Disusun untuk memenuhi tugas Al-Qur'an dan Filsafat:

Abstrak: Pada dasarnya alam merupakan segala sesuatu selain Allah swt. Karenanya cakupan alam sangat luas sekali. Alam semesta yang diciptakan begitu luar biasa menyimpan banyak rahasia dimulai dari proses penciptaannya yang sangat rumit dan penghuninya yang beragam menjadi sebuah kajian yang menarik. Alam memiliki kata dasar yang sama dengan alamat, yang berarti sesuatu yang jika kita ikuti maka kita akan sampai kepada tujuan yang dimaksud. Hal ini berarti jika kita mengkaji alam ini secara serius akan mengarahkan kita sampai pada penciptanya yaitu Allah Swt. Alam juga sepadan dengan kata ilmu, hal ini mengisyaratkan bahwa esensi dari Alam semesta penuh dengan rahasia ilmu pengetahuan. Jika ditinjau dari filsafat pendidikan Islam, alam semesta ini bukan hanya sebagai tempat tinggal, tetapi alam semesta sesungguhnya merupakan tempat belajar bagi manusia. Tulisan ini berupaya meninjau sejarah filsafat di dunia yang dimulai dari masalah alam dan manusia, baik terdapat dalam filsafat Timur maupun filsafat Barat, tentunya dalam periode Yunani kuno.

Islam is not a religion for mere ritual activities. It is a total system of life. Therefore, Islam orders all people to maintain the equilibrium of ecology; otherwise, they will risk in exploiting it. Based on this, to avoid people from destroying ecology, they have to be educated. In other words, Islamic education must be implemented based on the actual problems of people, including the ecological problem. It is here that the role of Islamic education in formulating ecology ethics is very significant for all people. Kata Kunci: Filsafat pendidikan Islam, alam, lingkungan

Perkembangan peradaban umat manusia dari zaman purba hingga zaman post modern sangat begitu pesat, sehingga arus perubahan dan perkembangan zaman, revolusi serta evolusi umat manusia tidak dapat dibendung lagi. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh evolusi dan perkembangan manusia itu, dari manusia Pliopithecus (kera primitif) sampai pada manusia Modern Homo Sapiens (manusia sekarang). Sesudah masa itu berlangsung maka manusia itu pun melakukan revolusi bagi dirinya, alam-lingkungan, ilmu pengetahuan, dan sebagainya yang ada di permukaan bumi ini. Sebagai makhluk yang sudah berevolusi dan berevolusi maka perkembangan yang signifikan itu terjadi dulu hingga saat ini dan selanjutnya.
