Abstrak: Kepimpinan Wanita Menurut Perspektif Hamka. Riset ini membahas pendirian Hamka terkait soal kepimpinan wanita. Ia mengkaji pandangannya tentang urusan kepimpinan wanita dan perbandingannya dengan pandangan ulama yang lain berhubung keabsahan dan pendirian syariat terhadapnya. Metode kajian adalah bersifat deskriptif, analitis dan komparatif dengan meninjau ijtihad Hamka tentang soal kepimpinan ini dalam karya-karya falsafah, fiqh dan tafsirnya yang muktabar dan perbandingannya dengan pendapat ulama Islam yang lain. Ia merumuskan pemahaman Hamka yang kritis tentang batas-batas yang khusus yang digariskan syariat yang telah meletakkan kepimpinan wanita dalam konteks yang tepat dan praktikal dan sewajarnya, sesuai dengan sifat, pembawaan, keperibadian dan kedudukan mereka sebagai pemimpin, serta selaras dengan keupayaan dan naluri dan fitrah kewanitaan yang sebenar. Sedangkan tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui kajian kepemimpinan wanita berdasarkan sudut pandang Hamka. Untuk menjawab dan mendeskripsi atas rumusan masalah dalam tulisan ini penulis menggunakan teknik mengumpulkan teori yang didapat dari beberapa referensi baik berupa buku, majalah, internet, dan karya ilmiah lainnya lalu disesuaikan dengan kajian bahasan yang diangkat dalam tulisan ini. Dalam perbahasan tentang asas kepimpinan wanita Islam ini, Hamka telah menggariskan beberapa kriteria penting yang mengisbatkan hak dan status wanita sebagai pemimpin. Beliau mempertahankan kemerdekaan mereka sebagai pemimpin dan menekankan tentang tanggungjawab yang sama yang mesti dipikul dalam menegakkan kepimpinan ini. Ini dibahaskan dalam konteks dan skop yang luas daripada prinsip Islam yang memberi ruang kepada mereka untuk melibatkan diri dalam pemerintahan dan perencanaan undang-undang, dan menyumbang dalam meninggikan kedudukan dan martabat umat. This paper discusses Hamka's stance regarding women's leadership. He examines his views on the affairs of women's leadership and its comparison with the views of other scholars regarding the validity and stance of the Shari'a against it. The study method is descriptive, analytical and comparative by reviewing Hamka's ijtihad on this leadership issue in his works of philosophy, fiqh and muktabar interpretation and comparison with the opinions of other Islamic scholars. He formulated Hamka's critical understanding of the specific boundaries outlined by the Shari'a which have placed women's leadership in an appropriate and practical and proper context, in accordance with their character, nature, personality and position as leaders, and in line with their desires and instincts and nature. true femininity. The study obtained a broad fikrah Hamka that interprets the syarak passages related to the principle of female leadership from a positive angle that maintains its validity which is supported by strong arguments and evidence and as proven in the reality of Islamic history and tradition. The problem in this paper is how to study women's leadership based on Hamka's point of view. Meanwhile, the purpose of this paper is to determine the study of women's leadership based on Hamka's point of view. To answer and describe the formulation of the problem in this paper, the writer uses the technique of collecting theory which is obtained from several references in the form of books, magazines, the internet, and other scientific works and then adjusted to the study of the discussion raised in this paper. In discussing the principles of leadership for Islamic women, Hamka has outlined several important criteria that describe the rights and status of women as leaders. He maintained their independence as leaders and emphasized the same responsibility that must be taken in upholding this leadership. This is discussed in a broad context and scope of Islamic principles which provide space for them to involve themselves in government and statutory planning, and contribute to elevating the position and dignity of the Ummah.

This study is an effort to explore more concrete and holistic understanding related to existence and woman role in Batak society. In reality, Batak have several terms which refer to the strong existence of woman in Batak society. Indonesian leadership is strongly influenced by culture, because Indonesia has many regional cultures. Wacana kepemimpinan perempuan tidak pernah berakhir didiskusikan. Beberapa pertimbangan teologis Islam selalu menjadi alasan utama untuk mendukung kesetaraan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Artikel ini mencoba untuk menyajikan analisis tekstual dan kontekstual tentang kepemimpinan perempuan di ranah publik. Hal ini karena berdasarkan pemahaman secara tekstual terhadap sunah Nabi dan opini dari sebagian ulama Muslim secara buruk menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan perempuan dalam urusan publik dilarang. Namun berdasarkan pemahaman secara kontekstual tidak demikian dengan syarat mampu mengemban amanah. Perempuan sesungguhnya bukan warga kelas dua dalam masyarakat. Perempuan juga sebenarnya bisa memimpin. Hanya saja, kesadaran publik untuk memilih perempuan masih rendah. Adanya tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk mencari tahu penyebab keterlibatan perempuan yang minim di arena politik Indonesia. Women's leadership is nothing new for the Acehnese. In the history of Aceh, some women have emerged as leaders. As time pass by, some Acehnese women are entrusted to occupy several strategic positions ranging from lower to upper levels. To find out more about women's leadership in Aceh, the author seeks to learn the typology of Acehnese women leadership. This study aims to examine the efficacy and achievement of the women in leading governmental institutions by taking into account each type or style of leadership performed and the driving factors of their success. This study uses an interpretive descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The study showed that some factors contributed to the ability of women in leadership such as family, education, and the environmental condition. The types of women's leadership in Aceh are charismatic, democratic, bureaucratic, participatory, transformational, and cultural. There are some other factors that contribute to women's leadership in Aceh; First, the public is confidence and perceives female leaders. Second, their involvement in organizational activities. Kepemimpinan perempuan dalam Islam masih menjadi salah satu persoalan yang menjadi perdebatan di kalangan Ulama di dunia, Indonesia bahkan di tingkat daerah. Aceh merupakan satu-satunya daerah legalisasi pelaksanaan syariat Islam di Indonesia, sehingga mengetahui pandangan para Ulama di Aceh tentang kepemimpinan perempuan yang masih menjadi polemik merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan menarik, terutama pandangan para Ulama Pesantren di Aceh. Studi ini berbentuk analisis terhadap jajak pendapat yang dikumpulkan dari pandangan para ulama Pesantren di Aceh terhadap kepemimpinan perempuan. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ulama Pesantren di Aceh memiliki dua pandangan dalam meninjau kebolehan seorang perempuan menjadi pemimpin. Pertama, membedakan antara urusan Syariah dan muamalah. Dalam urusan syariah, para Ulama sepakat tidak membolehkan seorang perempuan menjadi pemimpin, seperti menjadi Imam shalat dan Khatib Jumat. Sedangkan dalam urusan muamalah, mereka membolehkan seorang perempuan menjadi pemimpin, seperti menjadi Kepala sekolah, ketua PKK, ketua Koperasi dan lain-lain, hingga Jabatan legislatif dan eksekutif. Kedua, Ulama Pesantren di Aceh “memberi celah” bagi perempuan untuk menjadi pemimpin, yaitu mereka pada dasarnya melarang atau tidak membolehkan seorang perempuan menjadi pemimpin. Namun, apabila ada diantara perempuan yang mencalonkan diri, dan dia memiliki kemampuan dan dijamin keagamaannya, maka hal tersebut tidak dipermasalahkan, asalkan ia memiliki kecakapan dan berada pada jalan syariat Islam. Aceh is the only area of the legalizations the implementation of Islamic law in Indonesia, so knowing the views of the Ulama in Aceh on women's leadership is still being debated is a very important and interesting, especially the view of the Ulama Pesantren in Aceh. This study is an analysis of the poll form collected from the view of the scholars boarding school in Aceh on women's leadership . The results of this study indicate that the boarding school in Aceh Ulama have two views in reviewing the permissibility of a woman becoming a leader . First , distinguish between Sharia and muamalah affairs. In matters of sharia , the scholars agreed not allow a woman becomes a leader , as an Imam and Khatib. While in the affairs muamalah, they allow a woman to become leaders, such as being a school principal, chairman of the KOPERASI, up to the legislative and executive Position. Second , Ulama Pesantren in Aceh "giving gap" for women to become leaders, that they basically do not prohibit or allow a woman becomes a leader. However, if there is among women who ran, and he has the ability and guaranteed religious, then it do not matter, as long as he has the skill and are on the way Islamic law.
