Despite there being many studies about how small firms adopt e-commerce, in this paper we consider the role ICTs in the process of exporting from Australia to a developing country in Asia – Sri Lanka. The research in this paper is conducted from the perspective of importers in Sri Lanka and provides new insights in to the existing knowledge about small exporting firms. The results demonstrate that ‘digital divide’ is not a major concern for exporters who are still falling within the first two stages of Rayport and Jaworski’s (2002) B2B model. Although a gap between e-commerce adoption levels of the traders in two countries is visible, exporter’s flexible attitudes will sustain the current system of business.

Avec l'ouverture des entreprises sur l'Internet, les sources de données englobent davantage des données échangées avec les partenaires et/ou issues du Web. Dans ce cadre organisationnel ouvert, les documents XML constituent des sources de données plus utilisées aussi bien pour le stockage que pour les échanges transactionnels. Ce nouveau format de données a motivé des propositions de modèles pour les entrepôts de données XML et des démarches de conception d'entrepôts à partir de sources XML. Cependant, les démarches proposées requièrent une intense intervention qui nécessite une double expertise dans le domaine des sources XML et celui d'entreposage de données. Cet article propose une démarche automatique de conception de schémas multidimensionnels ayant un potentiel analytique à partir de sources XML. Il détaille les étapes de la démarche et l'illustre sur un exemple.

El smartphone se ha convertido en uno de los dispositivos más populares del mundo. Su uso en el proceso de compra en el comercio minorista ha aumentado notablemente en la última década, en particular en las actividades propias de la búsqueda e intercambio de información online. Sin embargo, pocos trabajos han analizado holísticamente la influencia de este dispositivo en el proceso de compra. A partir de la revisión de la literatura, en este artículo se analiza cómo puede influir el uso
del smartphone en las etapas del proceso de compra cuando éste culmina offline, y las acciones que puede llevar a cabo el minorista para mejorar la experiencia del consumidor. Se propone un marco
teórico a partir de cada una de las etapas del proceso de compra, con el objetivo de definir el contexto de la experiencia en términos de comportamiento del consumidor. Finalmente, se discuten algunas
implicaciones para la gestión del comercio minorista y para la investigación en el ámbito del marketing móvil.

We have watched rapid developments for branding in social media in the last couple of years and the use of these platforms is stronger then ever these days, reaching audiences worldwide through multiplatform social media branding strategies. Social media can be an opportunity for business to: raise brand awareness, increase sales, generate brand loyalty and to overall better communicate with customers, helping build long lasting relationships. This creates a whole new perspective in the way companies are used to conduct their businesses, and also on the way we are used to communicate with others and with companies themselves. This article provides for a literature review on the evolution of social media and how it became relevant to brands as a marketing tool to generate engagement.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji aplikasi Tiket.com dengan dua metode pengujian, yaitu Black Box Testing dan Manual Testing. Black Box Testing digunakan untuk memeriksa fungsi aplikasi tanpa melihat kode internalnya, serta berfokus pada input dan output. Metode ini memungkinkan pengguna mengevaluasi reaksi aplikasi terhadap berbagai skenario penggunaan dan memastikan semua fitur bekerja sesuai spesifikasi. Sebagai pelengkap, Manual Testing juga diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengujian. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan menjalankan berbagai kasus uji secara manual, sehingga dapat mengidentifikasi bug dengan cepat dan konsisten. Hasil dari kedua metode pengujian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang kualitas dan kinerja aplikasi Tiket.com, serta mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaiki.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a database application for the assessment of employee performance to suit the needs of PT IFS Solutions Indonesia. This system creates and provides information quickly and accurately where the data is well integrated, so it can help the company to do an analysis and consideration for decision-making. The research methodology used includes library research, interviews with the HR company to obtain information about the system to be designed, and database design by creating conceptual models, logical models and physical models. After that, application design includes designing the DFD, menu structure, STD, and user interface. The result achieved is the creation of a web-based database application that can help decision-makers to support employees with good, more accurate, easier and quickly available when needed. The database application made can help companies manage and make decisions as well as produce better work.

Praktek kerja lapangan (pkl) merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi secara sistematis dan sinkron antara program pendidikan di kampus dengan program penguasaan keahlian yang diperoleh melalui kegiatan kerja secara langsung didunia kerja untuk mencapai tingkat keahlian tertentu. Proses pendaftaran dan pelaporan pelaksanaan praktek kerja lapangan (pkl) di prodi sistem informasi masih dilakukan secara manual. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penulis membuat sistem informasi manajemen praktek kerja lapangan berbasis website pada program studi sistem informasi universitas al asyariah mandar untuk pembuatan aplikasi website dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman html, php dan database mysol. Untuk perancangan sistem menggunakan dfd (data flow diagram). Dari hasil pembuatan tersebut, bahwa dengan adanya sistem informasi manajemen praktek kerja lapangan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mahasiswa program studi sistem informasi dalam pelaksanaan peraktek kerja lapangan.

Bangho es una marca argentina de computadoras que lleva 15 años en el mercado y que apunta a distintos segmentos: el consumidor final, que es un perfil profesional, y también a empresas y organismos públicos.

La empresa madre, que cuenta con varias áreas de negocio, es una distribuidora mayorista de distintas marcas de informática, no sólo de la propia, Bangho, que según el año puede representar el 15, 20 o el 30% de todo el negocio. La decisión de digitalizarse empezó en 2015. Se llevó a cabo una implementación de SAP, un ERP en toda la empresa, sentando las bases para poder después avanzar en las diferentes oportunidades de negocio.

En 2017, ya con el ERP y SAP HANA implementado en toda la compañía, se realizaron diversas implementaciones para poder sistematizar el negocio y generar procesos mucho más estándares, más sólidos. A partir de eso, se fueron crean- do diferentes negocios para acceder a las diferentes redes sociales, no sólo desde el eCommerce, sino también desde pla- taformas de email marketing. Recién se alcanzó un nivel de madurez a mediados de 2020, y principios de 2021.

Esto tuvo que ver con una transformación general, no solamente de los sistemas, sino también de los distintos procesos de negocios, y la incorporación de colaboradores que puedan impulsar este cambio en una nueva manera de hacer negocios y de relacionarse con los usuarios.

In today's world, technology is driving the flow of change in everything. The advancement in Information and Communication Technology and the increasing demand for it is associated with high cost of resource utilization. Several organizations are making efforts to minimize the cost of computing via the means of virtualization. The response to diminish the cost of computing has brought about the development of Cloud Computing (CC). In cloud computing, administration, better-quality utilization and cost of infrastructure are reduced by providing services as pay per usage.As a service, CC is having enormous effects that are very crucial and inevitable towards the development of developing countries that want to survive in the highly competitive world. Concentration of cloud-related accomplishments is mainly in vast markets in countries such as Vietnam, South Africa, India, Brazil and China. Such does not dispute the fact that, the cloud is progressively making an intrusion into miniature markets like Ghana and other countries. This research provided the effects of cloud computing on developing countries and the possible future prospects. One vital benefit developing countries will derive from this adoption is that they will not only capitalize on value-added service delivery, but also enhance efficiency with maximized productivity.

The use of online B2B-portals provides an ideal platform for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) for generating business leads. MSMEs in India should avail these benefits offered by B2B portals as one of the key online marketing tools in order to extend their market reach across the markets of the world to acquire customers. Marketing through B2B-portals exposes the potentialities of products or services offered by MSMEs for showcasing their company products or services. This would be facilitated as B2B portals operate 24x7 online to initiate and carry out business with other business enterprises.

Objectifs/questions de recherche : Le vrac, ou vente de produits présentés sans emballage, en quantité choisie par le consommateur, dans des contenants réemployables ou réutilisables, est un mode de distribution qui connaît un regain d'intérêt actuellement. Son développement bouleverse les pratiques des distributeurs. En s'appuyant sur les théories des pratiques sociales, cet article a pour objectif de comprendre les spécificités des pratiques des distributeurs de vrac afin de proposer une adaptation du retailing mix au cas du vrac. Méthodologie/approche : Pour donner à voir la pratique du vrac, cette recherche repose sur une étude qualitative comprenant des entretiens avec des distributeurs, des visites de points de vente avec observations et prises de photographies et une revue de presse systématique. Résultats : En s'appuyant sur les trois piliers du retailing mixmix produits/services, mix distribution physique et mix communicationles résultats mettent en évidence les spécificités des pratiques mises en place dans le vrac et, en particulier, la perméabilité des frontières entre les piliers du mix, d'une part, et l'importance des significations, qui créent de l'hétérogénéité dans les pratiques observées, d'autre part. Implications managériales/sociétales : Analyser la distribution en vrac au prisme des théories des pratiques révèle la nécessité d'adapter le retailing mix à ce cas particulier. L'apport de cette recherche réside dans la proposition d'un retailing-mix adapté intégrant les dimensions matériels-compétences-significations pour le déployer. Pour lever certains freins entravant la diffusion du vrac, des recommandations managériales permettant de mettre en oeuvre cette version du retailing-mix sont donc proposées. Originalité : Les théories des pratiques sociales, habituellement mobilisées au niveau des individus, le sont ici dans un cadre nouveau, celui des professionnels d'un secteur. Elles s'avèrent pertinentes pour éclairer la compréhension de la distribution en vrac, sujet encore peu étudié dans la littérature en marketing. Literature on the Long Tail has focus on the effects of the behavior of their clients and the effect on the company results. One of the main problems on the analysis of the effect is the scarcity of quality data. Most of the analysis has several shortcomings as they only reflect indirect data or they exclusively related to book and the US market. As far as existing literature, it could be an exclusive feature of Amazon. Our analysis widens the scope of the long tail by using comprehensive data by from a unique dataset on the leader of the Spanish DVD online market. The data represent more than five years of transactions and allows estimating the existence of the long tail not only for the total sales of the company but also on 7 large general categories, increasing the richness of the data. We estimate the shape of the distribution and simulate the behavior of the sales over the entire catalogue to construct a demand curve that allows us to show the different behavior on the categories. The results show the existence of Long Tail and other several other observations that were overlooked or impossible to obtain in previous research.

Abstract
Currently, electronic commerce is used in many countries in order to reduce the additional costs of commercial operations. In Iran, the expansion of economic activities, communication with foreign countries and the growth of the use of electronic devices have pushed small and medium-sized companies to make more use of e-commerce in their company. The importance of using e-commerce is not only effective in many items of companies' growth, but also reduces the cost of information preparation and information processing and application. One of the important issues in scientific research that aims to expand wealth and progress for small and medium-sized companies is to identify the factors influencing the acceptance of e-commerce in these companies using data mining techniques. In this research, while examining the theoretical foundations of the research, the effective factors on e-commerce have been investigated using the library and field research method and with a case study on some companies located in Chabahar city. In this regard, 268 managers, experts and employees of 36 small and medium companies in Chabahar city have been studied. The findings indicate that the four organizational, environmental, technological and ethical factors have a direct effect on the acceptance of e-commerce.
Introduction
Today, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) that have fully implemented e-commerce in their business operations grow faster than any other company. Therefore, the adoption of e-commerce is one of the innovative tools that a business can use to remain competitive in the era of rapid technological developments. The process of e-commerce adoption requires the analysis of online customer decision-making processes from a comprehensive perspective (e-trust and satisfaction), which can have a correct understanding of the complex and dynamic phenomena of trust in online changes. Although consumers mostly treat Facebook and Instagram, and virtual pages in general, as entertainment or content environments, the main challenge for companies is to establish this environment as sales or business. Deploying online social networks for sales activities is commonly referred to as social business. Most researchers and practitioners believe that social business is in its early stages because many companies do not demonstrate success and profitable activities in online social networks. This is mainly due to the perception and attitude of consumers towards the environment as well as behavioral habits.
In order to achieve the goals of this research, which is to investigate the factors affecting the acceptance of e-commerce factors, organizational factors, environmental factors, technological factors, and ethical factors will be studied and investigated. Each of these factors separately can have an effect on the growth and positive and negative change process of a company or organization.
Case study
In order to use data mining tools and algorithms, a data set that can be interpreted by a computer is needed. In this regard, 268 employees of 36 small and medium companies in Chabahar city were selected as a sample. A questionnaire was used to collect the data required for this research. Based on the data of the questionnaire, 20 effective factors in the acceptance rate of e-commerce were extracted.
Theoretical framework
Despite the increasing number of companies in various industries such as banking, education, trade and tourism, etc., they have improved their services by using technology in the process of providing their services. Technology integration in services is very common. However, very little scientific research has been done to investigate its effective factors. Therefore, this article tries to perform accurate analyzes on the stored data about e-commerce by using data mining techniques, and by extracting the hidden patterns in the data, it helps the managers of the companies to identify the factors affecting The integration of technology will help.
Methodology
To conduct this research, 268 managers, experts and employees of 36 small and medium companies in Chabahar city have been studied and FP-Growth algorithm, which is better than most pattern mining algorithms such as Apriori, has been used to extract patterns. Rapidminer data mining software was used for data analysis.
Discussion and results
Considering the importance of e-commerce, it is necessary to provide solutions to identify its influencing factors. Therefore, in this article, by analyzing the data related to the questionnaires, a system was designed to identify the influencing factors of the use of e-commerce. The results of the evaluations show factors such as: compatibility, comparative advantage, correct planning for the establishment and development of business, compatibility with organizational processes and infrastructure, the existence of basic knowledge and sufficient technical skills, trust building, convenient and simple use of business. E-commerce, the rate and speed of competitors' response, the existence of privacy protection laws and laws to fight Internet crimes and the understanding of increasing profitability are factors influencing the acceptance of e-commerce by small and medium-sized enterprises. These patterns can be a great help to the relevant officials to identify the influencing factors of e-commerce and increase branding and income of companies.
Result
By using the model presented in this research, a system can be designed to identify the influencing factors of technology integration. In addition, the results of the predictions made by the mentioned system and the discovery of hidden patterns in the data can help managers to use e-commerce as best as possible. Also, e-commerce applications provide the ability of small and medium enterprises to compete with larger organizations and also at the international level.

The 1989 takeover of the Quebec-based Steinberg retailing empire by a much smaller company, Socanav Inc., was one of the most controversial business episodes in Quebec history. Not only did Socanav and its flamboyant President, Michel Gaucher, not have any prior retailing experience, but the company had nowhere near the financial resources to acquire Steinberg. However, Socanav received backing from the Quebec government's Caisse de depijt et placement, the massive fund which administers Quebecers' pension contributions.
