Abstract

This article is part of a research project on a particular kind of disagreement. The project seeks to determine whether this kind of disagreement can be understood as a fi eld of argumentation in which disagreements are not resolved even though there are not necessarily linguistic or conceptual misunderstandings and by virtue of the nature of the constitution of some human social phenomena.
