This research focus on the software design and database system model for Tender Management System (TMS) in Kadastra. TMS in Kadastra is an automated system that can calculates tender payment claims for the land surveyor company. The calculation is based on the Vide Federal Government Gazette PU (A) 169 Thirteenth Schedule (Regulation 99) Scale of Fees for Title Surveys given by Land Surveyors Board in Malaysia. Based on the system, it provides data availability for read and writes operations while supporting fault-tolerance and fast data transformation. Accurate, relevant and timely information required the use of sophisticated system called TMS in Kadastra with the database management system, MySQL.
The Municipal Engineering Office (MEO) is a standout amongst the most productive offices in the Municipality of Hagonoy, Bulacan. MEO provided services under Pabatid Arta or Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007. During the practicum period, the researcher observed some complications in the department's process of recording and keeping of permits and other attachments. As a result, the researcher designed and developed a database management system for Municipal Engineering Office to deliver a more efficient, convenient, and systematic process that will be beneficial to the MEO personnel and to the clients. The researcher collected sufficient data by observation, interviews and information from relevant theories, related literatures and studies. The information gathered was used by the researcher to identify the needed hardware, software and development tools required to design the system. Likewise, the researcher identified the features of the system to effectively handle and record permits. The researcher also included planning, developing, testing and debugging, and adjustments to the system based on the desired output of the department. Finally, the researcher administered survey to measure the level of acceptability and feasibility of the system using the ISO-9126 Software Quality Assurance Model. Brief Introduction In current circumstances, computers are accessible in practically every home, classroom and place of business. Computers have for a long while been utilized as a part of the association work of expansive organizations and public authorities for dealing with tremendous measures of generally institutionalized information. Computer advancement is used as a piece of an extensive variety of courses for everyday life. The particular applications introduced in the computer development have various use, one is for record administration or management. Electronic or digital records administration is transforming into the standard for how most affiliations control their information and records. Many records organization structures improved capability in the limit, support and maintenance of records and records arrangement. It gives point by point reports

E-tendering is one of the information technology tools that has been highlighted by construction industry experts to assist in changing the industry's culture and improving its processes. E-Tendering System is an internet based process wherein the complete tendering process; from advertising to receiving and submitting tender-related information are done online. This enables firms to be more efficient as paper-based transactions are reduced or eliminated, facilitating for a more speedy exchange of information. Etendering Systems can significantly reduce the numbers of hours and bureaucracy to create and award a tender. The aim of this paper is to provide tendering services easily and conveniently for city-staff and company, to create tender for bidding their requirements and for the users who want to bid opening tender related to their company, to automate manual activities currently performed in the tendering process. E-tendering System can significantly improve the efficiency and time taken to complete a purchasing process, many of the activities listed above can be managed efficiently. It is implemented by Struts, Spring, Hibernate framework based on Web Application Features. Java platform provides all of the tools and technologies that are needed to build distributed web application. Java is the dominant Web programming language today, and is used extensively by the Open Source community. In this paper, Fedora redhat linux OS is used to implement the web design for E-tendering Services. This system is Web application system depends on this framework concept and uses Hibernate Query Language to test the database. With the achievement of this paper, it is easy to understand how to create E-tendering services with linux administration approaches.

The book is is an outcome of practical and teaching experience of the authors on the subject. It covers the syllabi of B.Tech/M.C.A./B.C.A./M.B.A. of various universities and presents an exhaustive and up-to-date exposition of database management systems in an easy-to-understand manner. It bridges the gap between theoretical learning and practical implementation of databases for various applications.

The land administration services are being provided using traditional methods and processes. The record keeping system is mainly based on manual system so far. There is increasing need for efficient and effective delivery of land administration services. Government organizations use Information and Communication Technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the service delivery. E-Government can bring improvement in efficiency, easy availability and accessibility of service and information to the citizens, business organization, professional users as well as government organizations. The main aim of LRIMS is to automate the land transaction related functions of Land Revenue Offices (LROs) based on different land transactions process requirements. The system is adherence to NeGIF and GEA, availability of intranet facility, provision of web-based system, and data security. System modules show the modules needed for LIS. The implementation status of LIS in Nepal is in initial s...
I have authored this paper to illustrate the History, Types, and Structure of Database Management Systems and their dependencies. Aiming to give a solid overview of the terms database and DBMS. Also, to help the reader create a global, comprehensive picture of the database and DBMS.We start the paper by listing the history of databases and storing data techniques. Then the terms data and types of data. After that, we start defining database and DBMS and their types. We have an extensive illustration of database objects. We give an overview of SQL, DML, TCL, DQL, and DDL as Structured Query Language. Finally, we ended the paper by talking about database normalization and its levels.
Database Management System or DBMS in short refers to the technology of storing and retrieving users' data with utmost efficiency along with appropriate security measures. DBMS allows its users to create their own databases as per their requirement. These databases are highly configurable and offer a bunch of options.

Today's IT government faces a significant challenge in handling huge and growing amounts of data and delivering a quality-led software product that makes maximum use of capital with minimal costs. The query language is a cryptographic protocol i.e. a series of programmers, offering its consumers processes in which users can define, build, manipulate and share their databases with each other. The DBMS is the software set that allows the people to access records, manipulate the data, report/constitute data. This also allows monitor database direct exposure. It is not a new phenomenon that content management technologies were first introduced in the 1960s as such. A "database" is a traditional reference to a number of data and its organization. Database Management System (DBMS) generally requires access to this data, and requires an automated software development package and enables users to communicate with one or more repositories and provides accessibility to all the data stored in the domain (although limitations that deny access to certain data that serve a purpose). DBMS offers a number of features that enable vast volumes of knowledge to be accessed, processed and retrieved and includes ways of managing the management of this material. This paper reviews the database so far developed.
Database management systems are standard tools that enable the storage and retrieval of data within modern information systems. Units introducing database concepts are now an accepted part of most computer science courses. These introductory units tend to concentrate on the use of relational database systems. This advanced module, in contrast, deals with implementation aspects of relational systems as well as to the internal structure and performance issues related to DBMS and tests the candidates‟ knowledge of the current enhancements to relational database systems, object oriented database, datamining, data warehousing etc.. This course examines information about database system architecture, the system catalog, query processing and optimization, transaction processing concepts, concurrency control techniques, database recovery techniques, database security and authorization, object-Oriented and object-relational databases, distributed databases and client server architecture, Data Warehousing and Data Mining, and emerging technologies and applications
Land is a free gift of nature and a factor of production, land tenure is the name given, particularly in common law system to the legal regime in which land is owned by an individual, due to the fact that keeping records of lands and their owners has been a great task to government and the government access to land Information proves difficult that most times people are defrauded due to lack of Land Information illegal sales of land without the consent of the owner are very common e.t.c. This work " Computerized Land Information Land Information system " is designed to help keep record of land which includes: the size of the land, location of the land, the type of houses to be built on such lands, the owners of purchases lands and so on. Therefore, this software is developed to keep record of land Information system. As such making it easy to keep details Information on lands size, Location, ownership and type of house to be built on the land and also easy accessibility of stored records. Hence, the records in this software will be stored in database using MySQL server as DBMS other tools and methodology also used are PHP, XHTML, CSS and Apache which comes with MySQL.
