The strength of an organisation lies predominantly in her personnel as the creative person. However, limited studies on well-being input exist in developing countries. Also, the scope and methodological gap in a previous study conducted on flexible well-being and smart-head necessitated this study. Thus, the paper determined the effect and sensitivity relationship of redefined well-being dimensions on creative person. A cross-sectional survey research design was used while a validated questionnaire was distributed and 532 retrieved from academic staff ranked as Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor and Professor. The multi-stage random sampling technique was applied to eight selected private universities in SouthWest Nigeria. Findings from multiple regression analysis conducted revealed that redefined well-being had a combined positive significant effect on creative person [(Adj. R 2 = 0.331 (F (6, 525) = 44.877, p<0.05)] and the artificial neural network analysis showed technological work environment as the best individual predictor. The paper strengthens the Person-Environment (P-E) Fit Theory assumptions and the position to consistently redefine well-being input as a maxim to stimulate academics' creativity for a novel knowledge-based economy, patent, and ranking.

Purpose – A new non-technological innovation to manage socio-economic crises and to build new economy and society. Economic theory that is based on fictitious market cannot manage building them, because it is one-sided and fails; the model suggests solving the crises and building new economy and society based on human requisite holism (HRH), creativity-based well-being (CBWB) and social responsibility (SR). The paper aims to discuss these issues. Design/methodology/approach – Qualitative economic analysis using HRH, CBWB, SR and dialectical systems theory (DST) is applied. Findings – The current global socio-economic/environmental crisis reflects decision-makers' one-sidedness and resulting oversights. HRH and SR support both holism and honesty and help to combat the negative impact of decision-makers' behaviour. SR can support holism and honesty better, if well-being is extended to CBWB, and if SR is upgraded with increasing CBWB, not welfare alone. Both SR and CBWB support...
In this paper the relationship that exists between the concepts of «happiness» and «creativity» with «subjective wellbeing» is analyzed. The importance of these elements is reviewed to confirm the positive relationship that is supposed to exist between them and in this way to propose organizational development strategies. The goals to achieve are to find the correlation between the variables in the local environment. To this end, a questionnaire is applied, and 249 responses are obtained, this instrument includes questions for each of the variables under study and have been obtained from a sample of a population of university students and graduates former students of management degrees in the city of Tijuana, BC, Mexico. Results confirm that the variables «happiness» and «subjective wellbeing» and the variables «creativity» and «subjective wellbeing» have a high mutual relationship based on the results in Pearson’s correlation analysis, in the analysis of variance and in the regression equation model. It reaches to the conclusion of the importance of applied strategies for the development of the human element in organizations based on the implementation of actions that promote creativity and increase perception of happiness to influence the development of subjective well-being in individuals and organizations from collaboration networks and organizational tools.
The New Educational Review
The article reveals the importance of creativity in achieving psychological well-being in teachers of higher educational institutions and substantiates the feasibility of its study. Psychological well-being is considered as an important indicator in people's lives, their desire for the development of personal potential, the formation of positive relationships, and productive creative activity for the benefit of society. The role of creativity in achieving the psychological well-being of a person as a unique creative ability, an important condition for human life, is substantiated. It affects self-acceptance, personal growth, creativity, among others. Creativity indicators (curiosity, creative opportunities, self-confidence, stability and persuasiveness, the desire to be an independent person, the ability to cope, etc.), affecting the psychological well-being of teachers of higher educational institutions, their satisfaction with life, work and themselves are investigated. It was established that the level of creativity is insufficient and that teachers for training specialists in social work have lower indicators than teachers of a foreign language. It is shown that creativity is a factor in psychological well-being and affects the formation of relationships with others, the purposefulness and meaningfulness of life, self-acceptance, personal growth, and the like. Statistically significant differences were found in terms of creativity and psychological well-being of the teachers who were studied depending on gender.

This study investigated the role of leadership in organizations and its influence on employee creativity and employee well-being. This research adopted mixed methods to undertake data collection and analysis, which is divided into two phases. The sample included eleven social workers from two different organizations within the healthcare field. Phase One comprised a quantitative method by utilizing a diary study in which data was collected on a daily basis for five consecutive working days. This quantitative tool revealed an overall low rate of successful implementation of creative ideas in the workplace. It showed how employee creativity and well-being is greatly affected by emotions and leadership style amongst other factors. A positive relationship between creativity and wellbeing at work was consistently exhibited during the first phase. Phase Two of this study involved a qualitative inquiry through three focus groups which were carried out with the same sample as Phase One. These focus groups provided further insight and understanding of quantitative data. The focus groups exposed interesting findings which affect the leader employee relationship. These include the organization's management, climate and culture, team members, nature of work, and personal characteristics. This study concluded that employee creativity and employee well-being are positively related. Moreover, when the leader adopts transformational leadership behaviours, employee creativity and well-being is further enhanced. It also recommended further analysis of other variables, such as management teams and team dynamics in the light of creativity and well-being and its impact on leadership.

Creativity and well-being are popular subjects in psychological and organizational studies. The recent literature presented mixed perspectives about the nature of the relationship between the two. Whereas the mad-genius hypothesis, which was often explored among eminently creative individuals, seems to imply a negative relationship between the two, trends in the field of creativity, such as everyday creativity and general psychology (i.e., positive psychology) linked them positively. The present meta-analysis study synthesized 189 effect sizes obtained from 32 samples in 26 different studies based on a total sample of 8,189. Analyses with multilevel modeling yielded a mean effect of r = .14. The moderator analysis tested the impact of age, gender, measure of creativity, measure of well-being, stimulus type of creativity measure, and index of creativity measure. Only the creativity measure explained the variation in the study outcomes. The relationship between creativity and well-being was significantly higher when creativity was measured by instruments focusing on creative activity and behavior (r = .22) than the divergent thinking tasks (r = .06). Those findings are discussed in terms of theoretical and practical implications.
While psychological literature is familiar with the study of individual creativity, macro-level creative industries and economies have been studied only recently. Indices like the Global Creativity Index (GCI) and the Global Innovation Index (GII) compile information of over 130 economies to provide a snapshot of their creative and innovative behaviour. Given the positive association between creative occupations and subjective well-being (SWB), a study at the national level between these variables can provide valuable insights. Creative inputs, such as a tolerant environment, creative out-puts like number of patents filed nationally, and the monetization of creative activities, like the monetary value of creative good exports were used as predictors for SWB. Quantitative regression analyses of secondary data from various agencies, including the World Bank, International Labor Organization, and Gallup Poll, indicated that SWB was significantly explained by specific creativity parameters at the national level. In line with the assumptions that creativity and innovation will be the drivers of future economies and ideas will create economic value, relationships between creativity and SWB can provide meaning and motivation to countries looking to capitalize human resources.
The organisational climate for creativity has been widely acknowledged to influence various work outcomes such as employee innovation and productivity. Researches carried out on the creative climate in Malaysia have up till now, confirmed the notion. However, as far as the Malaysian context is concerned, the effect of a creative work environment on employee job satisfaction and work performance level has yet to be explored. As such, this study aims to investigate the effects of a psychological climate for creativity on job satisfaction and work performance. Additionally, this study seeks to establish the role of job satisfaction as a mediator on the relationship between organisational climate and work performance. The results from a sample of 118 electrical engineers working only within the area of the Klang Valley suggest that all variable relationships were positively and significantly correlated: Job satisfaction-Work performance, Psychological climate for creativity-Job satisfaction and Psychological climate for creativity-Work performance. Moreover, job satisfaction was found to mediate between the psychological climate for creativity and work performance when an analysis was carried out on three separate regressions.

Over the last decade, much research has been conducted in the field of quality of work life(QWL) and its associations with the creative behavior of employees. Prior studies have found substantial positive evidence for statistical associations between QWL and creative behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between QWL dimensions and creative behavior. This study examines the relationships between QWL dimensions and creative behavior. The researcher adopted the descriptive survey design. Primary data was sourced through the instrument of the questionnaire. It was given to a chosen group of ( protection from occupational hazards in the workplace), and comfortable at work from Where (cleanliness, lighting, humidity, ventilation, housing as well as office and logistical equipment, laboratories, and technical and scientific equipment required to finish and stimulate research work. The Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla advises that training sessions and awareness campaigns be held to raise awareness of the system of salaries, wages, rewards, and employees' obligations to their jobs.

The impact of happiness on creativity is well-established. However, little is known about the effect of creativity on well-being. Two studies were thus conducted to examine the impact of creativity on subjective well-being. In the first study, 256 undergraduate students (Study 1a) and 291 working adults (Study 1b) self-reported their creativity, stress, and subjective well-being. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed a positive relationship between creativity and subjective well-being after controlling the effect of self-perceived stress and demographics in both samples. Study 2 then employed an experimental design to examine the causal relationship between creativity and subjective well-being. Half of the 68 undergraduates underwent a creativity priming task followed by a divergent thinking test as well as self-reported stress and subjective well-being. The priming task was found to boost creative performance in the pilot study (Study 2a) and the actual study (Study 2b)....

The introduction of democracy in post-socialist countries is still accompanied by their struggling to reach political consolidation and economic development. This has come due to the delayed and poor attempts of the transformation of individuals at every institutional and organizational level. The purpose of this paper is to study how can this be reached through a new work ethic and by giving people the opportunity to demonstrate responsibility and the ability to deal with information, power and freedom by showing creativity at work. The primary data were collected by the means of a structured questionnaire, which was distributed to a sample of people residing in the Republic of Albania, mostly at Master level of education, employed in different private and state institutions, representing the creative class of the society. A regression analysis was used, and different tests were undertaken which showed that job satisfaction is very much affected by many of the variables related to the dimensions of creativity. The findings will contribute to a better understanding of the impact of entrepreneurs on employee's creativity, and how can it influence people's mentality, as the missing puzzle of getting out of the prolonged political and economic transition of a Western Balkan country like Albania. As there is a lack of scientific papers in Albania regarding creativity, and the country lays behind in the Creativity Index compared to other countries in the region, this research gains an increased importance for the Albanian academic milieu as well.
