This document develops the Business Plan for the creation of a sportswear manufacturing and marketing company in the department of Meta, some differentiators of this project are that the garments will be made with the best quality fabrics, and will allow clients make the personalized design through the web, the latter being the added value that is given to the garments to be offered, since the client can choose design patterns, colors, sizes, among other customization options. The proposed business plan has five objectives, aimed at identifying the viability of the market, studying the technical-operational parameters of the future company, implementing the business architecture model for the company, describing the administrative construction of the organization, and determining the viability financial of the business plan. The rising behavior of the clothing market, especially the clothing market, thanks to the campaigns promoting physical activity as part of health care, allows us to see that it is an attractive sector to invest in, and that it is also a generator constant money for the country, since Colombia has a long textile tradition of good clothing. Likewise, the local market is attractive, so much so that there are different organizations that come to the country to invest directly, showing themselves as a good business opportunity. The company to start its commercial work will require $ $1.371.662.450 as an initial investment, which will be fully financed. In turn, once the projections of income, costs and expenses had been made, and considering an opportunity rate (TIO) of the sector of 25%, it was determined that the company will register an internal rate of return (IRR) of 73.64% and a NPV of $ 1,590.887.105, proving to obtain high profits with the creation and operation of the company JOALH under the conditions set out.
