The study of the cult aspect of the nart of Soslan / Sosruko, where he turns out to be able to control winds and rainfall, allows one to put forward a new version of the origin of this epic hero, in which he appears to take role of the Thunderer, as the central character of the main Indo-European myth, reconstructed by V. V. Ivanov and V. N. Toporov. As a result, the most convincing etymology of his name is suggested to be the borrowing of Nogai suslan ‘to have a formidable appearance’, suslə ‘gloomy’, ‘formidable’, proposed by V. I. Abaev, being a synonym for his original Indo-European permanent epithet næ æm n ‘unrestrained’, ‘indomitable’. Tracing the elements of the agrarian cult of this epic hero, represented in the Adyghe tradition, it becomes possible to believe that the relic of the Kabardian Kardanovs family is not a “handkerchief / towel”, but a banner cloth, used in the rite of the beginning of spring plowing. Participation in the Adyghe spring rite of the mummers indicates his opponent, which rightfully appears to be the nart Syrdon, a werewolf and a sworn enemy of Soslan. In the long run, it becomes possible to compare the mentioned pair with the Slavic Volos~Veles within the framework of a number of already well-known common mythological isoglosses. Изучение культового аспекта нарта Сослана / Сосруко позволяет выдвинуть новую версию происхождения этого образа, в которой он замещает Громовержца, как главного героя основного индоевропейского мифа. Участие в адыгском весеннем обряде ряженного указывает и на его противника, каковым по праву предстает нарт Сырдон, оборотень и заклятый враг Сослана. В результате, становится возможным сопоставление упомянутой пары с Волосом ~ Велесом, как еще одной славяно-иранской мифологической изоглоссы.

this article considers the history of the development of one of the most influential contemporary regional political and economic organizations of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in the Trans-Pacific partnership (TPP). The study also examined the main position and role of ASEAN countries in the Pacific Partnership.

The article analyzes the current state of decision-making processes in military affairs. The components of the decision support system are defined. The ways of intellectualization of automated control systems for missile forces and artillery are proposed due to the use of methods of statistical analysis, methods of genetic algorithms, simulation modeling, reasoning based on precedents, their shortcomings and positive sides. The necessity of forming a database for the decision support system, taking into account the experience of using missile forces and artillery in armed conflicts of recent years and carrying out anti-terrorist operations, is determined. A common algorithm for the use of the decision support system by commanders and staffs has been created.

СОДЕРЖАНИЕ ХОЛЕСТЕРИНА И РИСК АТЕРОСКЛЕРОЗА У СЕЛЬСКОГО КОРЕННОГО НАСЕЛЕНИЯ РЕСПУБЛИКИ САХА (ЯКУТИЯ)

"According to the results of the cross-sectional study of rural indigenous population of the Republic of Sakha (Ya-kutia), there has been studied the level of cholesterol and frequency of atherogenic changes of the lipid profile of the blood plasma. It has been found that in 35 % of the surveyed indigenous people, the level of cholesterol was 5.2 mmol/l or more, and in 10.8 % - 6.2 mmol/l or more. Among the persons with high cholesterol, atherogenic changes of the ratio of total cholesterol / HDL-C, LDL-C / HDL-C were observed in 19 % of the men and 8 % of the women (р =0.014); logarithm (TRG / HDL-C ) - in 11 % of the men and women (p = 0.906). Thus, the high levels of the total cholesterol (5.2 mmol /l or more) in 80 % of the men and in 89% of the women was not accompanied by atherogenic changes in the lipid profile. This allows to consider the status of hypercholesterolemia in this population group in most of the cases as a manifestation of adaptive changes in lipid me-tabolism. The identified changes in atherogenic lipid profile were associated with presence of metabolic risk factors, what proves the need for determination of cholesterol in lipoprotein composition and a ratio of lipid fractions for choice of a right tactics for correction of the lipid risk factors. Keywords: adaptation, hypercholesterolemia, indigenous population, atherogenic changes В ходе одномоментного исследования среди сельской коренной популяции Республики Саха (Якутия) изучено содержание холестерина и частота атерогенных изменений липидного спектра плазмы крови. Установлено, что у 35 % обследованного населения содержание холестерина составило 5,2 ммоль/л и более, в том числе у 10,8 % – 6,2 ммоль/л и более. Среди лиц с повышенным содержанием холестерина атерогенные сдвиги ОХС/ХС ЛПВП, ХС ЛПНП/ХС ЛПВП отмечались у 19 % мужчин и 8 % женщин (р = 0,014); логарифма (ТРГ/ХС ЛПВП) – у 11 % мужчин и женщин (р = 0,906). Таким образом, гиперхолестеринемия в 80 % случаев у мужчин и 87 % у женщин не cопровождалась сдвигом в сторону атерогенных фракций. Это позволяет рассматривать состояние гиперхолестеринемии в данной группе населения в большей части случаев как проявление адаптивных изменений липидного обмена. Атерогенные изменения липидного спектра крови ассоциировались с наличием метаболических факторов риска, что обосновывает необходимость определения соотношения липидных фракций для выбора правильной тактики коррекции липидных факторов риска.
