In turn, it was demonstrated the contribution of the philosophical conception, the computer science and the pedagogic competition in the administrative innovation in the Program of Academic Complementation of the Ability of Pedagogy-UNCP-2006. In the study the descriptive method of the process of change was used happened in the educational administration and the analytic one to establish the fundamental characteristics before and after the realized changes, the descriptive statistic and inferencial, the design description correlacional that relates the pedagogic philosophy-computer-competition with the administration of the Program, the test of square Chi. The population was conformed by 760 students, 30 professors and 6 directives of the Program in the year of 2006 and a sample of 330 students of the promotions, 30 professors and 6 directives, in total 795. The qualitative questionnaire was used as instrument. The office worker of the Program constitutes a theoretical body, where the systemic unit settles down with the computer science's technology and envelope the conduction of the development of the competition system in the pedagogic formation. In the practical plane, the address of an organization in the whole administrative process, the realization of the educational investigation in the classroom, the qualitative evaluation in education, the administration and pedagogic innovations In consequence, a philosophical touch, the computer science's practice is giving and of the competition; with the unit vision, integrity, cohesion and theoretical innovation and practice to the Program of academic Complementation of the Ability of Pedagogy of UNCP

FECHA : 16 de Febrero de 2009 Ica-Perú 1 INTRODUCCIÓN La contaminación sónica en algunas ciudades es muy aguda: vehículos, aviones, maquinarias. etc. El ruido produce efectos psicológicos dañinos como son interrumpir el sueño (cuando la intensidad supera los 70 decibeles), disminuir el rendimiento laboral y provocar un constante estado de ansiedad. Se dice que las generaciones jóvenes de hoy serán futuros sordos, pues cada vez es mayor el ruido de las ciudades. (Isaza, 1997). La contaminación por ruido es pues cualquier sonido no deseable, que altera, perjudica o interfiere la audición, originando el estrés e impide la concentración y eficiencia en el trabajo. Pasar más de ocho horas diarias expuestos a un ruido que supera los 80 dB ya implica un riesgo auditivo. A partir de los 100 dB, el oído entra en situación de peligro sin importar su duración, y el umbral del dolor comienza en los 120 dB. La Fábrica de Tejidos Pisco S.A.C.-Pisco, está dedicada a la transformación del algodón para la obtención de hilos (proceso de hilatura), asimismo, el hilo es transformado en tela denim para la fabricación de jeans. En las diferentes etapas del sistema productivo de la Fábrica de Tejidos Pisco S.A.C., existe una gran variedad de equipos los cuales emiten, en diferentes niveles, ruidos que impiden la comunicación verbal normal entre el personal.
