إدارة الجودة الشاملة وعلاقتها بجودة حياة العمل:, دراسة ميدانية

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة تحقيق متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة بمدارس منطقة الباحة من وجهة نظر قادة المدارس والمعلمين في ضوء الرؤية الوطنية للمملکة العربية السعودية 2030م، والکشف عما إذا کان هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسط أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى للمتغيرات (المسمى الوظيفي، وسنوات الخبرة، وعدد الدورات في مجال إدارة الجودة الشاملة)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (344) قائدا ومعلما بنسبة (10%) من مجتمع الدراسة الکلي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة احتوت على(33) فقرة. وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا والتحقق من دلالات صدق وثبات الاستبانة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر متطلبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة (متطلبات تنظيمية، ومتطلبات بشرية، ومتطلبات مادية ) جاءت بدرجة عالية. This study aims to provide empirical evidence and discuss the relationship between earnings aquality and the firm value with managerial ability as moderating variables. the study used a sample of companies listed on the Egyptian stock market, including 133 companies, for 16 sectors, in the period from 2010 to 2018. The results of the statistical analysis showed that there is a positive relationship between the earning quality and the firm value. The results also showed that the managerial ability has a significant effects on the relationship between the quality of profits and the firm value. The research recommends paying attention to the earnings quality in light of the information revolution, and paying attention to developing the managerial ability skills of managers, because it has a profound impact on the strength of the relationship between the quality of profits and the firm value.

المستخلص يقدم هذا البحث تعريفاً للجودة وابعادها ومفاهيمها سواء اكان المفهوم التقليدي او الحديث لها فضلا عن استعراض ابعاد الجودة في التعليم العالي والرؤية والرسالة مع الاهداف العامة لقسم الاحصاء. ومن ثم استعراض اهداف الجودة والاغراض المتحققة منها فضلا عن الاليات المستخدمة لتحقيقها. واستخدم معيار( Six- Sigma ) كأحد المنهجيات المستخدمة في الجودة مع عرض الجذور التاريخية لاستخدام هذه المنهجية واساليب تطبيقها والتعاريف الخاصة بها وصولا الى بيان انموذج دمايك(DMAIC) مع ذكر المعادلات الرياضية الخاصة بايجاد مستوى الـ( Six- Sigma ).ومن خلال التطبيق وبالاعتماد على البيانات الخاصة باعداد الطلبة في قسم الاحصاء-جامعة بغداد وللدراستين الصباحية والمسائية للعام الدراسي( 2010-2011 )تم قياس مستوى الـ( Six- Sigma )وقد بينت النتائج ان قسم الاحصاء يقع في المستوى الثاني من مستويات (السكما الستة).

The current study examined the assessment of the occupational safety procedures in two productive establishments and a public service institution in southwestern Algeria. The study was conducted on a sample of 201 workers and their average age (40) distributed in terms of type to males (178) and females (23). In order to verify the hypotheses of the study, a questionnaire was constructed based on previous studies, consisting of 46 items, including four dimensions (safety procedures, work environment design, training to prevent hazards, worker perception of risk). In addition to the interview with the security official and the head of the users' department. The results of the study found that there is a great interest in the safety procedures in the three institutions as they are centrally managed, and that the design of the working environment is in accordance with the Ergonomics standards. This configuration contributed to their level of awareness, However, it was found that the workers need continuous training because the company adopts the modernization of machines and machines, which necessitates adapting to the new situations. This study aims at recognizing accounting education quality in accounting department from the point view for staff teaching in accounting departments of economic colleges in Zawia University. In order to achieve this objective, (37) questionnaires were distributed, (28) were collected back. These questionnaires subjected to descriptive statistics analysis and Kruskal Wallis test. The study concluded that the accounting department of economic colleges in zawia university Lacking for many quality aspects as: scarcity of academic supporting service like equipment, devices supportive of specialization, and physical possibilities, like supporting utilities and services. In addition there are some impediments of academic accreditation standards, such as: high degree of centralized decision making, predominance of character bureaucratic in organizational environment in the university, There is non-commitment to quality applying by administrative leadership, lack of integrity and transparency in Employment, and Weakness the staff efficiencies in department.

The aim of study was to identify the degree of innovative leadership practice of academic leaders at the University of Bishah from the point of view of faculty members. The researcher Used the descriptive method to fit it for the purposes of this study and the sample was formed from (209)Faculty member. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر معايير الحوكمة على جودة الخدمات الصحية الحكومية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة الحالية من جميع العاملين في المؤسسات الصحية بمدينة الرياض، حيث تكون عينة الدراسة من العاملين في المؤسسات الصحية بمدينة الرياض والبالغ عددهم (78) فرداً، واستخدم الباحثين الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، وقد تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي spss لتحليل بيانات الدراسة، وفي ضوء ما سبق توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها أن استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول أبعاد واقع معايير الحوكمة في القطاع الصحي الحكومي بمدينة الرياض لدى المبحوثين من العاملين في المؤسسات الصحية بمدينة الرياض بمتوسط حسابي (3.90)، حيث تراوحت متوسطات موافقتهم ما بين (4.31 إلى 3.42)، وأن مربع معامل الارتباط R square أو معامل التحديد يساوي (0.086) للمتغير المستقل وهو: (معايير الحوكمة) وهذا يعني أن هذا المتغير يفسر (8.6%) من التباين الكلي في جودة الخدمات الصحية الحكومية بمدينة الرياض. وفي النتائج توصي الدراسة بضرورة العمل على تحسين واقع معايير الحوكمة في ا...
