Deberemos dar importancia principalmente a la calidad de los productos servidos y el servicio prestado, es decir que el público consumidor disfrute de una mayor libertad de elección; algo que antes no existía. Además de la atención que requieren aspectos como la higiene, mantenimiento y presupuesto para el personal empleado.

ii Nanowaste is a nanosized waste generated during the production and distribution of nanomaterials or at the end of the lifecycle of nanoproducts. In this project, the nanowaste (pure) from manufacturing processes of nanomaterials (WO3 -MoO3 and WOX) was studied, specifically of two synthesis techniques derived from physical vapor deposition (CSVT and HFCVD). These residues were characterized by SEM and XRD techniques. In the case of WO3 -MoO3, it was explored its possible use as N2 adsorption material. For the second case (WOX) different reuse applications were used like gas adsorption, photodegradation of organic matter and the catalytic oxidation of soot. The results showed that nanowaste recycling is a viable proposition and that each nanowaste should have a characterization study to determine the best management alternative.

This research work was developed with the purpose to experimentally evaluate the influence of exposition time and cell voltage on electrolytic polishing and etching of metallographic samples of cooper grade C 11000. To get such a goal, cooper cylindrical samples of 12.7 mm diameter by 1.5 cm high grinded up to sandpaper N° 600 were employed, which were sank in a aqueous phosphoric acid solution, which concentration was 700 ml of phosphoric acid each 300 ml of water. To each time of 9, 13, 17, 21, 25 min tests to voltages of 1.2, 1.6, 2.0 y 2.4 V were done with 3 repetitions for each combination, obtaining 60 tests total. Experimental results showed that the best polishing grade is got when exposition time is 21 min and voltage cell is 2.0 V. In case of etching, the effect of exposition time is varied and no uniform, but about voltage, the best is 2.0 V.
