Facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0/5.0 the development of information and communication based on the internet and digital encourages people's lives more advanced and various functions of life are more effective and efficient, the use of internet and digital media makes the boundaries that can hinder movement and distance can be removed and bring the world closer to unlimited reach. In the development of Education, it is also encouraged to be able to adapt by leaving the conventional education system to a system based on distance education and learning/DEL, in distance education and learning/DEL the education system will be carried out openly and remotely which will eliminate distance and restrictions for someone in the learning and teaching process, therefore education will be faster, efficient, precise and low cost. This research is legal research with normative juridical approach, the data used are primary data and secondary data are analyzed using quantitative analysis. The first result: the use of distance education and learning/DEL is a form of educational transformation in the face of the era of disruption, where the education system is carried out remotely using the help of instruction technology based on transformation, research, assessment, evaluation and memory subsystem with the help of internet technology. Second: distance education and learning/DEL is able to be a solution for geographical and topographical problems in Indonesia, so that anyone can achieve a master of law with the help of distance education and learning/DEL technology.
Distance and Online Learning Solutions in the Context of Modern Legal Educational Policy, 2020
The objective of this article is the best strategies and models of distance and online education to universities in the context of modern legal education policy, tempting its effectiveness. The methodological framework of this research is based on the comparative anective of distance and online education best practices offered by some universities around the world. A full study of the technical, pedagogical and managements issus of distance education has also been provided. Based on an empirical approach, testing, evaluation and control of usability, accessibility, file and security of some techniques, and related resources have been carried out. An experimental study has also been conducted with the aim of obtaining, comparing and using certain relevant data on the attitudes, priorities and learning outcomes of law students in a traditional versus distance learning environment. The main result of the study is the design of a model of mass, open and lively distance learning and teaching that enhances the quality of university education in general and the training of law students in particular.

The effect that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on education is already obvious. Where higher education institutions are concerned, the impact of these changes may vary based on the scientific field encompassing those academic programmes. This article presents the impact of switching to blended learning, and later online-only education, in the field of Law study programmes, an area where face-to-face learning might be considered essential, given the specifically oral nature of legal professions. The research tools for this article are (i) a case study based on (ii) a survey on the Law students at Transilvania University of Brașov, following (iii) a review of specialized literature, taking into account the specific conditions with available specific conditions which would facilitate the process of teaching-learning-assessment. The survey focuses on the following core issues: (i) the interface, the tools and the level of accessibility for the e-learning platform; (ii) evaluation of teaching resources in terms of their formal aspect and usefulness in the learning process; (iii) teaching-learning process in terms of the optimal content and way of teaching of the didactic materials, and in terms of the students' involvement and increased interest; (iv) identifying the optimal assessment methods in a comfortable climate, as well as ensuring the fairness of the examination; (v) the teaching staff's skills of online teaching on the e-learning platform, and the students' skills of accessing and using this platform. An analysis of the responses would allow identifying the weaknesses and strengths in the new teaching tools and methods, their efficiency in the learning process, the effect felt by students on personal performance, as well as their appreciation of the online examination methods. The results of the survey also show that the professors need to reposition themselves based on the new teaching conditions and demands created by the current and future situation, as well as the technological facilities and tools provided by online platforms. The article will be concluded with the presentation of the challenges and opportunities identified in online teaching and assessment, which, despite being specific to the legal science, can also be extended to other fields, at least where humanities are concerned.
The expectation for successful professional realization of students – lawyers naturally is “key” for any educational policy. The preconditions for this are indicated in the quality of educational process where students take part, in the variety of forms, methods and means for mastering knowledge, skills and competences with legal status. In this aspect the concept of this paper is based on the specifics of innovative educational technologies and their application when training students – future lawyers. The contemporary judicial education shall offer not only theoretical knowledge but acquisition of practical skills and deployment of cognitive abilities. For the successful professional realization of students – lawyers in the conditions of strongly competitive environment necessary is basic academic knowledge in the field of law as well as variety of innovative approaches when reviewing, analysis, formatting of procedural deeds and statements, design of thesis and up-to-date solutions, demonstration of professional competence for dealing with projects, cases, situations. Assuring actual opportunities for high-quality professional competence of students – future lawyers being trained is in the context of philosophy of the lecturer regarding the organization and contents of the educational process in the higher institution. An important tool for estimate of the quality and result of this process is the acquired practical skills for successful professional realization in actual work environment. This essay is provoked by the results of conducted polls among students-graduates of the Law major at South-West University “Neofit Rilski”.

This paper describes distance legal education as conducted by the Open University of Sri Lanka. The paper opens with a description of legal education in Sri Lanka which began in the period of British colonial rule. Also described are more recent efforts to make legal education available to a larger segment of the population culminating in the degree program in law at the Open University which was established along with a continuing legal education program and legal literacy programs for the general public. The content of the 4-year degree program is described noting its use of a broad based and comparative approach towards the subject matter. A section on the teaching method utilized considers a schedule of 20 hours of face-to-face teaching and discussion for each course, course materials, and audio cassettes of lectures on various topics. Also described are the evaluation methods of continuous assessment based on a take home assignment, an open book exam during the middle of the year, and a final closed book exam. Practical training in a legal aid and a mediation project are also covered. Concluding sections offer reflection on problems and perspectives. The rapid growth of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has challenged the traditional method of teaching and changed the educational landscape globally. The teaching method is now divided into two different ways of thinking on education, one is traditional and other one is ICT Method. Most of the teachers and experts have explored new methods of teaching and believe that modern methods or the ICT method is better than the traditional method of teaching. This paper aimed to find out the perception of the Law Undergraduate students regarding the ICT method of Teaching. Secondly, this paper also finds out gender wise perception of ICT teaching method. This study has been conducted on 150 first year students of a Law school in Noida. They are taught using traditional as well as ICT method of teaching in the law school. Self-designed questionnaires were used for evaluating the perception. Finally Mann-Whitney U-test was applied to measure significant difference between the perception regarding the traditional as well as ICT Method.
