MIGUEL FISAC: EXPOSICIONES, 2022

La obra de Miguel Fisac se ha presentado en diferentes exposiciones a lo largo de los años. Hacemos un recordatorio de las más significativas de las últimas décadas del siglo XX y principios del siglo XXI. La exposición “Miguel Fisac Architekt” presentada en 1993 en Munich ha recorrido después diferentes localidades: Logroño, Daimiel, Ciudad Real y Oporto. La exposición del Ministerio de Obras Públicas en las Arquerías de 1997 conserva una documentación singular con los apuntes que el propio Fisac realiza definiendo los contenidos que considera más apropiados para la presentación de su obra. Cuando se inaugura la sede de la Demarcación de Ciudad Real del Colegio de Arquitectos de Castilla-La Mancha en 2006 se presenta la exposición “Fisac 4 obras” realizada por Nieves Cabañas Galán y Carlos Asensio Wandosell. En 2013, año del centenario de su nacimiento, se presentaba en el ICO la exposición Fisac-Sota que tendría también un recorrido por otros lugares, especialmente en el Colegio de Arquitectos de Murcia y, parcialmente, en Daimiel y Ciudad Real. El año 2019 la Demarcación de Albacete presentaba, en cuatro localizaciones un recorrido por la obra de Fisac con planos e imágenes reproducidas de los archivos de la Fundación Fisac. El año 2021 se preparaba la exposición Miguel Fisac: La mano que dibuja, de bocetos, croquis, dibujos, acuarelas…. que ha estado expuesta en la sede de la Demarcación del Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Ciudad Real y ahora iniciará un recorrido por diferentes localidades. Un recorrido por años de presentaciones para la divulgación y el conocimiento de la obra de Miguel Fisac que son una muestra de cómo se recoge su obra y cómo se valoran los diferentes proyectos. Miguel Fisac's work has been presented in different exhibitions over the years. LOS HOTELES DE MIGUEL FISAC, 2020

Los años sesenta son momentos de expansión del turismo en España con un desarrollo de la construcción en zonas de costa de especial intensidad. Miguel Fisac construyó en 1959 los bungalós de Santa Ponça, una zona que conoce bien por los diferentes chalés, incluido el suyo que ha proyectado para Costa de los Pinos. El primer proyecto que realiza es el de Santa Ponça con volúmenes de dimensiones reducidas ajustados a la topografía del lugar. En 1960 participaba en un concurso para la ordenación de Residencial Elviria, proyecto especialmente interesante por el modelo urbano que propone. En 1968 proyectó el Eurotel en Costa de los Pinos y cuatro años después el de Playa Corralejo en Fuerteventura con la fachada prefabricada con sus hormigones flexibles. Ya en 1976 se presenta a un concurso en Abu Dabi con un modelo similar al de Playa Corralejo con la forma general en V y el perfil escalonado. Soluciones de estructuras condicionadas por los programas, las condiciones legales y especialmente por la necesidad del cuidado del paisaje que se altera con las grandes construcciones del turismo. La correspondencia de Miguel Fisac conservada en el archivo de la Fundación Miguel Fisac ofrece una visión especial del arquitecto: sus intereses, relaciones sociales y contactos. Este primer análisis de su correspondencia profesional desde 1950 a 1962 se refiere a un momento de intensa actividad personal y profesional. Sus proyectos son premiados y se publica su obra en revistas internacionales reconociendo el interés de sus aportaciones. Acercamientos parciales pero que enriquecen la visión de su actividad como arquitecto y el reconocimiento que su obra tiene en revistas como m+d, werk o Art dèglise. Un recorrido por estos escritos y la reproducción de algunos de ellos con las peculiaridades de sus actores: Fraga, Albareda y arquitectos como Sota, Bohigas, Muguruza, Ortiz Echagüe… The correspondence of Miguel Fisac kept in the archives of the Miguel Fisac Foundation offers a special vision of the architect: your interests, social relationships and contacts. Miguel Fisac es conocido por su obra que se desarrolla en muy diferentes campos. Su arquitectura religiosa, sus aportaciones a los procesos técnicos relacionados con la arquitectura industrial y de la investigación o sus soluciones constructivas de fachadas y cubiertas han sido estudiadas desde diversas perspectivas. Miguel tuvo también una intensa actividad en el campo de la arquitectura residencial, aunque él se siente apartado de los procesos de construcción de vivienda que se producen en nuestro país tras las Guerra Civil salvo algunos proyectos puntuales. Pero tanto en la arquitectura colectiva como en sus numerosas viviendas unifamiliares, hay una aportación singular en sus soluciones de distribución y organización y en los procesos constructivos que propone. El libro recoge los proyectos de Fisac en el ámbito de la vivienda en 6 períodos (1944-1950; 1950-1969; 1960-1970; 1960-1967 Costa de los Pinos; 1970-1980 y 1980-1990). Un largo recorrido con más de ochenta proyectos que hablan de diferentes mentalidades, situaciones sociales y económicas y propuestas técnicas. Miguel Fisac is known for his work that takes place in very different fields. BIBLIOTECAS INFANTILES: MIGUEL FISAC, 2022

ABSTRACT. En 1952 Miguel Fisac elaboraba un proyecto denominado Bibliotecas Infantiles. El proyecto analiza cómo debe ser una biblioteca infantil con una serie de consideraciones teóricas contenidas en la Memoria del proyecto, especialmente extensa para lo que acostumbra a hacer en sus proyectos, una serie de croquis iniciales y dos planos que detallan la solución propuesta. Un proyecto con una base teórica desarrollada en la Memoria y una construcción atractiva realizada con estructura de madera y cerramientos acristalados, móviles en algunas partes y zonas fijas opacas realizadas con Durisol. Una búsqueda, ya en esta época, del no se qué que debe tener la arquitectura cualificada. Un proyecto apenas conocido de Miguel Fisac que aúna sus reflexiones teóricas con una propuesta constructiva especialmente atractiva. Presentamos la documentación conservada en el Archivo de la Fundación Fisac que documenta un proyecto de la primera etapa de la obra de Miguel Fisac. In 1952 Miguel Fisac developed a project called Children's Libraries. The project analyzes how a children's library should be with a series of theoretical considerations contained in the Project Report, especially extensive for what he usually does in his projects, a series of initial sketches and two plans that detail the proposed solution. A project with a theoretical base developed in the Report and an attractive construction made with a wooden structure and glazed enclosures, mobile in some parts and opaque fixed areas made with Durisol. A search, already at this time, of the I don't know what qualified architecture should have. A barely known project by Miguel Fisac that combines his theoretical reflections with a particularly attractive construction proposal. Miguel Fisac ha realizado a lo largo de su vida numerosos proyectos de edificios religiosos. Junto a los grandes proyectos, pequeñas ermitas que se ubican en espacios naturales o en zonas de borde de las poblaciones y que acogen la religiosidad popular. La ermita de san Pedro de Almagro es un caso singular por la implicación personal de Fisac que trabaja en la elaboración de los hormigones flexibles de la entrada y en los dibujos del ábside. El reportaje fotográfico que se conserva en la Fundación Fisac documenta este proceso y ofrece una excelente imagen de un proceso colaborativo de construcción del espacio religioso. Miguel Fisac has carried out numerous religious building projects throughout his life. Next to the big projects, small hermitages that are in natural spaces or in border areas of the populations and that welcome popular religiosity. The hermitage of San Pedro de Almagro is a unique case due to the personal involvement of Fisac who works in the elaboration of flexible concrete at the entrance and in the apse drawings. The photographic report that is conserved in the Fisac Foundation documents this process and offers an excellent image of a collaborative process of construction of the religious space.

MIGUEL FISAC EN MADRID Miguel Fisac, nacido en Daimiel (Ciudad Real), estudia Arquitectura en Madrid y en esa ciudad tendrá su centro de trabajo y su residencia la mayor parte de su vida. De sus cerca de cuatrocientos proyectos realizados, más de cincuenta están en Madrid capital o en zonas próximas. Por ello, en Madrid, es posible acercarse a su obra con muestras especialmente atractivas de su actividad en diferentes momentos. Esta pequeña publicación quiere ser una guía para aquellos interesados en la obra de Fisac que acceden a la ciudad y quieren conocer algunas de sus obras más significativas. Hemos seleccionado trece proyectos realizados en diferentes momentos que pueden ser un buen acercamiento inicial al conocimiento de la obra de Miguel Fisac. El trabajo ha sido realizado por la estudiante de Arquitectura en la UCLM Natalia Prado Díaz Blanco y el arquitecto Diego Peris Sánchez. II CONGRESO HISTORIA DE CIUDAD REAL, 2016

A unique aspect of Fisac's work is his work as a restorer, which has only occasional small-scale performances outside of Ciudad Real and is concentrated in the eighties. LA MANO QUE DIBUJA. BOCETOS DE MIGUEL FISAC, 2021

El arquitecto proyecta en un doble sentido: pone en imágenes su pensamiento que después se convertirá en elemento construido y adelanta el futuro anterior a lo que será la obra realizada. Por ello este proceso de pensamiento, plasmado en imágenes, los bocetos iniciales son elementos importantes para entender la arquitectura. En la obra de Miguel Fisac hay numerosos bocetos, dibujos que tratan de explicar la obra. Hemos agrupado estas imágenes en cuatro capítulos: arquitectura religiosa, las estructuras de sus "huesos", la composición por agregación y los paisajes que recogen viviendas, proyectos de restauración y estudios de impacto de los edificios. Dibujos muy diversos de croquis iniciales, esquemas de desarrollo o dibujos coloreados que tratan de presentar la obra para su entendimiento. Un recorrido sugerente que nos acerca desde otra perspectiva a la obra de Miguel Fisac. Miguel Fisac inicia a partir de 1970 una serie de contactos con los Emiratos Árabes Unidos que están planteando construcciones y ordenaciones urbanas. En La Fundación Fisac un conjunto de documentos muy diversos dan cuenta de estos contactos: tarjetas de personas con las que contacta, correspondencia, resguardos del hotel o de los menús de algunas celebraciones que de manera dispersa van dejando testimonio de su interés por construir en esta zona. En sus relaciones con los Emiratos Árabes trata de realizar proyectos de diferente entidad. La documentación conservada es parcial con croquis, correspondencia y algunos dibujos más elaborados. Su proyecto para un hotel en Abu Dhabi en 1976, su presencia como jurado en el concurso de ordenación de la isla de Similiyat en 1981 con uno de sus cuadernos de viaje son los primeros proyectos conocidos en UAE. En 1982 se presenta al concurso de la gran sala de conferencias y ese mismo año elabora un proyecto para un centro comercial y residencial con la torre torsionada como elemento central. Un proyecto del que se conservan diferentes perspectivas y una maqueta. Y finalmente, un proyecto para un edificio de usos comercial y residencial en 1984. Proyectos con documentación parcial que dan cuenta de la intensa actividad de Miguel y su intención de conjugar las características de una arquitectura del lugar con las técnicas modernas que conoce.
