Research is a mission for trust with the assistance of study, acknowledgment, association, and preliminaries in the journey for information through the goal and proficient methodology to discover answers for an issue. The examination decides and breaks down the degree of appraisal seen by the understudies regarding the complexity and significance of the research. The examination respondents were the 252 understudies from Marketing and Human Resource Management courses utilizing the descriptive survey method as a research instrument on a simple random sampling. Frequency simple percentages, and Mode were used to summarize, separate, and unravel the information. The discovery uncovered those understudies perceived the importance of research undertakings. However, the investigation revealed that acquainting with different investigations in regions identified with research is a complex thing during the proposal. The ampleness of information in estimating apparatuses (insights) to evaluate and examine research information is the complex part of conducting the research. Lastly, introducing thoughts intelligently, legitimately, plainly, and carefully is the complex part of writing the research paper. The study concluded that constructive alignment between teaching and learning in the proposal stage, conducting the research, and writing the paper must be practiced ensuring the stronger realization of students’ journey and output in doing research.

This study determined the Research Difficulties encountered by selected Business Administration students while doing their Research study. The study is Descriptive in nature. Survey questionnaire and Convenience sampling were utilized in data gathering. For the Data treatment and analysis, frequency count, percentages and weighted mean were utilized. The result of the study revealed that majority of the respondents encountered difficulty on Linguistic aspect. Keywords-linguistic; research difficulty; research study. I. INTRODUCTION Research study is a scholarly work aiming at determining and analyzing a certain situation and practices. It is often done to be used as a basis for discovery, enhancement, anticipation, intervention and recommendations. Every Industry is into research study to keep abreast of the Industry needs and demands regardless of the nature of the organization. Research Writing is included in the Tertiary Curriculum to enhance students' research capabilities and to prepare them for the Industry needs in the future. The task is a significant and tedious one. Researchers should be cautious and diligent in order to come up with the right conclusion and output. This is not easy for there are a lot of difficulties often encountered by researchers that somehow hindered the completion of the task. As mentioned by Alsharif, Nordin and Ismail (2013) students experience challenges during the research process. Hence, a Research study was conducted in order to determine the Research Difficulties encountered by Business Administration students. As stated by Bocar (2013) since Research Writing is one of the academic requirements students and professors have no choice but to deal with it. The likelihood of Research study being completed will be greater if Research Professors will be of help to the students in dealing with the Research difficulties encountered.

The current study investigated the issues and difficulties confronted by research scholars during conceptualizing their research and drafting synopsis in English linguistic discipline. Doing research is a mammoth but painstaking task but can be performed well if executed systematically and logically. Students at M. Phil level of education have to undergo valid and authentic research as pre requisite of their terminal degree. However, they face many difficulties during different phases and stages of their researches; major stages of research are conceptualization and operationalization. The present study identified the problems faced during conceptual phase of the research. The study was descriptive in its design and preferred to collect and analyze the data quantitatively. A representative sample of 100 students and 20 teachers was taken through applying random and convenient sampling techniques respectively. The findings obtained after analysis of the data reflect that students face a large of problems while planning their research. The nature of these problems is spread out from internally driven capacity and competency levels to externally driven interpersonal, institutional and financial components. The study concludes with strong recommendations of factual research facilitations for the research scholars at the very initial stage of their research planning. It is also suggested to provide financial and technical assistance to the prospective researchers so that they may carry out their research with ease, comfort and peace of mind.
Doing research at the final level of college is a requirement for graduating as an undergraduate. Students need deep understanding and direction to be able to solve a thing they are facing for the first time. In this study, researchers interviewed students from several private universities in Bali qualitatively to find answers. Respondents stated that their views on research were indeed only a requirement to complete their studies. The guidance that is obtained is still very lacking, so it cannot support understanding in completing the thesis. Respondents also admitted to completing research by themselves, or studying together and asking their seniors who had previously completed their research obligations. Because basically, all things need direction from those who know more or understand more so that they can be resolved properly. Especially in terms of research where a problem solver is of course the most sought after when a complicated problem occurs to find the cause and even how to solve it. It is in situations like this that "research" activities are needed to train an individual's skills.

This research aimed to determine undergraduate students' problems and factors causing the problems in writing a research proposal. Ninety-one English Education Study Program undergraduate students in FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura, Pontianak, West Kalimantan, participated in this research. This descriptive research used forty items in a questionnaire as the instrument modified from Dwihandini, Marhaeni, and Suarnajaya's (2013) model. The model utilized three factors causing students' problems in writing a research proposal, namely (1) psychological factors, (2) socio-cultural factors, and (3) linguistic factors. To report the findings of the results, the researcher used the descriptive statistics technique to display each factor's percentage score. The findings indicated that the score of linguistic factors got the highest (75,49%), which highly affected students' writing in research proposals. The conclusion is each factor causes problems, so it affects students in writing a research proposal, and linguistic factors become the dominant factor among others.

The Open University of Sri Lanka conducts its programmes through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode. It is very important to identify numerous ways that can be implemented within ODL environment to support students continuously especially when doing research because research, by its nature, is a critical challenging task. This paper attempts to identify the difficulties that are faced by undergraduates when they are completing research projects. The study target group comprised all the undergraduates in the final year in B. Ed Honours in Natural Sciences, Drama and Theatre and Special Needs Education programmes in the Faculty of Education. Around 100 students who conducted their action research projects and two programme coordinators of the programmes participated in the study. The Research tools of the study included an online survey questionnaire for students and interviews for coordinators. Data were analyzed statistically using percentages and descriptively. The results revealed that 45.8% of the participants have difficulties in identifying the research problem. Around 42% have difficulties in finding relevant literature in their mother language. The study explored various common difficulties such as academic writing (51.4%); limited amount of library facilities in the regional and study centers (43%); difficulties related to meet the supervisors (84.7%); difficulties to manage the research work due to the family commitments and issues related to the occupation (86.1%); difficulties with time management (47.2%); difficult to travel long distance to the university (48.6%); less support from the school community and lack of resources (66.6%). The study also attempts to give some suggestions for developing the process of writing research proposals and completing research projects such as conducting Zoom meetings, providing learning resources through Learner management system (LMS); through email; through WhatsApp; Viber and other relevant modes which are suitable to ODL environment, enhance library facilities provide more practice in academic writing; provide supervisor-student meeting schedules at the beginning of the research to facilitate the completion of the research projects and to develop faculty level guidelines for action research project component of B.Ed programmes.
