerden olusan taslak form 245 okul oncesi egitim veren ogretmene uygulanmistir. Olcegin gecerligini iliskin kanit elde edebilmek icin faktor analizi yapilmistir. Bu analiz sonucunda olcegin dort faktorlu bir yapiya sahip oldugu bulunmustur. Olcegin guvenirligine iliskin kanit elde edebilmek icin hesaplanan Cronbach alfa guvenirlik katsayisi ise 0,95 olarak bulunmustur. Alt boyutlara iliskin guvenirlik katsayilari da 0,90 ile 0,94 arasinda degismektedir

Bu araştırmanın amacı beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin medya okuryazarlık düzeylerini cinsiyet, yaş, medeni hal, eğitim durumu, meslek kıdemi, eğitim kademesi ve görev yeri değişkenlerine göre incelemektir. Araştırmada beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin medya okuryazarlık düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla Korkmaz ve Yeşil (2011) tarafından geliştirilen "Medya ve Televizyon Okuryazarlık Düzeyleri Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırma modeli, genel tarama modellerinden betimsel-tarama modelidir. Bu araştırmada genel tarama modeli, "Tesadüfi Örneklem" yöntemiyle örneklem grubuna uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Sakarya ve Bartın ilinde farklı eğitim kademelerinde görev yapan 628 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Sakarya ve Bartın İlindeki beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenleri arasından tesadüfi yolla seçilen 244 gönüllü beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcıların demografik özelliklerine göre medya okuryazarlık düzeylerinin incelenmesi amacıyla MANOVA testi ile veriler analiz edilmiştir. Gruplar arasındaki farklılığı belirlemek amacıyla TUKEY testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularında "medeni hal" değişkeninin "Medya ve Televizyon Okuryazarlık Düzeyleri Ölçeği" nin alt boyutları üzerindeki etkisinin anlamlı farklılık içerdiği tespit edilmiştir. Diğer değişkenler "Medya ve Televizyon Okuryazarlık Düzeyleri Ölçeği" nin alt boyutları üzerinde anlamlı farklılık içermemesine rağmen, faktörler boyutunda ortalama puanların farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma ilgili literatür taranarak ve çalışmaya ilişkin önerilerde bulunularak tamamlanmıştır.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, erken ve orta evredeki Parkinson hastalarında (PH) omuz postürü ve dengeyi incelemekti. Yöntem: Çalışmaya erken ve orta evredeki PH (n=14) ve sağlıklı kontrol grubu (n=14) dahil edildi. Katılımcılar Haziran-Aralık 2019 tarihleri arasında değerlendirildi. Çalışmamızda postür değerlendirilmesi, Android sisteme sahip cihazla PostureScreen Mobile uygulaması kullanılarak yapıldı. Denge, gözler açık ve kapalı olarak Biodex-BioSway™ Denge Sistemi ile değerlendirildi. Bulgular: PostureScreen Mobile uygulamasında PH'da postüral değişikliklerin kontrol grubuna göre daha fazla olduğu görüldü (p<0,05). Erken ve orta evredeki PH'nın kontrol grubuna göre gözler açık ve kapalı dengenin azalmış olduğu görüldü (p<0,05). PH'da gözler açık toplam salınım ile omuz ve başın yer değişiklikleri arasında mükemmel ve çok iyi derece arasında korelasyon ilişkileri bulundu (p<0.05). Gözler kapalı toplam salınım ile omuz ve başın yer değişiklikleri arasında mükemmel ve iyi derece arasında korelasyon ilişkileri bulundu (p<0.05). Gözler kapalı toplam salınım ile anteriorda başın yer değişimi arasında ilişki bulunamadı (p>0.05). Sonuç: Bu çalışmada, erken ve orta evredeki PH'da tremorun başladığı taraftaki omuzda postüral değişikliklerin kontrol grubuna göre daha fazla olduğu ve PH'da dengenin azalmış olduğu görüldü. PH'da omuz ve baş postürü ile denge arasında ilişki olduğu görüldü. Kliniklerde erken ve orta evredeki PH'da omuz ve baş postürünün dengeyi etkileyebileceğini ve yaralanmalara daha açık hale getirebileceğini göz önünde bulundurarak asimetrik postürü önlemeye yönelik müdahalelere rehabilitasyon programının erken döneminden itibaren dahil edilmesi gerektiğini düşünmekteyiz.

O presente trabalho descreve um relato de experiencia realizados no ano de 2018 de bolsistas do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciacao a Docencia, PIBID, do curso de licenciatura em geografia realizados na Escola Estadual Professor Iago Pimentel, localizada no Bairro Tejuco da Cidade de Sao Joao del Rei, em MG, com alunos do 6o ano do ensino fundamental. A discussao da experiencia e dos resultados alcancados com o recurso maquete possibilita confirmar o potencial do recurso maquete e tratar da importância do programa para a formacao inicial do licenciando. O PIBID visa a formacao do professor, o apoio a escola publica na transformacao do espaco escolar, o aprimoramento no ensino pelo vies da valorizacao docente e o reconhecimento do espaco da escola como de producao de conhecimento. A pratica proposta com maquetes permitiu acompanhar o envolvimento dos alunos com os trabalhos e com os conteudos geograficos tratados de maneira satisfatoria.

Bu belirtilenlerin karsilamasi icin kente yasayanlarin yasam kalitesinin / memnuniyetinin nesnel olcumunu yapmaya yonelik psikolojik olcum araclari gerekmektedir. Bu calismada bu dogrultuda bir olcek gelistirilerek psikometrik ozelliklerinin incelenmesi amaclanmistir. Uc farkli calismayla 14 farkli il ve 67 farkli ilceden toplamda 1430 kisiye, gelistirilen olcek uygulanmistir. Sonuc olarak oldukca iyi psikometrik ozellikler gosteren 50 maddeli ‘A Kent Yasamindan Memnuniyet Olcegi’ gelistirilmistir.

Since Osborn (1957) introduced the technique that was very valuable to create new ideas, the technique has been applied tremendously in various area and disciplines. Without exception, in industrial design practices, group brainstorming is also a tool that is much preferred by designers to elicit creative ideas. Undergraduates also are exposed with this technique to generate the creative ideas. This is because, they are always dealing with the problem of human everyday; make a better design for the sake of human. This technique emphasizes in the group. There are many factors have been determined by prior research. The prominent production loss that is disturbing this technique is Production Blocking. This study examines two main factors, personality traits and Ownership of the topic which influence Production Blocking in group brainstorming. Personality can be referred to as a consistent behavior pattern and intrapersonal processes within the individual. Ownership of the topic relates to the interest of individuals in engaging the brainstorming activities especially in industrial design. Production Blocking includes competition to speak among individuals. 115 groups which consist of 460 Industrial Design undergraduates across 6 public universities have participated in this study. The hypotheses are tested using analysis of Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression. Results show that personality of Extraversion and Openness are negatively significant related to the Production Blocking. However, Emotional Stability is not significantly related to Production Blocking. Results also reveal that Extraversion, Emotional Stability, and Openness are positively significant related to Ownership of the Topic. In accordance with the expectations, Ownership of the topic is positively significant related to Production Blocking. Results also demonstrate that Ownership of the Topic mediates the relationships between personality traits of Extraversion, Emotional Stability, and Openness and Production Blocking. In other words, groups that are high on these three personality traits would owned the topic given subsequently, reduce competition of speaking time during brainstorming session. The results are of potential interest to industrial design context, educators, and researchers.

This work is one in a series that focuses on nine languages repress '.ing the bulk of the second language learning effort in Australian education (Arabic, Modern Standard Chinese, French, German, Modern Greek, Indonesian/Malay, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish). These languages were categorized as the Languages of Wider Teaching. This particular work describes the prominence of the French language in modern language teaching in Australia and the criticism this prominence has attracted; one of the tasks of this report is to address the place of French among other languages in Language Other Than English (LOTE) provision policy. Topics addressed include French in education; immersion and bilingual programs, and primary and secondary partial immersion programs; teacher training, curriculum, and materials. An attitudinal survey is described that examines the drop in enrollment for French language instruction between Years 10 and 11. Survey findings focus on the reasons for discontinuing and for continuing French. Students reported that the most important reason for discontinuing French was that other subjects were considered more important. There is some evidence to support the idea that students continue French studies for integrative reasons. Profiles of French in postsecondary education, French in specialist professional training (e.g., business, engineering), and Australia's French-speaking population are provided. This work is one in a series that focuses on nine languages repress '.ing the bulk of the second language learning effort in Australian education (Arabic, Modern Standard Chinese, French, German, Modern Greek, Indonesian/Malay, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish). These languages were categorized as the Languages of Wider Teaching. This particular work describes the prominence of the French language in modern language teaching in Australia and the criticism this prominence has attracted; one of the tasks of this report is to address the place of French among other languages in Language Other Than English (LOTE) provision policy. Topics addressed include French in education; immersion and bilingual programs, and primary and secondary partial immersion programs; teacher training, curriculum, and materials. An attitudinal survey is described that examines the drop in enrollment for French language instruction between Years 10 and 11. Survey findings focus on the reasons for discontinuing and for continuing French. Students reported that the most important reason for discontinuing French was that other subjects were considered more important. There is some evidence to support the idea that students continue French studies for integrative reasons. Profiles of French in postsecondary education, French in specialist professional training (e.g., business, engineering), and Australia's French-speaking population are provided. This study investigates, evaluates, and discusses how the education of people
with hearing impairments and their inclusion process occurs within UFRJ. The
data were obtained through the voices of the participants involved in this process
of social inclusion, namely, students with hearing impairments, their interpreters,
and their professors. The specific electronic questionnaires used were distributed
through the Accessibility Directorate (DIRAC) of the Federal University of Rio de
Janeiro (UFRJ) to the three groups of respondents, containing requests for
socioeconomic information and questions about the type and quality of the
courses offered. A five-point Likert scale was employed to evaluate the
participants’ attitudes and opinions. Additionally, the questionnaires included
open-ended questions regarding classroom procedures and the overall
environment at UFRJ. The analysis of the social representations of students with
hearing impairments, interpreters, and faculty was based on the qualitative
approach proposed by Lefèvre and Lefèvre (2006), the Discourse of the
Collective Subject (DSC). Our results indicate the existence of socioeconomic
differences between the three groups investigated. In a few cases, some
socioeconomic characteristics of the group influenced the responses. For
example, the higher the level of education of deaf students, the greater their
understanding of professors being less discriminatory. The data also show that,
in general, UFRJ welcomes this contingent of people reasonably well, in the
opinion of the three groups analyzed, although they acknowledge that
adjustments are necessary. Challenges in the communication process and a lack
of goodwill among various members of the UFRJ community were highlighted.
For instance, one professor, unfamiliar with deaf culture, made comments that
reflected a reluctance to engage, such as: “most people are hearing, the deaf
have to adapt”; “I don’t have time for that”; “I don’t have the funds for that’.
Information about inclusive policies in the process of implementation does not
adequately permeate the organizational structures within the faculty environment
at UFRJ, with reports reflecting the following perception: “I still have the
impression that everything that revolves around students with hearing
impairments needs to be explained at every interaction in the classroom and in
extracurricular environments as if it were the first time. It seems like there is a
foreign body that no one knows about; it has to be there, but they don’t know what
to do”. Finally, this study identified that it was not uncommon for a significant
portion of the UFRJ population to lack knowledge of the laws, including students,
technical administrative staff, and deaf students.
