There are interesting developments of political psychology, particularly in the effort of women in politics arena. Until the mid-year 2007, at least 82 women were recorded following the elections in 232 provincial-level regions and districts level. Out of the above, 26 women (30.76%) registered as a candidate for the leader of region and 57 women (69.24%), registered as a deputy leader of the region, although only eight women who are successfully elected as the leader of region and 11 elected as deputy leaders of regional (Arifin, 2008). With direct elections as happened today, making the candidates should follow the "interest" of voters. Efforts to understand the voter’s behavior, feelings and thinking do not always easy. FAIR - NGHIÊN CỨU CƠ BẢN VÀ ỨNG DỤNG CÔNG NGHỆ THÔNG TIN - 2017, 2017

Trong bài viết này, chúng tôi đề xuất hệ thống điểm danh bằng mặt người với máy học véctơ hỗ trợ (Support Vector Machines-SVM) sử dụng đặc trưng GIST. Hệ thống điểm danh thực hiện hai bước chính là định vị khuôn mặt trong ảnh thu được từ camera và định danh đối tượng từ ảnh khuôn mặt. Bước định vị khuôn mặt được thực hiện dựa trên các đặc trưng Haar-like kết hợp với mô hình phân tầng (Cascade of Boosted Classifiers-CBC). Chúng tôi đề xuất huấn luyện mô hình máy học SVM sử dụng đặc trưng GIST để thực hiện định danh đối tượng từ ảnh khuôn mặt. Kết quả thực nghiệm trên tập dữ liệu gồm 6722 ảnh của 132 đối tượng là những sinh viên Khoa CNTT-TT, Trường Đại học Cần Thơ cho thấy máy học SVM sử dụng đặc trưng GIST đạt đến 99.29% độ chính xác trên tập kiểm tra, cao hơn khi so với mô hình mạng nơron tích chập (Convolutional Neural Network-CNN), máy học SVM sử dụng mô hình túi từ (Bag-of-Words-BoW) của đặc trưng SIFT (Scale-Invariant Feature Transform), Bayes thơ ngây với láng giềng gần nhất (Naïve Bayes Nearest Neighbor-NBNN) sử dụng đặc trưng SIFT có độ chính xác lần lượt là 96.88%, 97.54% và 98.88%. Preparing soft skills for students has been being a matter of great concern to both society and the education industry. Soft skills are an essential factor for the success and happiness of each individual. Many decades ago, the weakness of soft skills of Vietnamese students have been warned by educational organizations, businesses and domestic and foreign experts. Although knowledge that is considered as a necessary condition during the learning process; it is still not a sufficient condition for students who want to get a desired job. Nowadays, soft skills training activities are quite popular in almost universities and it is one of requirements for student’s graduation. However, these training activities are different in each university. In this study, from the practical experience in training soft skills of other universities, the authors recommend some basic solutions for integrating soft skills into main subjects in the specialized knowledge teaching process.
