Hubungan Beban Kerja dengan Kelelahan karyawan Badan Pertanahan Nasional Tingkat II Samarinda. Di bawah bimbingan miss Prof. Dr. Hj. Nur Fitriyah, M.S dan Miss Rina Rifayanti, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psikolog. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan beban kerja karyawan Badan Pertanahan Nasional Tingkat II Samarinda. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel, kelelahan sebagai variabel dependen dan beban kerja sebagai variabel independen. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala kelelahan ordinal dan skala beban kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 karyawan Badan Pertanahan Nasional Samarinda tingkat II yang menggunakan metode total sampling. Kelelahan akibat kerja sering kali diartikan sebagai proses menurunnya effisiensi dan berkurangnya kekuatan atau ketahanan fisik tubuh. Job stress is considered as distress when the work pressure causes physical, psychic, and behavioral disorder. One of the factors causing job stress is excessive workload. This study aims to figure out the correlation between workload and job stress among the employees of the State Electricity Company (PLN) Malang. This is a quantitative and correlational study. The samples used were 76 employees of PLN Malang. The instruments used were Workload Scale and Job Stress Scale. The data were analyzed through Product Moment Correlation. The findings showed that the (r) value reaches 0.416, with p value of 0.001 < 0.05 indicating that there are positive and significant correlation between employees’ workload and job stress. The more excessive the work load, the higher the job stress level, vice versa. Moreover, the coefficient of determination (r2) reaches 0.173 indicating that the variable of job stress is affected by 17,3% of the variable of workload.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap tingkat kelelahan Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) Kantor Kecamatan Kademangan Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian di lakukan di Kecamatan Kademangan Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan menetapkan sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan tujuan menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan. Teknis analisis data yang diterapkan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menjawab bahwa terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dan tingkat kelelahan kerja di lokasi penelitian. Tingkat signifikansi beban kerja terhadap kelelahan kerja dapat diketahui dari hasil uji F. Berdasarkan haisl uji F, diperolah F-hitung lebih besar dari F-tabel yakni 2.989 > 0.05. This research aimed to examine the effect of workload and burnout on employees' performance of RSUH, Surabaya (RSUH). While, the research was quantitative research. Moreover, the data were primary. Furthermore, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires. Additionally, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all member of population were the sample. In line with, there were 50 respondents of employee at RSUH, Surabaya as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the research result, it concluded workload had significant effect on burnout. Meanwhile, workload had positive and significant effect on employees' performance of RSUH, Surabaya. Likewise, burnout had positive and significant effect on employees' performance of RSUH, Surabaya. In other words, workload had positive and significant effect on employees' performance of RSUH, Surabaya through burnout. Therefore, burnout was able to intervene between workload and employees performance.

Beban kerja merupakan sesuatu yang muncul dari interaksi antara tuntutan tugas, lingkungan kerja, keterampilan, perilaku dan persepsi dari pekerja. Beban kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mengakibatkan kelelahan. Kelelahan kerja perawat merupakan gejala yang berhubungan dengan penurunan efesiensi kerja, keterampilan, serta kebosanan pada perawat. Tujuan Penelitian: menganalisis hubungan beban kerja dengan tingkat kelelahan kerja pada perawat pelaksana di Instalasi Rawat Inap Lantai 1 RSUD Sekarwangi. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan responden sebanyak 58 orang. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen yang dipergunakan adalah kuesioner beban kerja adaptasi dari Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia dengan 15 pertanyaan dan kuesioner kelelahan kerja dari Tarwaka dengan 30 pertanyaan. Kedua instrumen telah valid dan reliabel. Analisis data menggunakan uji kategorik tidak berpasangan alternatif chi-square Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Hasil: lebih dari setengah responden mengalami beban kerja berat sebesar 56,9%. Sebagian besar responden mengalami kelelahan tinggi yaitu 67,2%. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja nilai (p=0,338). Diskusi: Beban kerja perawat yang tinggi akan menyebabkan kelelahan kerja perawat. Kelelahan kerja akan berdampak pada pelayanan kepada pasien tidak optimal sehingga berisiko terhadap keselamatan pasien. Meskipun hasil analisis hubungan antar variabel secara statistik tidak bermakna, namun pada kajian secara praktik menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berlebihan dapat memengaruhi kelelahan kerja. Adanya perbedaan temuan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya kemungkinan dapat disebabkan oleh adanya perbedaan lokasi pengambilan data, instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, dan keterbatasan jumlah sampel. Kesimpulan: Banyak faktor yang memengaruhi kelelahan kerja. Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi tolak ukur serta pertimbangan untuk dikembangkannya materi pembelajaran tentang beban kerja terhadap kelelahan kerja beserta faktor-faktor lainnya yang akan memengaruhi beban kerja perawat. Kata kunci: Beban kerja, kelelahan kerja, perawat Correlation Between Workload and Work Fatigue in Executing Nurses in Inpatient Instalation ABSTRACT Workload is something that emerges from an interaction between task demands, work environment, skills, behavior and perceptions of workers. It is one of the factors that can cause fatigue. Nurses' work fatigue is a symptom correlated with a decrease in work effi ciency, skills, and boredom in nurses. Objective: to analyze the correlation between workload and level of work fatigue in executing nurses at the 1st Floor Inpatient Installation of Sekarwangi Regional Hospital. Methods: This research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach with 58 respondents. Samples were taken using total sampling. The instruments used were an adapted workload questionnaire from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia with 15 questions and a work fatigue questionnaire from Tarwaka with 30 questions. Both instruments were valid and reliable. Data were analyzed using an alternative unpaired categorical chi-square test of Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Results: More than half of the respondents (56.9%) experienced a heavy workload. Most of the respondents (67.2%) experienced high fatigue. There was no correlation between workload and work fatigue (p=0.338). Discussion: Nurses' high workload would cause nurses' work fatigue. Work fatigue would have an impact on unsatisfactory service to patients so that it risked patient safety. Although the results of the analysis of the correlation between variables was not statistically signifi cant, the practical study indicated that excessive workload could aff ect work fatigue. The diff erences in the fi ndings of this research with previous studies might be due to diff erences in the location of data collection, the research instruments used, and the limited number of samples. The large workload of the animal care technician employees of the Borneo Orangutan Survial Samboja Lestari Foundation may be a symptom of burnout that will have a negative impact on employees and the company. This study aims to empirically test whether or not there is a relationship between workload and animal care technician employees at the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation Samboja Lestari. The subjects in this study found 71 animal care technician employees who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used in this research is the burnout scale and the workload scale. The data analysis technique using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The resulted of the calculations show r value = 0.794 and p = 0.000 <0.05. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, kelelahan kerja, dan shift kerja terhadap penerapan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada karyawan PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal di Loa Crow. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 187 karyawan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam skala kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, beban kerja, kelelahan kerja dan shift kerja. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan mengukur model persamaan model persamaan model (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi komputer AMOS versi 22.0.
