The purpose of this research is to determine the distributed leadership levels of managers according to the views of class teachers in state secondary schools. This research is in the survey model. The scope of the study is composed of 1602 teachers who are working in primary schools in Elazığ in the 2017-2018 academic year. The sample is composed of 318 branch teachers determined by simple random sampling. "Distributed leadership" scale developed by Özkan and Çakır (2017) was used as data collection tool in the research. In the naming of factors, relevant literature scans were used. First dimension, formal structure; the unity of the second dimension; third dimension, cooperation and trust; fourth dimension, responsibility sharing; the fifth dimension is called incentive and initiative. T-Test for independent groups and one-way ANOVA was performed to determine whether there was a significant difference between opinions for some variables. In the research, the following questions have been answered. 1. According to the opinions of teachers, what is the level of distributed leadership of middle school administrators? 2. According to the opinions of teachers, the level of distributed leadership of middle school administrators is significantly different according to the variables such as gender, seniority, branch, education level, duration of school, number of teachers, school and workplace where they work? The distributed leadership levels of managers are determined as "I agree" in the subdimensions of formal structure, purpose unity, cooperation and trust, responsibility sharing, incentive and initiative and in the full scale.
