For this purpos e, the loss of adhe rence be tween the reba r and the concre te matrix was determ ined, as well as the reduction of resista nce to s plitting due to acce le rated corrosion of sam ples of hot dip galvanize d re bar vs. s teel not prote cte d agains t corrosion. Using e lectrochem ica l a nalysis technique s (chrono-a mpe rometry, linear polariza tion, electrochemical impeda nce s pectros copy) the kine tics a nd me cha nism of the corrosion of the reba r in the re inforced concrete due to the action of chlorine ions was studied. The results prove a lowe r speed a nd bette r res is tance to corros ion of yinc hot dip galvanize d reba r, leading to an increase d lifetime of reinforced concre te s tructures.

Le concept de Surveillance de l’Intégrité des Structures (Structural Health Monitoring – SHM) concerne le diagnostic de l’état d’intégrité des matériaux constituantes d’une structure. Cet état peut être altéré en temps par des multiples facteurs comme : l’usure de la structure due à la fatigue des matériaux, l’action des paramètres de l’environnement, ainsi que l’apparition des évènements accidentelles. The evaluation of an entity is used by financial market participants to establish the price which they want to pay for or to receive from the sale of a business. Nowadays, Romania has 350 listed companies and the number is increasing. The present article focuses on the market capitalization, stock evaluation methods, the phases of this evaluation, as well as its benefits and limitations. The dynamic methods of evaluation focus more on the company's future rather than its current situation. An investor is more concerned with the future and the profitability of a business than with its past and current activity. Market capitalization, often referred to as market cap, is a simple, straightforward method to calculate a company's size and value, and consequently, its potential growth rate and risk outlook.

The article reveals the essence and the economic content of the economic efficiency at the enterprise level. Also, its forms are given, and respectively, indicators which can be used to measure the economic efficiency within the company. A production situation was proposed, through which have been rendered counting formulas for economic efficiency indicators and was given the economic expression, which simultaneously showed up to or after which values the enterprise carries on efficient production activity and marketing.

În anii 2017-2018, comparativ cu perioada 2012-2016, s-a mărit numărul teritoriilor cu indicatori nesatisfăcători de acoperire vaccinală (<90-95%). Se observă modifi carea semnifi cativă a numărului total de copii în diferiți ani în toate grupele de vârstă analizate. According to the ESFRI list, the European forefront research and development efforts in the field of high power (tens and hundreds of Petawatt) lasers will be focused for constructing the "Extreme Light Infrastructure" (ELI). The infrastructure will consist of 3 (later 4) pillars: in Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. It will be the first "multi-sited" European large-scale infrastructure and also the first to be located in the new EU members in Central and Eastern Europe. Romania will host the pillar ELI-Nuclear Physics (ELI-NP). A Consortium of the 3 host countries was formed and other interested countries are expected to join. This Consortium will evolve in an European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC), a framework recently adopted by EC. At ELI-Nuclear Physics is foreseen Scientific Research at a new frontier in physics-the laser-nuclear physics frontier (www.elinp.ro). The ELI-Nuclear Physics Scientific Center will have, as major instruments, two 10 PW lasers and a very brilliant γ beam system. The goal is to employ nuclear techniques, for better understanding the laser-target interaction, and design new experiments, for exploratory studies in fundamental physics and in applied science, by using the high intensity laser field and/or a γ beam with unprecedented performances of peak brightness and bandwidth.
Rezumat Jocul de handbal şi tot ce este necesar şi condiţionat de el se schimbă constant, cu o creştere progresivă. Competiţie acerbă, creşterea valorii echipelor, la un nivel internaţional, necesită numeroase îmbunătăţiri, ajustări, progres şi perfecţionarea antrenamentului şi a jocului. Jocul de handbal modern implică executarea cu viteza mare a mai multor acţiuni, o mobilizare rapidă a jocului, o ofensivă rapidă şi precisă şi o defensivă caracterizată prin agresivitate crescută dar care să nu depaşească limita impusă de regulament. It is known, by implementing asynchronous interconnections with ENTSO-E () the Republic of Moldova expects to reach the goals it has tended for more than 25 years: to have both a competitive electricity market and a decent energy security. In this paper, we try to evaluate whether this scenario can achieve those objectives. Based on a model created, which considers all possible power sources development scenarios and which permit to determine the tariffs applied to final consumers based on the costs the scenarios bear, it was shown that the implementation of asynchronous scenario, most likely will not be recovered economically, will not lead to creation of energy flows east-west and vice versa from which the country stakes to obtain benefits and, will not get expected balancing power from the west to cover the appropriate needs in the wind and solar energy sources promotion projects. European Union energy sources are supposed to be sufficient to cover expected growth of natural gas demand for the coming decades, but there are not enough opportunities/infrastructure to transport these volumes of gas to European markets. Arbitrary interruptions of Russia gas deliveries towards Europe, the delays in the rehabilitation of its obsolete pipeline network, the interdiction of direct Asian gas exports transit through Russian transport infrastructure, made stringently necessary for European countries to diversify gas suppliers' portfolio, by avoiding Russian territory. Nabucco pipeline was conceived as an alternative to European Union countries' high dependence on Russian gas (about 40% of their consumption is provided by Russia), by connecting European Union countries directly to the huge natural gas resources of Central Asia, on the route Turkey-Bulgaria-Romania-Hungary-Austria. The purpose of this paper is to make a SWOT analysis of this project, highlighting its strengths and weakness from Romania's point of view, as well as the opportunities and threats as external factors. The main idea resulting from the analysis is that strengths are prevailing for Romania. The turning to account of this project will ensure the diversification of gas sources and the development of competitive markets which can entail price reduction. It is supposed to be a fair and advantageous option, economically reliable, that will reduce dependence on deliveries of gas from a single source-Russia, ensuring two undeniable prerequisites: accessibility (to new supply sources) and availability (which refers to guarantees of long term sustainability of gas deliveries). The project implementation will allow energy to help to establish new structural links between the EU, Turkey and the Caspian Sea states and will ensure transfrontier cooperation possibilities inside some euro-regions already constituted, by accessing regional development funds at EU level. Its route on Romanian territory (through the plain from the southern part of the country) will be an important advantage in pipeline layout, implying lower costs. Nabucco pipeline will create the opportunity of a better connection of our NTS (National Transport System) to the European gas network. All the countries involved in the project are OTAN members, so that Nabucco can also become a vector for political stability in the Black Sea region. Options are nowadays transacted within a lot of stock exchanges worldwide. The problem of options gets a special importance due to the fact that many of the managerial decisions can be assimilated to options. The paper deals with numerical methods of financial options evaluation. The mathematical model of determining the values of an option of European type is partial differential equation with an initial condition and two boundaries conditions, and for its solving, finite differences methods can be used. Out of these methods, the Crank-Nicolson method is proposed to be used. As Crank-Nicolson method is an implicit one, applying it leads to a linear system of equations, for whose solving the LU algorithm, Gauss method, Jacobi method, Gauss-Seidel method, method of successive over-relaxations are used.

In the context of current technological, social and economic changes, entities face several challenges aimed at further developing the key role of supplier of high quality products and services. These include the need to meet future consumer demands and develop production processes that increase labor productivity and reduce costs. Adequate and qualified human resources are essential to ensure quality production and implement more efficient production processes based on new technologies. As a result, the analysis of human resources is essential to achieve the economic-financial objectives of the entity and to enable the entities to face current and future challenges. The present paper provides an analysis of human resource provision through the lens of quantitative, qualitative and structural changes made within the entity. At the same time, the method of analyzing the stability of human resources through indicators of labor force fluctuation and circulation was exposed.

Rezumat: Manifestări și afirmaţii diverse din perioada actuală, provenite fie de la simpli particulari, fie de la persoane cu funcţii oficiale, răspândite foarte rapid pe întreg globul, aduc în discuţie aspecte esenţiale în legătură cu exercitarea libertăţii de exprimare și posibilitatea aplicării de restricţii discursurilor sau afirmaţiilor abuzive ce depășesc cadrul de protecţie și standardele stabilite la nivel internaţional. Prezenta lucrare își propune să exploreze cadrul normativ de protecţie a libertăţii de exprimare în diferite sisteme și mecanisme de garantare a drepturilor fundamentale și să sublinieze caracterul relativ (sau derogabil) al acestui drept. În acest sens, vor fi identificate atât caracteristicile comune ale instrumentelor juridice de protecţie, precum și diferenţe între domeniul de aplicare și aspecte particulare ale întinderii acestuia, în funcţie de circumstanţele specifice unui anumit spaţiu juridic. Scopul lucrării nu este de a furniza o analiză exhaustivă asupra problemelor legate de punerea în practică a elementelor libertăţii de exprimare, ci urmărește trasarea liniilor și principiilor generale de protecţie și de limitare.

In result of these evolvements can be identified diverse characteristics of the procedure related to recognition and enforcement of the foreign arbitral awards within the system of the New York Convention of 1958.
