Hikayat Kelana Sita Kembara sebagai Naskhah Cerita Panji Melayu

Abstrak Makalah ini membincangkan teks manuskrip Cerita Panji Melayu yang didokumentasikan di Pusat Dokumentasi Melayu, Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, Kuala Lumpur yang berjudul Hikayat Kelana Sita Kembara, nombor kelas MS46. Sehingga kini, tiada lagi kajian manuskrip atau kritikan yang dilakukan bagi menilai naskhah Cerita Panji Melayu Hikayat Kelana Sita Kembara. Melalui kaedah transliterasi teks dan analisis kandungan, maka ciri-ciri Panji Melayu dapat dicerakinkan dengan mengambil kira tiga dasar pembahagian antara cerita panji Jawa dengan cerita panji Melayu, iaitu pembahagian sedia ada, penggunaan bahasa dan unsur tempatan. Gambuh as the performing art in Malay area became one of the cultural transformation evidences of the close relation between Java and Malay. The history of gambuh performance in Malay area recorded in the archipelago’s manuscripts, one of them is a manuscript entitled Surat Gambuh which is being the collection of Leiden University Library. This paper attempts to examine the contents of the manuscript in order to reconstruct the gambuh performance art in Malay and also trace the historical aspects. As far as the research had been done, there have been no studies of this manuscript so it is necessary to first transliterate it using a critical method. Furthermore, the historical aspects are explored using a historical approach by adding data from other texts of Panji. The panji tales were popular in Java and gained widespread popularity throughout the Malay Archipelago at one point of time. Many manuscripts of these Panji tales have been studied using various approaches and research frameworks by both local and foreign researchers. However, there is still a dearth of the research, especially studies of the panji tales which were documented in Malaysia, despite the large number of manuscripts stored at the Malay Documentation Centre of Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, the National Library of Malaysia and the University of Malaya Library. The Panji story is a popular cultural heritage during the Majapahit period, spreading to various regions and countries of Southeast Asia. Panji's story is not just a romantic story of Panji Asmarabangun with Dewi Sekartaji but has many interesting aspects that can be studied from various sides. There are many fairy tales that tell the story of Panji, as well as the performing arts of tradition, art, the art of chanting, and even the Panji Story enshrined in reliefs of dozens of temples in East Java and hundreds of manuscripts of Panji scattered in various countries. From the various stories of Panji is contained noble values that can be a role model in the life of society and state. In the story of Panji there is a load of courage, heroism, unyielding spirit, creativity in running tactics, caring for others, love animals and flora, not vengeance, do not apply cruelly, love to study, devoted to mother, love and master various art and so on. The Panji is an ideal figure so much is personified by many Kings throughout history. The story of the Panji becomes intertwined between fairy tales and facts. The Panji story becomes a myth that eventually becomes a reference in life. In fact, the example of the Panji Story is not only reflected in its traits as a person but the moral of the story contained in it, as well as the inspiration that can be picked as a raw material for the creation of artwork and also the creative economy.

Artikel ini berkenaan Hikayat Pelanduk Jenaka (Cod. Or. 1932) yang menceritakan kisah kehidupan binatang di rimba dan lautan yang dipersonifikasikan oleh pengarangnya. Penulisan ini mengaplikasikan teknik kualitatif, analisis kandungan dan menggunapakai teori Pengkaedahan Melayu yang diasaskan oleh Hashim Awang. Kajian ini bertujuan memperlihat cara hidup dan kebudayaan masyarakat Melayu dalam Hikayat Pelanduk Jenaka (Cod. Or. 1932). Justeru, budaya masyarakat Melayu menerusi Hikayat Pelanduk Jenaka dianalisis menerusi aspek interaksi sosial untuk merungkai hal kemasyarakatan dan proses sosial. Artikel ini membahaskan pelbagai isu menerusi Hikayat Pelanduk Jenaka yang menggambarkan hubungan antara alam dan masyarakat Melayu yang disampaikan secara ironi, sinisme, sarkasme untuk menghibur, membawa maklumat dan fungsi kerohanian dalam kalangan audien pembaca.

Wisata Legenda merupakan istilah yang belum umum dipakai, namun sudah banyak diterapkan di berbagai penjuru dunia. Wisata legenda memanfaatkan kisah-kisah yang dipercaya memiliki hubungan dengan objek wisata yang disediakan, dan kisah-kisah tersebut menjadi daya tarik utama sang objek wisata. Terdapat banyak legenda di Indonesia, seperti Malin Kundang dan Tangkuban Perahu, yang saat ini lokasi yang berhubungan dengan cerita-cerita tersebut dijadikan objek wisata, namun saat ini kisah-kisah tersebut hanya sebagai sebuah pelengkap yang tidak dimanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk mempromosikan nilai objek wisata tersebut. Buku ilustrasi dengan panduan wisata dipilih agar mampu memberikan gambaran bagi target audience tentang kisah yang melatari objek wisata Doulu di Kabupaten Karo secara lebih jelas sehingga memunculkan rasa penasaran dan diharapkan mampu memunculkan antusiasme pembaca untuk berkunjung.
