Tuti Sulfiani, 2017. Modernisasi Pertanian Sayur Mayur di Kelurahan Tanete Kabupaten Enrekang (2005-2015). Skripsi. Fakultas Ilmu Sosial., Universitas Negeri Makassar. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui awal masuknya modernisasi pertanian di Kelurahan Tanete Kabupaten Enrekang, sistem kerja dari mesin pertanian pada kegiatan pengolahan lahan pertanian, Dampak modernisasi teknologi pertanian bagi kehidupan masyarakat petani, pada bidang sosial budaya dan ekonomi di Kelurahan Tanete (2005-2015). Penelitian ini merupakan yang bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian historis melalui tahap heuriatik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, sebelum adanya modernisasi teknologi pertanian di Kelurahan Tanete sebelum tahun 2005, masyarakat melakukan kebiasaan mereka, seperti gotong dengan sistem upah yang petani di sebut dengan “Mangkade Gaji”. Adanya kesadaran masyarakat, mengubah pola hidup dan sebagian besar sudah menggunakan mesin-mesin pertanian walaupun masih dengan sistem sewa. Faktor lain yang mendukung petani menggunakan mesin-mesin pertanian ini adalah jalur antara lahan pertanian dan pemilik mesin tersebut dapat dijangkau. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pertanian masih tradisional mulai dari alat-alat yang digunakan sampai dengan pengolahan lahannya, masuknya modernisasi pada tahun 2005 merubah sistem ekonomi dan sosial kearah yang modern hal tersebut menjadi salah satu faktor peningkatan kesejahteraan petani.

Human resources are one of the important aspects that need to be considered in the implementation of construction work, where a construction work can run well if the existing human resources have good performance as well. In this case there are many factors that affect a person's performance in doing a construction job, one of which is motivation. Work motivation has an important role in the process of implementing a construction service from the beginning of the project to the completion of the project. However, not all human resources in construction have high motivation to work, there are many important factors that can affect the high and low work motivation of a worker. In this study, describes the results of the identification of motivational factors that affect the performance of construction workers as well as existing conditions, between the conditions faced by workers and the conditions they expect with the object of study of construction projects in Apartemen sakaura Garden City Phase 1A and its surroundings. Data were collected through questionnaires to construction workers in the field. The motivational influence factor that ranks first is the psychological need factor, with bonus and additional salary sub-factors in the first rank. Second, the need factor reflects self-esteem, with a sub-factor for recognition of work results. Third, the factor of self-actualization needs, with subfactors of creativity in problem solving. Fourth, the psychological needs factor with the sub-factor of the suitability of salary/wages with workers. Fifth, the factor of self-actualization needs, with a sub-factor of responsibility for work.
