It has been determined that the accounting records of the settlement units were kept very regularly and systematically when the expenditure book of June / July (1259 R.) of 1843 M. was analyzed, which belonged to 4 sub-districts (Kıran, Çakıllı, Koçak, Karapınar) and 28 Aydın. The account book provides information about of whom the officers in settlements consisted, how much salary these people serving to the state gained, what the various expenditures were done as the representative of the state in the settlements. The residential which has the highest expense is Aydın Güzelhisarı District. The total costs of the district is 114.534. This expense is 56.85% of the total expense. The residential which has the second highest expense is Tire District. The total amount of Tire District is 10,272,50 kuruş, and its share of sanjak expenses in total expenses is 5,10%.
