Promoting rural development by entrepreneurship as a strategic development intervention accelerates rural development. Entrepreneurial activity promotes economic growth and development has attracted the attention of governments especially in developing countries to embark on various programs and strategies aimed at rural areas and increasing economic activity through entrepreneurial development. The report aims to formulate main theoretical and practical subjects concerning entrepreneurship as recourse for rural areas economical development. Factors that determine rural and agricultural entrepreneurship are analyzed, together with the environment in which it could successfully develop. The report tries to show the main politics in entrepreneurial development. It must be emphasized that stimulating and supporting the entrepreneurial activity of rural areas is of a crucial importance for accelerating the rural areas’ economic development. The report presumes that rural entrepreneurship assumes that the initiative should be local, including individual producers and companies associations. This could improve the new employments and add economic value of the rural areas and also preserving the limited recourses in the community.

ABSTRACT The development of entrepreneurship can be a major means of fighting economic inertia in rural areas. In this paper, the researcher made an attempt to understand the determinant factors of entrepreneurial activity. 400 rural entrepreneurs are selected in 40 Villages of 8 Taluk in Karnataka State, India through multiple sampling methods. Research study involved an in-depth examination of entrepreneurial activity, socio-economic variables and motives associated with rural entrepreneurship. To conclude, the various motivational factors will influence the entrepreneurship activity and their development. KEYWORDS: Entrepreneurial Motivation, Rural Development and Rural Entrepreneurs.

The objective of the article is to identify the specific contextual factors and mechanisms that are important for the functioning of entrepreneurial ecosystems in rural areas. Research Design & Methods: Qualitative analysis of 70 high-quality articles which results from a systematic literature review. Findings: Rural poverty, natural resources endowment, peripheral location, and rural cultural values are important features of rurality which influences entrepreneurial ecosystems' performance in several ways. Implications & Recommendations: Features of rurality are yet to be embedded into current general entrepreneurial ecosystem frameworks as they have the potential to enhance models' capacity to capture local aspects when employed to understand and measure entrepreneurship in rural contexts. Contribution & Value Added: This study makes an important contribution by identifying the relevant factors and mechanisms associated with entrepreneurial ecosystems in rural contexts from the emerging literature in rural entrepreneurship. The purpose of this research is to identify which way the development of entrepreneurial opportunity can lead us and what strategies to implement in order to reach the goal. Based on the knowledge of the background and the long-term situation of the Romanian labor market and by analyzing the trend, especially the one which refers to new rural development of Central Region, the research also investigates the potential entrepreneurial values. By identifying the specificity of rural entrepreneurial culture, we can understand the current situation in the entrepreneurial environment of Romanian villages and draw up strategies for its development. The research shows that there is a great interest to start a business among young persons, even if it is difficult to promote the entrepreneurial culture, and to create the environment required for new rural business to blossom.
