Drafting and researching a dual education proposal for Nova Southeastern University College of Law and the Council of Legal Education law schools in the Caribbean; recruitment of distinguishing visiting law professors; acting as liaison with Caribbean community in South Florida; coordinating summer law conferences on issues in Caribbean law; and proposing and developing programs concerning Caribbean law.
