KEPEMIMPINAN KARISMATIK VERSUS KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL

Abstract

There are many styles of leadership that can be applied within an organization, such as charismatic leadership and transformational leadership. Charismatic leader emphasized ideological goals that connects the group's mission to the values, ideals, and aspirations are rooted in a perceived shared by the followers. Furthermore the charismatic leadership is also based on the extraordinary power of which is owned by one as a person. Transformational leadership bring change to the people who are involved in and or entire organizations to achieve higher levels of performance. This article suggests an alternative framework of the implementation of transformational leadership in organizations can improve employee outcomes (competency-skill)
