Discipline is an organization attitude, whose mistakes affect balance. Even in the worst cases, discipline can damage the environment. This condition should be avoided. Because really discipline is the attitude of success. This study aims to explore information about discipline, especially individually, how and what discipline they have. The method used in this research is survey. Then the derivatives use observation, in it there is an interview. The results of the study revealed, 1) the background dominated the attitude of the discipline. 2) knowledge or education strengthen discipline. and 3) rules are instructions on how to be disciplined. This confirms, discipline in principle the individual part. Therefore placing and treating it must be a humanitarian approach. However, organizations can mix disciplines as the goals of the organization

Organizational discipline is very useful for companies in achieving employee performance. The purpose of the study was to see how the influence of discipline on the performance of employees of PT Alamjaya Wirasentosa Depo Pematangsiantar, which amounted to 25 employees. Data testing was carried out using a validity test with valid criteria and reliability with the results of reliable criteria normality test showing the results that the data distribution is normally distributed, the coefficient of determination with the results is 43% while the remaining 57% which is a variable that is not explained in this study, simple regression with the results equation Y = 22.884 + 0.824, and the results of the partial test show that there is a positive and significant influence of discipline on employee performance. This shows that good discipline will produce good performance, if the discipline is too binding then performance can decrease.

Gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja merupakan salah satu dari beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Batam City Investent. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS untuk menganalisis data. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. This study aims to determine the application of employee work discipline in CV. Bangun Nusantara Teknik (BNT). Analysis of the causes of employee indiscipline problems and ways to solve disciplinary problems that exist in this company. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and observations. Research informants were taken by purposive sampling, namely five employee representatives who were considered capable of providing explanations related to the research topic. After carrying out the analysis process, the research results could be concluded that BNT employees have a low level of discipline so that it needs to be improved again. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population is the employees of PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara of the Palembang Branch Office. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and observations. Data analysis techniques are used for multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence on the variables of work discipline and motivation on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pusat PT BPR BKK Kota Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan kuesioner, observasi dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari semua karyawan yang bekerja di bagian Sumber Daya Manusia, Pemasaran dan Keuangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Sesuai hasil analisis data, efikasi diri dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan. Disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dibandingkan variabel independen lain.

Karyawan atau Tenaga Kerja manusia pada dasarnya dibedakan atas pengusaha, karyawan dan pemimpin, Tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu aset yang sangat penting. Manusia yang merupakan tenaga kerja bagi perusahaan kadang kala sering diabaikan sebagai aset yang berharga. Tak jarang, perusahaan hanya mengganggap bahwa tenaga kerja (karyawan) sebagai beban yang harus selalu ditekan untuk mengurangi biaya dalam produksi. Namun, itu merupakan pandangan yang kurang tepat. Karyawan merupakan satu-satunya aset yang tidak dapat digandakan dan diciplak oleh manusia lain karena pada hakekatnya tiap-tiap orang adalah mahluk unik yang diciptakan oleh Maha Pencipta dengan karakteristik yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, tenaga kerja harus selalu dijaga dan dikembangkan sehingga memberikan output yang optimal bagi perusahaan.. Tugas penting MSDM adalah mengatur dan mengelola faktor manusia seoptimal mungkin agar dapat hasil yang efektif dan efisien.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan yang terdiri dari disiplin kerja (X1) dan sistem kompensasi (X2) terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui variabel manakah diantara variabel disiplin kerja dan sistem kompensasi yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of working hours and work discipline on employee performance at PT XXX. The sample in this study was 80 employees. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that working hours have a negative impact on employee performance, this shows that if working hours are higher, employee performance will be lower, and if working hours decrease, employee performance will increase. Discipline has a positive impact on employee performance, so that increasing employee discipline will be followed by an increase in employee performance.

p enelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. X. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 60 orang karyawan bagian produksi pada PT. X. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari disiplin dan kinerja karyawan Data dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan studi pustaka, kuisioner dikembangkan dari indikator-indikator masing-masing variabel yang menjadi pengamatan. Uji data dilakukan dengan validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan koefisien determinasi dan uji parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
