Conceptual Framework: CS is the set of relationships between individuals or communities, their norms and values , a core component is the institutional construct that serves as a context for social development. CS developed in parallel with the Human Capital (KH ) dimension including health . Objective: To identify variables related to CS population health ; verify that the health insurance is a key variable of CS (institutional ) and CS allows the disposable income is not disturbed from disease . Hypothesis: The CS family grows by KHKHhealth and health develops institutional CS.
