Статья посвящена судьбе художника Льва Николаевича Петухова (1888–1921), талантливого графика и иллюстратора эпохи модерна, прожившего короткую жизнь и почти полностью выпавшего из культурной памяти. Публикуется его жизнеописание, написанное сестрой Татьяной Петуховой,—первая и пока единственная биография художника. Рассматривается проблема, был ли Лев Петухов лишь одним из многих графиков «второго эшелона» первых десятилетий ХХ века или же он полностью сформировавшийся художник со своим индивидуальным стилем, достойный занять особое место в истории отечественного искусства. Внимания заслуживает вероятная связь творчества Петухова с художественной манерой другого художника периодических изданий Петербурга-Петрограда 1910-х годов—Сергея Лодыгина; остается открытым вопрос, оказал ли этот более известный художник, как и другие коллеги по редакционной работе, определяющее влияние на творчество Петухова, или же стилистическое сходство их работ тех лет объясняется только духом времени и общей художественной модой эпохи. The is the first biography of Lev Petukhov (1888–1921), a Modernist graphic artist and illustrator whose brief career has long been neglected, if not, forgotten. Central to the account, written by his sister Tatiana, is the question as to whether Petukhov was just another “secondary” graphic artist of the 1910s–1920s or whether he developed an individual style granting him a special place in the pantheon of Russia art. Of particular concern is Petukhov’s probable connection with another artist much involved in St.Petersburg periodical design of the 1910s, i.e. Sergei Lodygin, although whether the former influenced the latter directly is open to debate, the apparent stylistic parallels being explained perhaps simply by the spirit and vogue of the time. "De 1442 à 1501, les Aragonais occupent le trône napolitain. Grâce à une riche documentation textuelle et iconographique, cet ouvrage retrace la construction de l’imaginaire monarchique dans le royaume de Naples, puis sa diffusion dans les cours alliées et ennemies. Les portraits physiques des cinq rois de la branche aragonaise de Naples, ainsi que leurs portraits symboliques, notamment héraldique et emblématique, permettent l’étude de l’incarnation d’une identité napolitaine. Au-delà du corps royal, l’unité de la Couronne se dit aussi dans les portraits des serviteurs de l'État et ceux de la familia royale, tout comme dans les rituels, la mise en scène des résidences royales et ducales, et par la création d’un nouveau visage topographique de la capitale et du royaume.
L’expression de la souveraineté s’inscrit dans un vaste mouvement méditerranéen, envisagé des années 1420 au XVIIe siècle, de Valence à Naples, Florence, Ferrare, Barcelone ou Marseille. Le mécénat des rois de Naples et de leurs proches, ainsi que leur choix iconographiques, apparaissent respectueux des traditions aragonaises, angevines et souabes, mais aussi résolument modernes en dialogue avec les Flandres, l’Espagne et l’Italie contemporaines. Seule monarchie de la péninsule, ces vaincus de l’histoire, déchus lors des Guerres d’Italie, lèguent à l’Europe moderne le triomphe et le portrait à l’antique, la chronique monumentale, le portrait de ville et le portrait monétaire."

A. Contexte de l'intervention C'est en 1994, sur l'instigation de Dominique Genty, paysagiste, que l'idée d'une étude historique des structures en terrasses situées en contrebas du village, au sud, fut évoquée pour la première fois à Autichamp. Fasciné par l'espace formé par cet extraordinaire ensemble, ce paysagiste avait alors spontanément proposé ses services afin de réhabiliter les lieux sous forme d'un jardin.

Disegno e Design sono termini coestensivi perché ogni teoria del progetto presuppone una teoria dell’immaginazione progettuale e, in definitiva, una teoria delle immagini. Questo libro cerca di circoscrivere una teoria del Disegno partendo da tre classi pratiche di oggetti-immagine che si producono progettando, quelli che genericamente chiamiamo rappresentazioni tecniche, prefigurazioni euristiche ed elaborati di autonomo valore artistico (raffigurazioni evocative, simboliche, suggestive, …). Ma questi “oggetti-immagine” trovano senso solo in rapporto a immagini e immaginari che possono essere colti solo attraverso una cornice teorica composita che cerca di sussumere coerentemente (tradurre tra loro) teorie epistemologicamente assai lontane tra loro: la tradizione morfologica che culmina specialmente nella Semiofisica di René Thom (1988), l’antropologia delle immagini (Belting), la fenomenologia delle immagini (Piana, Spinicci, …), la semiotica del visibile di tradizione greimassiana (Fontanille, Bordron, Floch, …).
Il libro cerca appunto di tradurre tra loro questi diversi punti di vista soprattutto attraverso la visione molto comprensiva della tecno-estetica di Gilbert Simondon, specialmente della teoria delle immagini che il filosofo francese offriva nel del 1965-66 col suo corso (di psicologia) sull’immaginazione. Muovendo dal pensiero di Simondon il libro cerca di delineare un modo di intendere la disciplina del Disegno inteso come morfologia degli artefatti allo scopo (etico) di farne uno studio della (reale) responsabilità dell’immaginazione, intendendo le immagini anzitutto come “oggetti sociali” e come materiale primario delle pratiche progettuali.

Acreditamos que somente a realização de estudos e pesquisas mais aprofundadas sobre esta área permite discutir as questões inter-relacionadas a ela, amplia a visão em relação ao universo do design, bem como propõe novos caminhos e soluções para uma área tão rica e diversa.

Introdução Em 2014 publicou-se a obra " Gibraltar Açoriano: Possíveis dimensões religiosas e musicais, astrológicas e astronómicas, matemáticas e geométricas, cabalísticas e esotéricas do Castelo do Monte Brasil " (Rodrigues, 2014), onde se prova que a simbologia presente nas muralhas dessa fortaleza, em Angra do Heroísmo, Terceira, Açores, Portugal, não corresponde a marcas de pedreiros. Trata-se de uma obra que investiga o conjunto dos símbolos com recurso à estatística, às regras da acústica física, às regras dos sistemas de numeração e às propriedades geométricas dos símbolos ou elementos que os compõem. Com esse trabalho pretendeu-se fazer, tal como propõe Kuhn (2012) para a construção de um novo corpo científico, uma síntese do vasto conjunto de símbolos, de modo a dar-lhe uma consistência de "teoria científica", entendida como o conjunto indissociável de dois subconjuntos: o subconjunto dos fatos, ou seja, das evidências necessariamente verificáveis, e do subconjunto de hipóteses científicas, adequadas à descrição desses mesmos fatos, ou de outro modo, das ideias necessariamente falseáveis e testáveis face às evidências e que dão corpo a esse conhecimento. Entendeu-se que " Gibraltar Açoriano " deveria ser a base de partida para a interpretação científica da simbologia da Fortaleza do Castelo de São João Baptista e de muita outra simbologia medieval que se encontra inscrita nas muralhas de fortalezas militares na Europa, por se constituir numa alteração de paradigma (a passagem da interpretação dos símbolos como sendo " marcas de pedreiros " para uma interpretação do símbolo como referência metafísica). De acordo com Khun (2012) quando uma teoria se substitui a outra, não é porque essa última funciona com mais sucesso, ou porque se constitui numa premissa que permite, a partir dela, efetuar um número razoável de deduções dentro do mesmo paradigma, mas porque responde a questões que a primeira teoria não responde. As mudanças de teoria ou de paradigma ocorrem porque uma teoria é mais robusta do que outra, e porque as questões a que dá resposta, são mais robustas e muito distintas daquelas que são dadas pelo paradigma anterior. Neste trabalho assume-se a base teórica de " Gibraltar Açoriano " , e investigam-se os significados de alguns símbolos inscritos na muralha do Castelo do Monte Brasil e as suas propriedades. Este artigo não é um resumo do trabalho anteriormente mencionado, mas a aplicação da teoria que aí é exposta, a símbolos que também aí são referidos, mas onde os seus significados não foram cabalmente explorados. A metodologia aplicada é a mesma que se adotou na referida obra, e centra-se em apenas oito desses símbolos. The Stables were an important issue for the Estense court. In fact, stables, riding schools and all the places where the equestrian practice was exclusively reserved to nobility, have a martial value - just take for example the magniloquence of a figurative type as the equestrian portrait. This value came from the ancient warrior feudalism w the Este’s family had always covered themselves and, especially with the ambitious Francesco I, had to be proudly showed off. Now, the new interpretation of a project of 1687 to widen the Stables which has been raised by the duchess Laura Martinozzi in 1664, together with the documents which cast light on this Este’s building, leads to the identification of the struc-ture which was projected by Bartolomeo Avanzini for Francesco I d'Este which we can still see nowadays.

L'opera ricostruisce e riconduce ad una memoria collettiva la storia, l'ideologia intrinseca e le vicende connesse al più antico museo della città di Palermo, trattando il periodo storico che va dall'anno della sua formazione (1730) sino al 1867, coincidente con il suo assorbimento da parte del "Museo Nazionale della Regia Università". Lo studio è corredato dalla trascrizione di oltre cento documenti d'archivio, per lo più inediti, individuati presso l'Archivum Romanum Societatis Jesu di Roma, l'Archivio di Stato di Palermo, la Biblioteca Comunale di Palermo, l'archivio storico del Museo Archeologico "A. Salinas" di Palermo e l'archivio storico della Biblioteca dell'Università di Bologna. 
Il museo Salnitriano, istituto culturale creato nel 1730, grazie alla volontà di personaggi quali Ignazio Salnitro, Melchiorre Spitaleri etc., presso l’ex Collegio Massimo dei Gesuiti di Palermo, nasce per volontà dei suoi ideatori sull’esempio del più antico e famoso museo gesuitico di Roma: il Kircheriano. Le ricerche di varia natura hanno permesso di comprendere come ciò che apparentemente appariva una normale Kunst und Wunderkammer, simile ad altre più antiche esistenti in Italia ed in Europa, in realtà custodiva intrinsecamente una forte valenza didattico-scientifica. La funzione sussidiaria all’insegnamento delle discipline scientifico-umanistiche, praticato presso il Collegio dei Nobili dei Gesuiti di Palermo, rivela con estrema chiarezza la ricchezza concettuale e la straordinaria modernità di una tale istituzione.
Di fondamentale importanza, inoltre, risulta l’aver individuato la presenza del materiale, originariamente appartenuto al museo gesuitico, custodito all’interno delle più importanti istituzioni culturali cittadine quali il Museo Archeologico Regionale “A. Salinas”; la Galleria Regionale della Sicilia di Palazzo Abatellis; il Museo Paleontologico "Gaetano Giorgio Gemmellaro"; il Museo Etnografico siciliano "Giuseppe Pitrè"; il Museo di Zoologia dell’Università degli Studi; la collezione di arte araba del Castello della Zisa; la Biblioteca Comunale; la Biblioteca Regionale; la Facoltà di Medicina. L’individuazione, infine, dell’esatta ubicazione del museo nel corso della propria esistenza all’interno dell’ex Collegio Massimo dei Gesuiti e l’originaria disposizione del materiale offrono la possibilità di ricostruire secondo un criterio filologico corretto la primitiva idea del museo.

Fontos azt tudni, hogy a társadalom tudományi cikkekben a meghatározó az egymásra hivatkozás, ki mit mondott. Ha sokan elmondanak, ismételgetnek egy feltételezést, főleg híresebb társadalom tudósok, úgy válhat az végül is az tudománnyá. A társadalomtudományban, mint a történészi és művészettörténészi tudományok alapvetően fontos minden állítás esetében az hivatkozás. Ezzel szemben az alkalmazott természettudományban az, hogy ki mondta az az állítás szempontjából lényegtelen. A lényeg az, hogy az állítás bizonyított legyen. Ha valami nem bizonyított akkor, az vagy feltételezés marad, vagy axiómaként a tudományos világ elfogadja bizonyosnak a relativitás törvényei szerint. A társadalomtudományban is léteznek objektív bizonyítékok. Ilyenek például a hiteles írásos dokumentumok. De ez esetben egyáltalán nem számít az, hogy ki hivatkozik rá először, csak az, hogy mivel bizonyítható az, hogy a dokumentum hiteles. Hiteles dokumentum a Szent Korona létrejöttével kapcsolatban nem ismert. Így állíthatjuk, hogy a Szent Korona létrejöttének a hiteles bizonyítékait maga a Szent Korona hordozza.

In the village of Drenova, next to Leposavić, there is a church dedicated to the Annunciation of the Most Holy Mother of God, and it was built during the renewal of the Patriarchate of Peć. It is built of hewn stone, small in size and covered with stone slabs. It has a wooden iconostasis made in a modest woodcut and painted with geometric and floral motifs of various colors. The throne icons of Christ and the Mother of God from the iconostasis have not been preserved. The second row of icons is the Deesis row with the Apostles, and above them are the icons of the Great Feasts. Due to the small space, part of this repertoire found its place in the middle of the church, on a vertical partition, within the roof construction. The stylistic analysis of painting shows that its master was of modest abilities, but excellently trained in his craft. In terms of artistic expression, he is a decorator, whose color is transparent and not constructive, and he is influenced by Cretan painting. Its palette is modest, composed of only a few saturated tones. As the main color solutions, he uses harmony performed by the contrast of complementary colors and the collision of light-dark shades. The master paints the incarnate with a certain dose of plasticity, while with the draperies the plasticity is extremely emphasized. Linearity matches the color that carries the form. The characters have anatomical deformations, but they radiate spirituality. The general image of this painting exudes expressiveness, immediacy and cold beauty. Based on the iconographic solutions of the royal doors and their coincidence with
the doors made by the painters from the Linotopi workshop, it can be concluded that the painter from Drenova belonged to one of them. The village of Linotopi is located in the area of Kastoria in northern Greece. By analyzing the text preserved on the icons, it can be concluded that the
painter is of Cincar (Aromanian) origin, which corresponds to the geographical determinants. Based on the great similarity of the visual language of iconography in Drenova with the Deisis in the Piva monastery, this painting can be placed in the last years of the 16th century.

Este capítulo hace una remembranza de la comunidad indígena muisca de la época precolombina, tomando como signos de su identidad dos objetos utilitarios: el volante de huso y la manta: el primero, como instrumento para hilar el algodón, principal materia prima de la manta, y el segundo, como resultado final del oficio textil. El volante de huso
y la manta son analizados a través del acto creativo del ser humano y su proyección como creaciones del pueblo muisca, que las concibió y materializó. De esta forma, se pretende recrear la concepción mental, sensitiva, cognitiva y original del objeto y las formas de hacerlo tangible, evocando sus creencias, historias y usos colectivos. El capítulo se desarrolla en tres apartados: el primero es una contextualización sobre los
muiscas y su actividad textil; el segundo profundiza sobre la concepción teórica del acto de crear, y el tercero hace referencia al proceso creativo de estos dos objetos, que narran sobre el mundo muisca.

Najvjerojatnije krajem 3. ili početkom 4. stoljeća u zaklonjenoj uvali Polače na otoku Mljetu, neposredno uz morsku obalu, sagrađena je carska rezidencijalna palača. Razvedenoga je i nesimetričnog tlocrta. Sastoji se od dviju etaža, pa su tako u donjoj raspoređene prostorije gospodarske i servisne namjene. One su u funkcionalnoj korelaciji s rezidencijalnim prostorijama reprezentativne gornje etaže kojima se pristupalo preko dvaju simetričnih trokrakih stubišta postavljenih u prostor iza kula koje flankiraju pročelje. Moguće je da im se pristupalo i još jednim, pomoćnim, nenatkrivenim stubištem koje je moglo biti smješteno između dviju prostorija prislonjenih uz sjeverozapadno pročelje palače.
Samo prizemlje služi i niveliranju terena koji pada prema moru. U ovom se radu predlaže prepoznavanje konkretnih namjena prostorija na katu. Površinom najveća, izdužena prostorija s apsidalnim završetkom, bila je dvorana za audijenciju iz koje se pristupalo bočnim prostorijama. Na sjeverozapadu se nalazio triklinij te nešto manja spavaonica vlasnika palače. Nasuprot trikliniju smještene su tri manje prostorije koje su najvjerojatnije također služile kao spavaonice.
Prema sačuvanim, impozantnim ostatcima palače te tragovima na licima njezinih obodnih zidova, autor je po prvi put detaljno prokomentirao njezin konstruktivni sustav te ga doveo u izravnu vezu
s Vitruvijevim zapisima – osobito u rekonstrukciji međukatne konstrukcije. Njegova promišljanja i istraživanja rezultirala su revidiranim tlocrtom izvornoga stanja. U odnosu na prethodno ponuđene, i iz literature poznate tlocrtne rekonstrukcije, novim je tlocrtom raspoznato nekoliko do sada neuočenih elemenata: simetrično postavljena trokraka stubišta smještena iza kula koje flankiraju pročelje, zatim još jedna prostorija manjih dimenzija na jugoistoku (između dviju već prethodno
ucrtanih prostorija sličnih dimenzija) te zidani pilon u većoj prizemnoj prostoriji na sjeverozapadu objekta, koji je podupirao međukatne konstrukcije triklinija na gornjoj etaži. Temeljem jednog arheološki utvrđenoga pilona prizemlja, predlaže se postojanje njih ukupno šest u središnjoj prostoriji prizemlja s istom namjenom. U rekonstrukciji elevacije palače autor je još prepoznao neke nove elemente, kao na primjer pročelje sa samo jednim vratima koja su bila flankirana dvama prozorima (a ne dvama vratima).
Palača je naknadno obuhvaćena zidinama nešto mlađeg kastruma koji za sada nije istražen, a na čije postojanje upućuju ostatci kule na visinski istaknutoj točki južno od palače, kao i položaji dviju ranokršćanskih crkava koje su, pak, mlađe od kastruma. Dio njegova zida pronađen je uz ugozapadno pročelje zapadne crkve u Polačama. Unutar kastruma nalaze se i ostatci objekta s trima apsidama, za koji se prethodno predmnijevalo da je bio dio termalnog kompleksa ili možda sakralnog objekta.
Autor, međutim, predlaže da se u tom objektu raspozna još jedan triklinij smješten neposredno uz morsku obalu.

This case study suggests a reflection on the subject of ‘Grande decorazione’ in Genoa between the seventeenth and eighteenth century. e essay presents the proposal of a possible Genoese influence and related patterns in the artistic production of the Scotti family from Intelvi Valley. e Scotti did not work in Genoa, actually. It is however necessary to remind that many artists (sculptors, architects, painters) came to Genoa from the Lombard region and not only during the Baroque era. In particular, the paper focus on the Genoese Domenico Parodi, painter and sculptor. He played a key role in this context, mediating between the local and European artistic tradition of the seventeenth century and the Rococo period.

This paper introduces a considerable amount of previously unknown eighteenth-century paintings, stored in Santa Chiara’s Monastery in Fermo. Based on the rediscovery of their signatures, and on the analysis of both their stylistic features and executive techniques, we can ascribe a total of thirty-five paintings to the Ricci family, from Fermo, only three of which were previously known; Natale Ricci is the author of twenty-seven of them, and they mostly date back to the fourth decade of the eighteenth Century. It is a real unicum, because such a high concentration of paintings by the Ricci family had never been recorded in a single place, (particularly of Natale’s works). Not only does the nucleus of the monastery provide us with a new glance on the artistc world in eighteenth-century Fermo, but it also shows us the modus operandi and the executive techniques adopted by Natale Ricci and his workshop during the third decade of the eighteenth Century, thus becoming a new pivotal chapter on the output of the Ricci family.

"Iconographica" is a peer-reviewed journal devoted to the study of images in their historical, cultural and religious contexts. It promotes new and interdisciplinary approaches to images going beyond the traditional framework of iconographic studies and aims at shaping new methodologies in this field. It welcomes essays investigating the role played by images in mediating material and symbolic forms of cultural communication, in conveying a human group's shared perception of power, behavioral codes, philosophical and religious notions. A special emphasis is given to images as material objects and visual indicators of the supernatural dimension, in their direct interaction with space, rituals, social and economic practices and cultural manifestations. Though focused on the European and Mediterranean cultures from Late Antiquity onwards, it welcomes methodologically relevant articles on the use, perception and agency of images in all human cultures. The journal is included in
the Thomson Reuters Emerging Sources Index (ESCI), a New Edition of Web of Science.
"Iconographica" welcomes articles in Italian, English, French, German, and Spanish. O propósito do presente artigo é trazer à luz breves considerações sobre os problemas inerentes à leitura e fruição da obra de arte contemporânea. Considerada por alguns críticos como uma arte de difícil acesso, onde os paradigmas e cânones tradicionais não são adequados ao seu entendimento. Essa a arte exige um novo olhar e uma postura dinâmica entre a obra comtemplada e o contemplador da obra, onde produção e interpretação estabelecem uma relação dialética. Pois, a obra de arte é necessariamente um estímulo a um processo de interpretação que por sua vez é o resultado de um processo de formação e de conhecimento ativo e pessoal.

Abstract



The aim of this article is bring a briefly introduction about problems related to reading and interpretation of contemporary art work. Considered na artwork of difficult access by many critics, where the paradigms and traditional canons are not appropriated for this understanding. Thus artwork requires a new look and new dynamics posture berween the contemplate artwork and contemplator. Production and interpretation establish a dialectical relationship, once the artwork is a stimulus a process of training and active personal knowledge.

Le esposizioni coloniali a cavallo tra Ottocento e Novecento furono dei vettori fondamentali per la costruzione dell’alterità nell'immaginario collettivo. A partire dalle prime narrazioni per oggetti degli avventurosi viaggi in terra d’Africa fino ai magniloquenti apparati effimeri innalzati per celebrare l’impero mussoliniano, il libro racconta delle scelte condotte per la formazione della coscienza coloniale, scopertamente identitarie, e le modalità attraverso le quali le arti visive furono coinvolte nell'invenzione ideale e ideologizzata della Quarta Sponda. Roma, con l’attività del Museo Coloniale e una serie quasi ininterrotta di iniziative espositive dedicate al tema, seppe occupare una posizione di tutto rilievo nella forzata messa a fuoco dei mondi lontani e costituì lo scenario perfetto per il mito e la finzione dell’italianità.

Visiting the villas built by Andrea Palladio (1508-1580), one inevitably asks oneself how people lived there in the sixteenth century. Palladio articulated the villas as "small towns" (piccole città) that formed a unit with adjacent service buildings and farm fields. Within their walls lived a multitude of people of all ages, social backgrounds and various skills. In these houses, the principles of hygiene, privacy and comfort, which we consider essential today, did not apply; forniture as such, did not exist. Filling a decisive gap in research literature on the famous Italian architect, "Living with Palladio in the Sixteenth Century" investigates how Palladio's house, their floors, rooms and proportions are designed to structure the life of such a heterogeneous family.

The altarpiece with the Stories of St. Peter and St. Paul, coming from the Church of St. Peter in Fermo, occupies an important spot in the circulation of artworks which took place during the first half of the XV century. Following a turbulent antiquarian affair, the panels which composed the work are now scattered between Denver, Milan and Kiev. After being ascribed to Jacobello del Fiore by Federico Zeri, further studies confirmed its attribution, but moved the date of creation to 1430-1436, as previously seen in the important articles by Tiziana Franco and Andrea De Marchi. A recent study on the Church of St. Peter brought to light new documents concerning the artwork buyer and shed new insight on the old ones. Therefore, it let us define the date of creation of the altarpiece as between 1439 (february) and 1444, and doubting Jacobello del Fiore's authorship. The attribution to a personality close to the Venetian master ( possibly identified as Jacobello’s adopted son, Ercole del Fiore) is hence discussed.

Il Museo Salnitriano: un'anomala Wunderkammer, realizzata all'interno del Collegio Massimo dei Gesuiti di Palermo dal Padre Ignazio Salnitro nel 1730. L'articolo pone l'attenzione su quale potesse essere "l'idea" originaria sottintesa nella primitiva sistemazione didattico-museale del più antico museo palermitano. Analogie e differenze con il più antico Museo Kircheriano di Roma. In Appendice, inoltre, viene inserita la trascrizione con un breve regesto di alcuni documenti d'archivio inediti relativi all'argomento trattato.

Tendo obtido o privilégio de ver retomar por Michel Foucault uma proposição que eu tinha lançado um pouco por provocação, decretando que os conceitos não eram, no fim das contas, senão ferramentas, e as teorias o equivalente de caixas contendo-as -sua potência não podendo exceder os serviços que prestavam em campos delimitados, por ocasião de sequências históricas inevitavelmente limitadas -, vocês não ficarão espantados de me ver hoje vasculhar o aparato conceitual que ele nos legou, para tomar emprestado alguns de seus instrumentos, e quando for o caso, desviar o seu uso ao meu bel-prazer.

In the first half of the 20th century, Josep Pijoan
i Soteras, who was in a country house
in Montseny, wrote a preface for the edition
of Colom, seguit de Tenerife, by Jacint
Verdaguer. In 1903, while Josep Pijoan was
in Italy, he received a pair of letters from
Ramon Turró, one of the executors of Verdaguer’s
will, which dealt with the economic
and other problems in publishing the
posthumous works of Jacint Verdaguer.

Breve articolo dedicato alle"cineserie" importate dai gesuiti missionari nel XVIII secolo a Palermo, custodite fra le Rarità che si trovavano all'interno del Museo Salnitriano nel Collegio Massimo. L'articolo, pubblicato in occasione della visita nel capoluogo siciliano del Presidente della Repubblica popolare cinese Xi Jinping, analizza il dipinto del gesuita Girolamo Gravina morto in Cina nel XVII secolo, accenna alla distribuzione del materiale nei musei palermitani ed alla concezione filosofico-museale che ne giustificava la presenza nell'istituzione gesuitica.

Los geoglifos y petrogligos en el sendero entre Tamentica y Quebrada de Los Pintados (Guatacondo, Tarapacá), nos invitan a formular algunas hipótesis etnohistóricas y arqueológicas sobre cómo los pueblos prehispánicos andinos inscribían su política de la memoria en los senderos. Aunque con influjos europeos, las técnicas nemónicas y representativas andinas empleadas en su composición sirvieron para activar las geografías de la memoria y las huacas, en términos propiamente andinos, que los últimos constructores de geoglifos apenas alcanzaron a re-adaptar al canon estético y religioso del renacimiento europeo, legándonos la memoria de los senderos. The geoglyphs and petroglyphs on the trail between Tamentica and Quebrada de Los Pintados (Guatacondo Tarapacá), suggest a few ethno-historical and archaeological hypotheses on how in the Andes, the prehispanic politics of memory were written into pathways. Albeit with European influence, geoglyphs activate the geographies of memory and huacas in Andean terms, that the last geoglyph builders barely had the chance to readapt to the aesthetic and religious canons of European renaissance, leaving the memory of the path as their lasting bequest.
