Bahasa adalah alat komunikasi yang digunakan sesama manusia dalam berinteraksi melalui pertukaran simbol-simbol linguistik baik verbal maupun nonverbal. Bahasa sebagai media komunikasi agar lebih mudah dipahami oleh pihak lain karena dapat mentransmisikan informasi dengan menggunakan simbol-simbol bahasa (Amri, 2015).
Language is the primary means of communication in the lives of people in the world either in writing, orally, or that only a specific symbol. Without human language can not communicate because humans are social creatures who would not want to interact with other human beings. Language which is obtained by first referred to as the mother tongue (native language). Learning the language associated with the processes that occur at the time of a child to learn a second language, after she gained her first language. Thus, language acquisition with respect to the first language, while learning a second language with regard to language. Children's language develops from simple to complex in a pattern that can be predicated in each individual. Children's language development is a combination of social interaction, emotional development, cognitive abilities, and physical/ motoric development. Child development moves from one word or sentence holographic phrases to telegraphic phrases, but several words in complex sentence with phrases prepositions, rules, and plural forms need to be corrected again. Child development last a lifetime as well as the qualitative nature which are alsoknown to have a principle-the principle of the development of one of them is 'developmentlast a lifetime and cover all aspects' means the principle of the growth experienced by thechild goes on-and on until the end of life, it's just that sometimes progress is another sloweven very fast and covers all areas of child development in the aspects of development, justthat there are times when certain aspects more clearly visible while others remain ongoingbut hidden.

Because with the environment therefore his can carry on with his routine well without the difficulty in interact .A stimulus obtained a son through neighborhood is influential on the development of language children .Stimuli which are received in slowly will affect the development of a language children .The stimulus of the old its closest he will be processed by the son so as to make such a child matured in mindset , pattern of , and the pattern said .The role of parents so important demanding parents to cautious and careful in teach his son .Parents need to understand steps the development of a language on child to be able to provide a stimulus on stage of development in accordance with age. The development of a language is one of indicators to cognitive development a child , this relates to the success of or keterlambatannya in thinking and communicate in the area . A child who was said to be slow in speaking can affect the ability connection in day-to-day in person or social environment , it is to get the difficulty of learning , sociable , and activities work other when mature later. The factors that can affect the development of a language children between other: (1) brain development and intelligence , (2) sexes , (3) of the physical condition , (4) family environment , (5) the condition of the economy , ( 6 ) setting social / area culture , (7) bilingualism (language).
Bahasa arab adalah suatu alat komunikasi yang ada di jazirah arab asia tengah. Bahasa Arab juga merupakan Al-Qur'an yakni kalam allah dan Hadist. Kemahiran bahasa arab ada empat kemahiran yaitu kemahiran istimewa, berbica, membaca dan menulis. Dari keempat kemahiran membaca tersebut dapat di jadikan sebagai pendorong utama dalam berbahasa yakni (bahasa arab). PENDAHULUAN Bahasa adalah bunyi yang bersifat arbitrar, digunakan oleh manusia sebagai alat komunikasi antar sesama dan memiliki makna. Bahasa merupakan hasil dari pembiasaan (language is habit) tanpa pembiasaan tidak akan ada bahasa, bahasa memiliki berbagai fungsi dan karakteristik, salah satunya adalah kreatif dan mengikti zaman dengan kata lain bahasa merupakan suatu yang dinamis. Bahasa Arab merupakan salah satu bahasa Intenasional yang digunakan oleh ummat manusia untuk berkomunikasi antar satu sama lain, di dalam buku The arabic language dinyatakan bahwa bahasa Arab telah digunakan oleh lebih dari 150 juta orang sebagai bahasa ibu atau bahasa sehari-hari mereka, dan tidak ada bukti dokumentasi yang menyatakan bahwa bahasa Arab adalah bahasa tertua apabila dibanding dengan bahasa lainnya, namun juga tidak dapat dipastikan bahwa bahasa Arab jauh lebih muda dibanding bahasa lainnya.
Current issues in language acquisition problems always become a burning issue for linguists especially for psycholinguists and sociolinguists. The questions about how and when a language acquired by human has been answered so far but it did not give the final answer of the questions yet. It was caused by the different point of view from the linguists. Most of the linguists conducted various research by using only one perspective namely " modern theory. " Actually there are many traditional and cultural ways (which we can call perspective) which have been initiated by our ancestors but we often left them behind. Two of the perspectives are religious and local wisdom. Religious perspective has introduced us the process of language acquisition from early childhood phase until the maturity of a language acquisition. But it is seldom explored deeply by the linguists. The language acquisition process is also practiced and guided by the people who live in West Sumatera through their habit in educating their baby until they are able to speak fluently. The example of the cultural life which shows the phenomenon such as singing when feeding the baby, telling the story, doing monologue with the baby and so on. Through this theoretical construction it is expected to all linguists to conduct a research about language acquisition based on several perspectives and approach like religion and cultural point of view. This article is expected to give a new information for language studies and to make us aware of the integrated and interconnection of the field of science to answer unsolved problems especially in language studies. A. Pendahuluan Pemerolehan bahasa atau dikenal dalam bahasa Inggris dengan istilahlanguage acquisition adalah salah satu kajian yang menarik dan selalu berkembang sampai saat ini. Berbagai analisis, penelitian dan percobaan dilakukan silih berganti oleh pakar-pakar bahasa untuk menjelaskan bagaimana sebenarnya manusia itu memperoleh bahasa. Tetapi masih banyak diantara analisis maupun kesimpulanyang sudah didapatkan itu memunculkan perbedaaan sudut pandang tentang pemerolehan bahasa itu sendiri. Misalnya, Noam Chomsky dengan pandangannya yang " beraliran " mentalistik atau ada juga yang menyebut dengan istilah nativisme atau nativistik.Ada juga teori yang beraliran naturalistic, teori behaviorisme dan lain sebagainya.
