Abstract

The main goal was to organize the information found and show the most recent advances regarding training of researchers from a socioformation approach, in order to open new ways for deepening this area of knowledge. For this, a documentary analysis was used, following the conceptual mapping steps. Within the most relevant results, we can find: a) this is a complex subject, multifaceted and with several approach possibilities, b) from the socioformation approach it is possible to get training realization for the different disciplines of knowledge and higher education levels, meeting the stages of shared vision, diagnosis, knowledge co-creation, methodology, collaborative application, metacognition, and socialization y c) the training of researchers, strictly speaking, begins with doctoral studies.
