This paper proposes an embedded based project to develop a touch less panel for elevator operations. The panel interface uses IR sensor to identify the obstacles, and provides an input signal to the controller through which an algorithm is designed for achieving the elevator operation. Touch less technology helps in current pandemic situation to prevent spreading contagious diseases from spreading from place to place as it is contactless technology. When we start adhering to this system for commercial or common use, human safety will be given a high priority. Touch less technology applications have numerous application such as contact less checks-in, automated entrance QR code, elevator panel, door handles and more.

Medicine intake, as prescribed by physicians and health care providers, is important not only for minimizing the risk of relapse but also to treating conditions and improving one's overall well-being. However, adherence to a medication routine seems to be a problem for some people which is usually affected by a variety of factors such as hectic day-today activity schedules, poor prescription instruction, concurrent intake of multiple medications, and forgetfulness. This paper on "Smart Irrigation System" is develop to create an automated irrigation mechanism which turns the pumping motor ON and OFF on detecting the moisture content of the earth using the soil moisture sensor without the intervention of human. The benefit of employing these techniques is to decrease human interference and it is quite feasible and affordable. This Smart irrigation system project is using an arduino micro-controller, that is programmed to collect the input signal according to moisture content of the soil and its output is given to the op-amp that will operate the pump.

To address the requirement for three-phase inverters in microgrid systems or sustainable-powered industrial facilities, a MOSFET-based three-phase inverter is designed and implemented, which can convert DC power into three-phase AC. The designed system produces 223V square (AC) waves at each phase from a 12V battery (DC) through switching of three stages of power MOSFETs using PWM signals at their gates from an Arduino Uno R3. Each stage of MOSFETs consists of six MOSFETs making it eighteen in total, which are used to perform the inversion process separately for each of three single-phase connections. The system is programmed through the Arduino Uno to generate the PWM signals and to keep 120 degrees phase displacement among each phase. This paper proposes a system based on IOT and sensors for biomedical parameters monitoring. The system can be used to measure heart rate (bpm) and temperature rate. With the help of sensors patient's vital signs are monitored continuously. The system uses WI-FI to transmit vital parameters of human body to any cloud or app. Due to enhancement in wireless technologies and sensor devices patient monitoring has become convenient and cost effective. Requirement of electricity of the world is increasing at very high rate because of industrial growth, increased and extensive use of electrical gadgets. Today world receives 80% of the energy from conventional non-renewable energy sources. So within short time span, all the sources will be completely exhausted. The best alternative source is solar energy. Solar energy can be used in many electrical appliances. This paper deals with solar energy based metal/wood cutting tool. Industries like automobile, packaging and medical etc. have increased the use of aluminum, as aluminum made things are quiet easier to manufacture, handle and reliable to use. In this paper, design of metal/wood cutting tool which uses solar energy is shown. Solar charge controller is simulated using MATLAB and hardware is prepared using arduino microcontroller.

Successive reforms in agricultural policies have recently created an enabling environment for development and implementation of state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly farming strategies. This permits farmers to intensify production and manage local environment which is crucial for sustainable development of agricultural sector. This paper proposes a wireless sensor network architecture for real-time greenhouse environmental parameters monitoring to achieve scientific cultivation at a low management cost. The greenhouse monitoring system was designed by integrating DHT11 sensor, GSM module to a microcomputer board which is Arduino microcontroller. A real-time observation, monitoring and communication station was built using an android phone. Sensor data are received in near real-time through wireless communication network for analysis and control of targeted area. The proposed model was built and tested. The results obtained shows that automated monitoring of greenhouse farming is promising for enhanced agricultural production.

In today's changing world, the Internet of Things is one of the fields which will impact human life to a great extent. Applying the concepts of IOT and using Arduino Microcontroller, the project aims to contribute towards a social cause, by solving the problem of visually impaired and mute people. The device would assist visually impaired users to sense objects without actually coming in contact with them by using sensors. The device also consists of a communication system which uses Morse code, for the people who are unable to communicate so that they can express themselves and convey messages to others. Users with the help of our project would be able to walk on roads or public places without any help of another human being, by making them independent.

One of the important scientific discovery of all time is of electricity. Electricity has many uses in our day to day life and provides comfort to people. The existing system for Electricity meter reading has many drawbacks such as real time data is not available, huge human resource requirement, difficulty in construction etc. This research proposes an IOT based system to overcome drawbacks and provide additional benefits. The proposed system uses Arduino microcontroller, to read the no of units consumed by electrical appliances. These data is than send to a remote server using Ethernet shield. At the user end, an android application is created which allows the user to fetch data in real time and represent it graphically. In an effort to overcome the energy crisis, these systems send an SMS to the user when his/her home electricity usage crosses a threshold. To notify the user about his daily electricity usage a notification will be sent to the android application every day. The above system has been designed to overcome drawbacks of the existing system, ease of accessing real time data and to reduce energy crisis.

Repeat observations underpin our understanding of environmental processes but financial constraints often limit scientists’ ability to deploy dense networks of conventional commercial instrumentation. Rapid growth in the Internet-Of-Things (IOT) and the maker movement is paving the way for low-cost electronic sensors to transform global environmental monitoring. Accessible and inexpensive sensor construction is also fostering exciting opportunities for citizen science and participatory research. Drawing on six years of developmental work with Arduino open-source hardware and software and active field research, we outline a series of successes, failures and lessons learned in designing and deploying environmental sensors. This paper aims to develop a wind energy harvesting system to charger an electronic device of 5V during traveling period from a place to another. Upon the situation faced by the two wheeler depending on the conventional power socket, this system was constructed to overcome the dependencies of power since the natural energy can be harvested to produce an electrical energy. The power storage unit system was done by integrating supercapacitor to storage the electrical energy hence an arduino microcontroller was been integrated with supercapacitor which able to display the percentage and voltage stored in the supercapacitor. The maximum speed of the geared DC generator is 1297 rpm and based on the testing carried out, it was observed that the maximum voltage produce at 1297 rpm able to produce 17V which sufficient to power up the entire system as it required 5.3V for operating. Besides, the system was converted into acrylic board since the system are to be implemented on two wheeler hence the acrylic board was design based on the conform ability of the user. In a nut shell, the functionality of the entire system was successfully achieved based on the objectives and overcoming the drawback from past research work.

Schematics, code and purchasing guidance to reproduce our sensors are described in the paper, with detailed build instructions hosted on our King’s College London Geography Environmental Sensors Github repository and the FreeStation project website. We show in each case study that manual design and construction can produce research-grade scientific instrumentation (mean bias error for calibrated sensors –0.04 to 23%) for a fraction of the conventional cost, provided rigorous, sensor-specific calibration and field testing is conducted. In sharing our collective experiences with build-it-yourself environmental monitoring, we intend for this paper to act as a catalyst for physical geographers and the wider environmental science community to begin incorporating low-cost sensor development into their research activities. The capacity to deploy denser sensor networks should ultimately lead to superior environmental monitoring at the local to global scales.

This is meant to create an innovative intelligent parking and monitoring device. Through a mobile screen, this project provides a streamlined parking scheme. Inside this device, we use IR obstruction sensors, which are associated with the Arduino Microcontroller. The parking slots status is in real time on the LCD screens. The monitoring systems of vehicles are used to relay and simulate data utilizing the Blynk platform. The system has been designed to calculate the difference between the vehicles and the Live Location Sensor with various driver assistance parameters such as eye blinking, alcohol consumption, and automobile parameters such as engine temperature. If two cars are drawn next to each other, an alert is sent to the mail through the Blynk program. The Ultrasonic sensor is mounted on the front of the vehicle. The temperature sensor is located in the engine component. Caution is sent to the mail as the temperature of the turbine varies. Eye blanks and alcohol sensors are used to confirm the driver's condition, such that a note is sent to the mail as to if the driver's status is unnatural. The designed unit takes control of the vehicles and supports the pilot.

One of the ways is the development of robot line follower to help small medium enterprice to handle the movng materials in the any industries as well as in the creative industry. ROBOCHOP will help worker and or owner and or operator to handle the materials in their factory production system as well as culinary café and shops. Firstly ROBOCHOP will deliver 'list of menu' from front office or a well-defined place in the room/the production floor as well as a culinayr shop / café to the table that the customers used at the time they come into the room. Then after the first task, the robot will perform the second task, an so on until the customer pay and receive money change and leave the table and the door of the culinary café shop.It means that the robot will automaticly serve any person who come and sit in the chairs-table.

The paper explains utilization of Arduino Microcontroller to automatically control level of water in a tank. From a well spelt out algorithms, flowchart was drawn, from which Codes were written and compiled on Arduino IDE. IF statements were copiously used. Proteus was used to simulate the design while the project was implemented on breadboard. Liquid Crystal Display function displays the level of water on the 16 × 2 LCD thus: Very Low, Low, High and Very High. An option of I2C LCD codes was written thus providing advantage of using only two analog input A4 and A5 pins instead of 4 to 8 pins in other configurations thereby allowing other pins dedicated for other tasks. The design recommends improvements in the area of sump control so that its low water level could disable pump thus preventing it from running dry. Protection devices like circuit breaker overload and phase failure relays are recommended in order to prolong the life of the Water pump. It is believed that the design will go in long way in educating power electronic engineers in the arts of design using Arduino; also, a mass production of the device will accentuate Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs in developing countries with its concomitant economic advantages.
