The stylistic analysis of Robert Browning’s poem ‘Patriot into Traitor ’ is done by using graphological, phonological, morphological and lexico-syntactic patterns. This analysis is helpful in decoding the underlying meanings of the poem. It clearly brings to surface what the poet really wants to impart.

Abstrak-The study aimed to find out the lexical, phonological, and morphological variations of the Mandaya language in the municipalities of Manay, Caraga, Baganga and Cateel in the province of Davao Oriental. This research was conducted to meet the following objectives: (1) To present the terminologies used in the four municipalities based on the Indigenous Knowledge System and Practices of Mandaya in cultural farming, hunting, fishing and animal husbandry. (2) To identify the variations in the Mandaya language based on lexicon, phonology and morphology. (3) To show the distinct linguistic feature in the Mandaya language that is different from Filipino language based on lexicon, phonology and morphology. Qualitative design, descriptive and indigenous methods were used in gathering and analyzing the data. Purposive combination and snowball sampling were utilized in choosing the informants. It was found out in the study that there was a variation of the Mandaya language in the four municipalities. In the lexical aspect, there were three evident categories: the different in form; the slightly similar in form; and the same in form but different in pronunciation. While in the phonological aspect, it also showed three variations; the phoneme /h/; the phoneme /ᵊ/ (swa); and the glide l or /l−l/. On the other hand, in the morphological aspect, the researcher observed two things: the affix and morphological phenomena occurring in the words in different dialects in Mandaya. In general, the occurrence of variations in lexical, phonological and morphological aspects in the Mandaya language was inevitable, and this was caused by the three factors: the linguistics, sociolinguistics and psychological. Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici strains were isolated from wilted tomato plants and soil samples collected from different tomato fields in and around Karnataka. A total of 114 isolates named as (MB1-MB114) were subjected to cultural, morphological and pathogenicity studies. Significant variations existed among the isolates with respect to rate and type of growth, colony colour, mycelial growth pattern, sporulation, septation of the conidia, number and pattern of chlamydospore formation. The isolates were studied for their pathogenic variability by inoculating to five different tomato varieties by standard root dip method. The pathogenicity of the isolates could be categorized based on their virulence. The invasive growth of the isolates was assayed by injecting the conidial suspension of the isolates to tomato fruits.

The article presents modern phenomena about morphological and electron microscopic features of the studied placentas in very early premature birth, complicated by premature rupture of membranes. These features were studied in different tactics of data management of pregnant women.
The objective: study of morphological and electron microscopic features of the studied placentas in very early preterm birth, complicated by PRPO.
Materials and methods. All 206 patients were divided into two groups. The main group included 150 pregnant women with PRPO at a gestational age of 22–28 weeks, and the control group included 56 pregnant women with a physiological course of gestation at a period of 22–28 weeks.
The main group is divided into 2 groups depending on the duration of waiting tactics and the method of delivery. Group I patients received treatment in accordance with clinical protocols by orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Pregnant women of group II were offered a tactic that involves prolonging gestation for 5 days (antibiotic therapy, RDS prophylaxis, magnesium therapy, in the presence of streptococcus B – treatment) followed by delivery by cesarean section. All patients with PRPO received antibacterial therapy from the day of hospitalization.
Results. The results of the study indicate that no significant differences between the study groups during the study were found. The expression data of progesterone receptors correspond to the results of hormonal research, which also did not reveal significant changes in the study groups, and confirm the theory of finding new provoking factors of PRPO in preterm birth.
Conclusions. Thus, it was first demonstrated that the content of progesterone in blood plasma and immunohistochemical expression of progesterone receptors in the placenta on the background of DRPP depends on the gestational age and not on the duration of the anhydrous period.

Construction and Demolition (C&D) wastes contribute the highest percentage of wastes worldwide (75%). Furthermore, ceramic materials contribute the highest percentage of wastes within the C&D wastes (54%). The current option for disposal of ceramic wastes is landfill. This is due to unavailability of standards, avoidance of risk, lack of knowledge and experience in using ceramic wastes in construction. The ability of ceramic wastes to act as a pozzolanic material in the production of cement has been effectively explored. The results proved that temperatures used in the manufacturing of these tiles (about 900⁰C) are sufficient to activate pozzolanic properties of clay. They also showed that, after optimization (11-14% substitution); the cement blend performs better, with no morphological difference between the cement blended with ceramic waste, and that blended with other pozzolanic materials. Sanitary ware and electrical insulator porcelain wastes are some wastes investigated for usage as aggregates in concrete production. When optimized, both produced good results, better than when natural aggregates are used. However, the research on ceramic wastes as partial substitute for fine aggregates or cement has not been overly exploited as the other areas. This review has been concluded with focus on investigating whether ceramic wall tile wastes used as partial substitute for cement and fine aggregates could prove to be beneficial since the two materials are the most high-priced during concrete production.

Abstrak. Yuniarti. 2011. Inventarisasi dan karakterisasi morfologis tanaman durian (Durio zibethinus Murr.) di Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 13 kecamatan di Kabupaten Tanah Datar dari bulan Februari hingga juli 2011, menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel secara sengaja (purposive sampling), kriteria tanaman yang sudah beberapa kali berbuah dan diminati masyarakat setempat. Untuk melihat tingkat kekerabatan antar tanaman durian dilakukan analisis kekerabatan dengan program NTsys versi 2.02. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Kabupaten Tanah datar ditemukan beberapa jenis durian dengan bentuk tajuk, bentuk buah, tangkai buah, berat, warna kulit buah, warna daging buah, aroma, rasa, tekstur dan ukuran biji yang berbeda tiap jenisnya. Berdasarkan analisis kekerabatan dari 58 karakter morfologis (kualitatif dan kuantitatif) didapatkan 2 kelompok besar dengan nilai kemiripan kelompok pertama dengan kelompok kedua yaitu 0,18. In this study, boron doped and undoped poly(vinyl) alcohol/zirconium-barium acetate (PVA/Zr-Ba) nanofibers were prepared using an electrospinning technique then calcinated at three different temperatures; 250 oC, 500 oC, 800 oC for 2 h. The
originality of this study is the addition of boron to metal acetates. The fibers were characterized by FT-IR, DSC, XRD and SEM. The addition of boron did not only increase the thermal stability of the fibers, but also increased their diameters, which gave stronger fibers. The FT-IR spectra of the fibers were in good accordance with literature data. The DSC results indicate that the glass transition (Tg) and melting temperatures (Tm) showed a change with the addition of boron. Also, boron doped fibers were observed to degrade at higher temperatures. XRD analyses showed that after further heat treatment at 800 oC, zirconia exists in two phases of tetragonal and monoclinic modifications. The systematic evolution of morphological features in the spun and the processed fibers were studied by scanning electron microscopy. The SEM appearance of the fibers showed
that the addition of boron resulted in the formation of cross linked bright surfaced fibers.

Colletotrichum causes anthracnose in crops around the world producing postharvest losses up to 60%. There are a great variety of Colletotrichum strains isolated from mango orchards. Thus, it is important to characterize their pathogenicity, as well as to perform a correct identification, in order to implement good strategies to eradicate the produced disease. The aim of this work is to identify Colletotrichum spp. and to determine the production of Pectate Lyase (PL) as a virulence factor in the pathogenicity process. Macroscopic characteristics of isolated colony vary from grey to salmon, sometimes showing luxuriant orange conidial masses with grey or white bottom. Conidia vary from 10.39 to 14.83 × 2.75 to 3.40 μm corresponding to C. gloeosporioides or C. acutatum according to Sutton. Growth rates vary from 0.1948 to 0.2239 day-1. Galls are plant tissue which is controlled by the insect. Galls are outgrowths on the surface of leaf caused by invasion of various organisms like Bacteria, Fungi, Insects, Parasites and Mites. Galls may be found on leaves, stems, twigs, branches, trunks and roots. There are hundreds of unique galls caused by insects and mites. They are formed on a variety of plants and in a broad range of sizes, shapes, colors and textures. Some galls are common and abundant and easily noticed. Others are rare or less conspicuous. This paper reports physicochemical study in leaf galls of Syzygium cumini. The parameters assayed were Total ash, acid insolubility and water solubility values and extractive values (Alcohol, water and petroleum ether).

In this work, a new segmentation technique that is suitable for segmenting black people's irises was developed. The system was simulated using irises of black people's faces captured in Nigeria and iris images from Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Automation (CASIA [1]), a standard iris database. The False Acceptance Rate(FAR) and False Rejection Rate(FRR) of the two image databases were obtained with varying Hamming Distances of 0.26, 0.30, 0.35, 0.39 and 0.45 respectively.

Maize is an important food, feed and industrial crop that is severely affected by adverse climatic conditions, especially heat stress. An experimental study was designed to characterize maize hybrids of different origin for morphological and phenological traits under heat stress. The research material consisted of 21 maize hybrids of different origin. Data were recorded for different plant traits related to heat tolerance: days to 50% tasseling, days to 50% silking, plant height, cob height, plant harvested, cob harvested, cob length, number of grains per cob, thousand grain weight, shelling percentage and grain yield per hectare. The results showed high genetic variability among maize hybrids for yield-related traits under elevated temperature stress. Principal component and biplot analysis were performed to assess heat tolerance in hybrids of different ecological areas. Locally bred maize hybrids FH-988, FH-922, FH-949, YH-1898, YH-5402 and YH-5133 were found to be the most heat tolerant and possessed high genetic divergence for yield and yield-related morphological and phonological traits under heat stress. The results also showed that days to 50% heading, days to 50% silking, grain yield per plot and cob length could be used as efficient selection criteria for the production of heat-resilient maize hybrids.

Le but de cette étude est de déterminer les propriétés morphologiques, qui ont assuré à l'Acacia raddiana, appartenant à la famille des Fabacées, son développement et sa reproduction dans un milieu aride comme celui du Sahara algérien. A cet effet, le choix de la région s'est fixé sur celle de Méguiden qui appartient, administrativement, à la Daïra de Timimoun pour désigner les échantillons de plantes dûment répertorié dans trois classes d'âge, en se basant sur la mesure des circonférences de leurs troncs. Les résultats obtenus ont indiqué que l'espèce Acacia raddiana est caractérisée par des paramètres qui ont permit à la plante de s'adapter aux conditions sahariennes entre autres ; comme les trichomes sur les deux faces des feuilles et des inflorescences, et l'existence des épines. Toutes ces propriétés rassemblées permettent à l'arbre de s'adapter au milieu saharien et par conséquent être l'espèce la plus xérophyte et phréatophyte capable d'exploiter l'eau de la nappe phréatique malgré des profondeurs importantes de celle-ci.

During past few years, human hand gesture for interaction with computing devices has continues to be thriving area of research. Hand gesture Recognition system received great attention in recent years because it provides human computer interaction and sign language. Hand gesture recognition is containing three stages: Pre-Processing, Features Extraction, classification. Most current approaches is based on the static hand gesture recognition Hand gesture recognition is often too sensitive to poor resolution ,environment of background, occultation among other prevalent problems and recognition dynamic hand gesture. So, proposed work investigates dynamic hand gesture recognition using Conditional Random Field. Result shows dynamic hand gesture recognition under complex background and achieve better recognition rate.

The working-experimentation, treats young basketball players aged 15-16 years (boys and girls), who in addition to attending classes, physical education and sport in schools they practice basketball in Pristina. The working-experiment contains a total of 7 morphological variables and four tests of basic motor skills and seven variables are situational motor abilities. In this research, it applied methods of t-test between morphological variables and basic motor skills and specific. Experimentation in question includes the number of 70 entities of both sexes; the group of 35 boys and the other group consist of 35 girls who have undergone the tests provided for this experiment.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the expression of the genes related to folliculo-genesis after vitrification of mouse ovarian tissues using a two-step in vitro culture. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, vitrified and non-vitrified ovaries from 7-day old (neonate) female mice were cultured using alpha-Minimum Essential Medium (α-MEM) supplemented with 5% fetal bovine serum (FBS) for 7 days. Morphology, surface area of ovaries and percentage of normal follicles were evaluated and compared in both groups. After one-week culture, in non-vitrified group, preantral follicles of cultured ovaries were isolated and cultured in a three-dimensional alginate culture system for 12 days. Then, the collected metaphase (M) II oocytes were inseminated with capacitated sperma-tozoa derived from 7-8-week old (adult) male NMRI mice. Follicular diameter, oocyte mat-uration, fertilization, embryo development and the expression of genes related to follicular development (Pcna, Fshr and Cyp17a1,) using real time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were assessed at the end of last culture period in both groups. Results: The ovarian area in vitrified group (162468.20 703.78) was less than non-vitrified group (297211.40 6671.71), while the percentage of preantral follicles in vitrified group (18.40%) was significantly lower than those of non-vitrified group (24.50%) on day 7 of culture (P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of follicular diameter, expression of genes related to development of follicles, oocyte matura-tion, fertilization, as well as embryo development (P>0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that vitrification of ovarian tissue following in vitro culture had negative impact on the survival and development of follicles within the tissue. However, no significant alterations were observed in development, gene expression and hormonal production of in vitro culture of isolated follicles derived from vitrified ovarian tissues as compared to the non-vitrified samples.

 Abstract— Citrus is considered as one of the most important agricultural products in the world; that increasing its yield and product has attracted global attraction. The present researchhas been designed in the Randomize Completely Design inthe factorial plan in four replications. The main factor was includedsubstrate enriched (PGPR bio fertilizers) and without enriched substrate. Subplot was conventional 5 treatments: 1) control (without chemical fertilizers and phosphate bio fertilizer), 2) seedlings' root inoculated with Pseudomonas putida 41; 3) phosphate fertilizer based on soil test; 4) phosphate chemical fertilizer, 25% less than soil test + Pseudomonas putida 41 and 5) phosphate chemical fertilizer, 50% less than soil test + Pseudomonas putida 41 in 4 replicates .Overall 40 pots have been tested. The results analysis with MSTATC software using Duncan test showed that wet and dry weight of root and shoot and the P, Fe, Zn concentrations and the lateral branches number increased in substrate enriched in compared with control. The growth parameters include; rootstock length, scion length, rootstock diameter and scion diameter increased in different treatments of pseudomonas and phosphorus fertilizer.

From 12000 BP and during five thousand years, the Middle East has been the theater of several essential and radical transformations, both in the symbolic and artistic life and in the development of equipment. The agro-pastoral economy, established at the beginning of the Neolithic, substitutes the Paleolithic mode of subsistence, based on predation and gathering. Moreover, and since the first attempts of constructions at the Kebarien period, societies have never ceased to innovate and improve the shapes, material and techniques of construction depending on their social and economic needs.

In the framework of a doctoral research at the University of Lyon II, the structures of combustion of five Neolithic sites, spread over the entire Syrian territory (Jerf el Ahmar, Tell 'ABR and Tell Halula, Wadi Tumbaq 3 and Tell Aswad), have been the subject of a thorough analysis. It has highlighted the morphological and techniques developments of these equipment in connection with different phases of the preceramic Neolithic. It has also allowed to suggest, through their location within the archaeological site, a socio-economic impact well beyond their function.

This presentation resumes the main points of this work, showing the correlation between the Neolithic cultural changes and the morphological and technical evolution of the combustion structures. It highlights the different use of earth to built these equipment, and the technical role of this material (earth) in the fire process of the combustion structure.

The purpose of this research is to identify the morphological nature of cancerous cell by employing image processing algorithms so that they can be used to automate diagnostic techniques, reducing the cost and increasing the accuracy of epithelial biopsy procedures. The approach taken combines a mix of image processing techniques and methods such as (median filter, unsharp mask and threshold). Next an averaging was done to remove noise and to distinguish between the two cells so that it can be easily identified which one has some abnormality. Lastly an improved future work of line plot in which will clearly identify the abnormality of a cell and hence recognize a cancerous cell accurately was proposed in this research.

Тhe study is first report on the biochemical composition of Agaricus bohusii Bon. The results obtained contribute to  the  knowledge  of  the  chemical  composition  of  mushrooms belonging  to  the Agaricus genus.  There  has  been isolation,  identification  and  analysis  of  the  polar  fraction,  lipid  and  mineral  content,  as  well  as  of  pigments. Proteins  contained  18  amino  acids. Amino  acid  profile  showed A.  bohusii proteins  are  rich  in  valin,  glutamic acid,  aspartic  acid,  glycine, isoleucine  and lysine. A  detailed  macro– and  microscopic  description  is  given. The species are described and illustrated on the basis of Bulgarian specimens.

In this study, neodymia doped poly(vinyl) alcohol/zirconium–cerium acetate (PVA/Zr-Ce) nanofibers were prepared using the electrospinning technique, and then calcined at 800°C for 2 hours. For this purpose, PVA/Zr-Ce polymer solutions doped with different concentrations of neodymia were prepared using electrospinning technique, and then calcined and sintered at 800°C for 2 hours. The effect of neodymia doping was investigated in terms of solution properties, morphological changes and thermal characteristics. The fibers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The measurements showed that the conductivity, pH, viscosity, and surface tension of the hybrid polymer solutions have decreased with increasing Nd acetate content. The FT-IR spectra of the fibers were in good accordance with the literature. The average crystal size values for calcined and sintered samples which were obtained from precursor solutions were calculated. XRD analysis showed that the crystallite size was decreased with increasing Nd content. This result is verified by the calculation of the total areas of the peaks appeared in the XRD spectra. The very sharp and high intense peaks found in the diffraction patterns revealed the crystalline nature of the product. Moreover, the SEM micrograph of the fibers showed that the average fiber diameters decreased with increasing Nd content.

Facial expression recognition is an interesting and challenging problem, and found in many applications like human-computer interaction (HCI), robotics, video surveillance, border security, clinical research, person verification, crime prevention etc.. Facial expression is the movement of the muscles beneath the skin of the face. Through facial expressions human can convey their emotions without any verbal means. In this paper we have created raw database of color images. Training and testing set of images are created. Color information in an image is used to detect the face from the image. Important features from the detected face are extracted to form feature vectors using Gabor and Log Gabor filters. Mammography is an efficient and contemporary option in diagnosing breast cancer among all ages of women. Nevertheless, the radiologist's has remarkable influence on revelation of the mammogram. It is a difficult and challenging task in identifying the masses in the breast region of a digital mammography. The proposed research intends to develop an image processing algorithm in identifying malignancy by using an automated segmentation technique for mammogram. The proposed work deals with an approach for extracting the malignant masses in mammograms for detection of breast cancer. The work proposed is based on the following procedure: (a)Removing the noise and the background information. (b)Applying thresholding and retrieving the largest region of interest (ROI). (c)Performing the morphological operations and extracting the ROI and identifying the malignant mass from the screened images of the breast. This method was tested over several images of various patients taken from a cancer hospital and implemented using Matlab code. Thus, capable in executing the pre-processed image effectively and detected the segmentation region and identified the malignant data for assessment.

Arabic morphological analysis is one of the essential stages in Arabic Natural Language Processing. In this paper we present an approach for Arabic morphological analysis. This approach is based on Arabic morphological automaton (AMAUT). The proposed technique uses a morphological database realized using XMODEL language. Arabic morphology represents a special type of morphological systems because it is based on the concept of scheme to represent Arabic words. We use this concept to develop the Arabic morphological automata. The proposed approach has development standardization aspect. It can be exploited by NLP applications such as syntactic and semantic analysis, information retrieval, machine translation and orthographical correction. The proposed approach is compared with Xerox Arabic Analyzer and Smrz Arabic Analyzer.

Recruitment strength is well recognized to be determined in the first year of fish and is closely related with growth and survival rate in the early life history [1]. Numerous studies have attempted to understand recruitment mechanism and predict population dynamics by analyzing occurrence, abundance, growth and mortality rate and its relationship with environmental variables in the larval and juvenile stages [2] Early life history studies have been highly developed since 1914, when Hjort first proposed that variation in larval survival could generate recruitment variability [3] Research contents of early life history can be categorized into three aspects: ontogenetic development and identification, distribution and abundance, and growth and survival. Larval species can be identified by morphological characters and molecular analysis [4] Spatial and temporal changes on larval occurrence and abundance in relation with environmental factors have been widely documented [5,6] Larval dispersal is an important component of understanding distribution and recruitment [7] Spatial and temporal variations on growth and mortality rates and its relationship abiotic and biotic factors are essential for revealing recruitment mechanism [8] In addition, the ‘growth-mortality’ hypothesis has been verified and implemented in many studies

In this study, boron doped poly(vinyl) alcohol/ HfO2 nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning using PVA as a precursor. The effect of boron doping was investigated in terms of solution
properties, morphological changes and thermal characteristics. Nanofiber mats were calcined first at 800 oC. Then, the calcined products were pelleted and sintered at a rate of 8 °C/min and remained 2 h at 850 oC at atmospheric conditions to produce ultrafine ceramic nanocrystalline powders. The fibers and nanocrystalline powders were characterized by FT-IR, XPS, XRD and SEM. The addition of boron did not only increase the thermal stability of the fibers, but also their diameters, which yielded stronger fibers. This paper presents a system for detection and classification of power quality (PQ) voltage disturbances. The proposed system applies the following methods to detect and classify the PQ disturbances: digital filtering and mathematical morphology are used to detect and classify transients and waveform distortions, while in case of short and long duration disturbances (such as sags, swells and interruptions) the analysis of the RMS value of the voltage is employed. The decision and classification process is based on disturbances knowledge base of an expert system. The proposed approach identifies the type of the disturbance and its parameters such as time localization, duration and magnitude. The proposed system is suitable for on-line monitoring of the power system and for implementation in a digital signal processor (DSP).

Waste tire dust (WTD) of mechanically reclaimed scrap tires was blended with polypropylene (PP) in five different compositions to prepare PP/WTD blends. Three series of blends with three different sizes of WTD (250-500 lm, 500-710 lm, and 710 lm-1 mm) were prepared in a Haake Rheomix Polydrive R 600/610 at a temperature of 180 C and a rotor speed of 50 rpm for 9 min. The results show that at the same blending composition, the PP/WTD blends with fine WTD size require higher equilibrium torque and exhibit higher values of tensile strength, Young's modulus, and elongation at break (E b) than that of blends with coarser WTD size. The swelling index of the PP/WTD blends reveals that the blends with fine WTD size have better swelling resistance in both oil and toluene than all blends with coarser WTD. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation indicates that the PP/WTD blends with the finest WTD size exhibit better PP/WTD adhesion than blends with coarse WTD sizes.

Facial expression recognition (anger, sad, happy, disgust, surprise, fear expressions) is application of pattern recognition and classification task. Through facial expression human beings can show their emotions. Its applications are in human-computer interaction (HCI), robotics, border security systems, forensics, video conferencing, user profiling for customer satisfaction, physiological research etc. This paper presented a Facial Expression Recognition system based using Log Gabor Filter and PCA. Euclidean distance is used as a classifier. The proposed system is designed and tested with FEI database. Two emotions to be recognized are happy and neutral.

Global warming influences environmental factors which directly and indirectly affects agricultural crop production by exposing to several new biotic and abiotic stresses. The abiotic stresses like heat, drought, moisture, salinity and pre harvest sprouting stresses are most common whose effect became more severe due to climatechange.
Globally wheat is the most widely cultivated and used crops due to its economic and social values. Its production and productivity are highly vulnerable to these abiotic stresses. The development of wheat varieties
tolerant to these abiotic stresses is a very challenging assignment for wheat researchers. The conventional breeding program is being practiced for such objectives but it will not be sufficient to achieve the target production and more advanced research is needed for better understanding the mechanism of these stresses and how plants became more tolerant. The progress made in the understanding of these abiotic stress tolerances is due to advances in three main research areas: physiology, genetic, and breeding research. Identifying morphological traits, physiological and biochemical traits for précised phenotyping and associated genes contributing to particular stress tolerance is very important under mitigation strategy. Previous studies showed that some abiotic stress tolerance is controlled by a polygene and its genetic
constitution will help to analyze the gene network(s) controlling stress tolerance. Furthermore, stress mitigation options particularly through the application of plant hormones, several agronomic interventions, genetic and biotechnological management strategy are convenient for improving plant performances under various abiotic stresses are also essential to stabilize the wheat productivity.

Bufo spinulosus is an amphibian that is distributed thoroughly in Peruvian-Bolivian and Argentinean Andes, while in Chile populations can be distributed in the Big North and Center of the country, presenting isolation among both regions mediated by the desertic conditions prevailing among the 26º and 30º of  south latitude.
Previous studies in characters of the external morphology point out the variation existence in function of the geographical origin. However, the lack of studies at populational genetic level doesn't allow a model of populational structure that helps to explain the patterns of diferentiation existing among populations of this species.
In this work the morphometric variation is studied using 17 characters of the external morphology, and the genetic variation by means of molecular markers RAPD in individuals of B. spinulosus coming from seven populations; four populations of the II region and three populations corresponding to Central Chile. The morphometric analysis shows a clear pattern of north-center diferentiation, being a positive tendency to the increase of the corporal size in function of the latitude, where El Tatio population presents the biggest identity like group, differing of the rest of the populations. At genetic level a similar pattern was observed (north-center), where the populations show high levels of genetic diferenciación. A Mantel test among genetics, morphologic, geographical distance and environmental variables matrix (temperature and altitude), show a great correlation of the genetic variable with the geographical distance, allowing to establish an isolation distance model among the populations of B. spinulosus in Chile.
The morphology, on the other hand, although it presents a significant correlation with all 15 these variables, it shows low values of r to explain their variation with regard to the genetic and geographical distance. These differences adjust from a better way when not considering in the analysis to the population of El Tatio, what suggests that these results would be influenced by environmental variables, like it is the case of the temperature of the water (thermal water) present in this locality.

Macroexplants consisting of two nodes with leaves were prepared by the tip of sprigs of 20 autochthonous cvs in the olive collection of Valias. In addition to Control treatments with IBA 2g/l -1 , 5g/l -1 , and 8g/l -1 were applied at the beginning of spring. Morphological and physiological exchanges were controlled for the temperature of substrate and environment 24⁰C and 18⁰C and for air humidity 95%, throungh mist propagation method..The results exposed the genetic origin and endogenous predisposition as the beginner of rhizogenesis which fluctuated from 4.6% to 27%. Whereas the auxin increased rhizogenesis 28.7 -48.9% as per concentrations compared to Control. The cultivars had good callogenesis of 43.6/ 95.4% (5>8>2>0 g/l -1 IBA), whereas rhizogenic capacity was average 14.7/63.6%, conditioned by hormones. Correlation between callogenesis and rhizogenesis was considerably good for cv. Kushan, Kaninjot, Freng (r²=0.93) and average for cv Kotruvsi, u Kuq, Mixan etc (r²=0.55). Maximum per rooting was 95.2% whereas the number of adventives roots was 8.8 At this phenophase of meristematic development use of dosage 5g/l -1 is more justifiable than with the two other concentrations of IBA and Control (r²=0.94).
