Advance pedagogy is the way to enhance teaching and learning performance. Different innovative teaching methods are now in use across the globe. Hybrid teaching includes e-learning in addition to the face to face teaching. Use of technology and multimedia is described in details. Use of smart gadgets for different tasks like teaching, designing question papers, assessment of student, feedback and research methodology is discussed. The application of innovative teaching and learning methods is critical if we are to motivate and engender a spirit of learning as well as enthusiasm on the part of students, The role of education is to ensure that while academic staffs do teach, what is taught should also be intelligible to students emanating from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and that they rapidly become familiar with the expected standards. It is more often than not the case that students underachieve because of the fact that they have not grasped an awareness of the level of assessment or what it is that the lecturer expects from them. Lecturers should thus apply themselves to utilizing innovative methods so that the students' learning process is as free-flowing as possible and that the methodology they adopt is conducive to learning. Innovative teaching and learning methodologies such as short lecture, simulation, role-playing, portfolio development and problem-based learning (PBL) are very useful in addressing the rapid technological advances and developing workplaces that will be required in the foreseeable future.
Today, innovative pedagogical processes are becoming one of the important components of the educational activity. Because innovative pedagogical processes not only create the basis for the competitiveness of any educational institution in the market of educational services, but also the intensive development of teacher and student personality, democratization of teacher-student interaction and communication, humanization of the educational process, orientation of students to active learning and self-formation, modernization of educational technologies, methods and tools, as well as the material and technical base of education, professionalism of teachers, their creativity determines the direction of development of their quest, plays an important role in the development of students as individuals.

Education is the most crucial component for both individual and national development. The current state of education requires significant reforms, including the addition of courses and skills centred on entrepreneurship and agriculture, which will assist the country in producing a large number of scholars and inventors. The pupil should be exposed to nature at every level. We always begin our education. The teaching technique of the school must be altered first, along with the personnel, study guides, facilities, and attitudes of both teachers and pupils. Higher secondary education is the next important stage, and it requires numerous adjustments, chief among them being facilities, classrooms, labs, and a teaching methodology and system they adhere to. All student needs at graduation are the ideal direction for their career and aspirations. The educational system must be modified to reflect students abilities. Every pupil should have a different one. Every student should have confidence in their ability to acquire skills rather than certificates thanks to this educational system. This approach emphasises students mental processes and thinking when they continue their education. This paper presents the process of teaching and learning at every step of an ideal educational system.

The issue of ensuring the quality of education has recently attracted great attention in all countries of the world. The key problem of reforming education is raising its quality. In this paper, the object of research was the quality of education provided by higher education institutions. The authors have conducted the analysis of models for raising the quality of education and qualimetry of the laboratory work quality based on a survey of teachers and students. The QFD method was described by the example of its application in five universities of the Russian Federation. It has been proved that this method can provide the university with a planning tool with which higher education institutions can provide services that fully meet the requirements of customers (students, parents, employers, the state and society as a whole), thereby ensuring the suitability of the system to meet external requirementsthe Fitness-for-Purpose approach (building goals based on the external environment). In addition, it has also been substantiated that the application of this method in the system of higher professional education will ensure the suitability of the system to achieve its own goals-the Fitness-for-Purpose approach (development, improvement, effective management). Thus, the QFD method will make it possible to support of all types of coordinated activities for the leadership and management of higher education institutions in relation to quality, as well as a set of developed regulatory and methodological documents that determine the content, technologies, methods and means of work of all officials, teachers and students to further improve the quality of educational process, thereby ensuring the competitiveness of higher education institutions and effective development on the global market of educational services

Education is a process of facilitating learning of knowledge, skill values and habits. Basically teaching must include two major components sending and receiving information. Ultimately a teacher tries his best to impart knowledge as the way he understood it. The purpose of the education is not only to make the students literate but also to make them creative, knowledgeable, think of their own and to meet the workforce. The success of a student depends on the teacher and the innovative methods which they incorporate in teaching. The use of innovative methods in educational institutions has potential not only to improve education but also to empower people, strengthen governance and galvanize the effort to achieve the human development goal for the country
The main objective of this article is to focus on the analysis of teaching techniques, ranging from the use of the blackboard and chalk in old traditional classes, using slides and overhead projectors in the eighties and use of presentation software in the nineties, to the video, electronic board and network resources nowadays. Furthermore, all the aforementioned, is viewed under the different mentalities in which the teacher conditions the student using the new teaching technique, improving soft skills but maybe leading either to encouragement or disinterest, and including the lack of educational knowledge consolidation at scientific, technology and specific levels. In the same way, we study the process of adaptation required for teachers, the differences in the processes of information transfer and education towards the student, and even the existence of teachers who are not any longer appealed by their work due which has become much simpler due to new technologies and the greater ease in the development of classes due to the criteria described on the new Grade Programs adopted by the European Higher Education Area. Moreover, it is also intended to understand the evolution of students' profiles, from the eighties to present time, in order to understand certain attitudes, behaviours, accomplishments and acknowledgements acquired over the semesters within the degree Programs. As an Educational Innovation Group, another key question also arises. What will be the learning techniques in the future?. How these evolving matters will affect both positively and negatively on the mentality, attitude, behaviour, learning, achievement of goals and satisfaction levels of all elements involved in universities' education? Clearly, this evolution from chalk to the electronic board, the three-dimensional view of our works and their sequence, greatly facilitates the understanding and adaptation later on to the business world, but does not answer to the unknowns regarding the knowledge and the full development of achievement's indicators in basic skills of a degree. This is the underlying question which steers the roots of the presented research.

Introduction The dictionary meaning of the word teaching entails all the activities of educating or instructing; activities that impart knowledge or skill. Education is a broad field and encompasses a whole scenario in itself. Many important factors play major role in teaching and guiding the future generation of any nation. One of these factors is the environment in the classroom. The environment should be conducive to learning. Good teachers have a sense of purposefulness and use the class time efficiently. The make sure that the most of the time available in the class is used on-task. In order to facilitate meaningful learning, the assignments should be interesting and varied and the teacher should explain the content, structure, and connections clearly. Teaching can be strategic – empowering students and encouraging independent learning, or cooperative – encouraging students to handle disagreements amicably by working in pairs or small groups. Good teachers take into account all...
This is the necessity to secure the future of education. Therefore, the teacher is the role-hero that can do it by imparting the education through self-learning methods with the appropriate learning styles and speed of learner. Earlier it was believed that teaching and learning are teacher based/centred process, but after the change of perspectives, it became child oriented/focused. The teacher of today is not only a teacher; now he has become supporter, helper, partner and colleague of the learner. Therefore, the need of the time is to change the process of teaching and learning according to the needs of the learner with careful cultivation of experiences. The teacher in present era must create an environment of divergent thinking about research and teaching to find out the missing links between theory and practice to fulfil the gap which has always existed. It is a unique responsibility of teacher as a social reformer to satisfy the needs of not only societies but of a country. This research article emphasises on the innovative changes of the teaching and learning.

Teaching is successful only to the extent to which students are able to grasp it fully. In this age of science and technology, the process of teaching has reached new dimensions. Teaching is not a one sided affair. In the context of modern developments, teaching is a tripolar process. The traditional teaching 30 or 40 students is no longer effective. Information explosion and propulsion explosion are bringing about changes in both developed and developing countries. The teaching practices in our universities continue to be the same. The method of teaching links the teacher and his pupils into an organic relationship with constant mutual interaction. The methods that could be followed for different levels of students discussed in this article are: play way method, Dalton’s plan, project method, Heuristic method, seminar method, demonstration method.

In the context of an evolving and developing educational system based on a social reality, the diversification of the curriculum in higher education, and not only, required the introduction of new modern teaching and learning methods and techniques without renouncing at the most valuable classical ones. "The method" is defined as the path or working modality used by teachers and students in teaching interaction to achieve the proposed educational goal. Methods serve cognitive and formative goals of education. We will analyze with priority the methodology for teaching in the socio-humanistic disciplines. One classification of the methods used in the educational process was made by Dale and is known in the literature as "Dale's Cone of Experience". We can also find another similar classification under the form of an instrument named "The Learning Pyramid". We conducted a research using the opinion survey, based on a questionnaire using a representative sample of students from 3 specializations from University of Craiova: International Relations and European Studies, History and Sociology. Through this research we aimed to identify how students from the three specified specializations would classify of the audiovisual methods found in "Dale's Cone of Experience" and "Learning Pyramid", depending on the manner in which this methods influence their learning process.

Nowadays the role of the teacher has changed leaving protagonism to the student, it has passed of a model centred on the teaching to other one centred on the learning. The student meets a new way of working for that, the assistance, the teamwork, the search of information, stops being a receptor in a methodology based on the magisterial class. This has led to a great impact, so much in the teacher, as in the student, which little by little one adapts to this new role. This period of transition implies a process of adjustment, and certainly, of evaluation. This it is the aim of the present study, to do a comparison between countries (Spain and England) to evaluate if they have adapted the university methodologies to the frame of the European Higher Education Area. The sample were 42 teachers, 21 of the University Cardenal Herrera of Elche and 21 of Bedforshide (England), and it was passed the Questionnaire of Evaluation of the Modulating Variables of the Style of Teaching in University Education, to analyze the work of the university teacher (of Gargallo, Fernández, and Jiménez, 2007). The results were satisfactory, indicating that the model who follows nowadays in the university is centred on the learning, in the student, and he is the maximum protagonist in the construction of his knowledge.
