Я Сара Рахмани, 23-летняя афганская девушка. , Я родилась и выросла в Кабуле, Афганистан. Я закончила техникум гражданского строительства. Искусство для меня-отстой, способ выразить свои чувства и показать красоту и реальность моей любимой страны Афганистан. Эти прошедшие годы были лучшими возможностями для молодого поколения, особенно для женщин. У них была возможность ходить в школы и колледжи, как и у мужчин, им приходилось ходить на работу и в офисы. У нас впервые появилось женское служение, и мы добились гораздо большего успеха во всех сферах. Как и все мои коллеги-женщины, у меня были большие мечты работать наравне с мужчинами в области гражданского строительства, даже после того, как я иммигрировал в США, я всегда мечтал получить здесь степень, чтобы вернуться в свою страну и там строить. Но теперь, после всего этого, мне и миллионам таких девушек, как я, осталось темное и неизведанное будущее и недостижимые мечты. Но если у меня все еще есть голос, я воспользуюсь им для распространения информации и поддержки моих невинных людей и женщин, возможно, через мои картины или любую другую деятельность. The Russians and Russia in the Correspondеnce between Valentin Jamerai-Duval and Anastasia Sokolova (1762–1774), 2018

This article considers the images of Russian people in the correspondence (1762– 1774) between Valentin Jamеrai-Duval, a French self-taught philosopher in Austrian service, and Anastasia Sokolova (De Ribas), a maid of the bedchamber at Catherine II’s court. The publication of 126 letters, carried out in 1784 by the well-known Russian diplomat F. A. Koch, was an important political project aimed at popularising Russia’s achievements during the first period of Catherine II’s reign among a Western European audience. The letters contain detailed factual information on the history, culture, geography, and domestic and foreign policy of the Russian Empire, as well as its economy and religious life. The correspondents focus on the reform activities of Catherine II and the events of the Russo-Turkish War of 1768–1774. Images of numerous highly educated Russians favourably complement the positive image of the country, overcoming the usual stereotypes. Thus, the publication of Duval and Sokolova’s correspondence fits into the new trend for understanding the image of Russia in Western Europe that developed in an academic context between the 1770s and 1780s. At the same time, the publication of letters from both correspondents, resembling in their content the correspondence between Catherine II and Voltaire, was meant to prepare readers for the forthcoming publication of the latter correspondence and prevent the negative consequences for the empress.

A person usually thinks about the years lived, the mistakes made, successes, and the meaning of life on earth as a whole after living more than 70 years. I also recall my past years, research in biology, mistakes, and make some generalizations in this article. I was born in January 1948 into a Polish family. However, after the war, as a result of the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact, as well as a post-war border review (agreement in Yalta, etc.), my locality was already within the borders of the Byelorussian SSR, and fate had prepared for me the destiny of being born, studying, educating and living in the USSR until its collapse. I wrote this autobiographical article in Russian language, which I was taught for a long time at school. This allowed me to more accurately reflect my thoughts, feelings and impressions. The article consists of the following sections: Childhood and adolescence; Students years; Starting a job; Military service; Continuation of the work activity; Northwestern Agricultural Research Institute; The branch of the All-Union Academy of Agricultural Sciences; N.I Vavilov’s Institute(VIR); Finland; Generalization. I wrote this article in Russian, which I was taught for a long time at school. This made it possible to more accurately reflect thoughts, feelings and impressions.
