In this study, we will look at the direct effects of job satisfaction, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior and the indirect effects of these factors through organizational commitment. A company increases profits every year in order to keep reaching a larger target. It can be reached if each employee is having an Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The aims of this study are to measure and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support (POS), and organizational climate through OCB of the employee on employees in an outsourcing company Jakarta. The population of this study was all employees in the outsourcing company, which were 72 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling with all employees for the object. This study used a linear regression method to analyze data. The finding of this study was job satisfaction, POS, and organizational climate variables have significant correlations to OCB. This study also showed the most variable that influencing OCB was job satisfaction.
This research is to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on organizational performance through organizational citizenship behavior at PT Delta Indonesia Pranenggar. The population and study sample were all company employees as many as 102 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique with data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that the variable of organizational citizenship behavior could mediate between the variables of job satisfaction and organizational culture on organizational performance.

The purpose of this study is to understand and describe the impact of organization culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and its implementation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) for employees of PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk. This research is an explanatory survey quantitative research. Data were analyzed by the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and processed using SmartPLS 3.2.7. The data used a questionnaire, with the number of respondents as much as 135 peoples. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment to OCB, (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment but does not have a direct effect on OCB, (3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, (4) organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously effect organizational commitment and (5) organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on OCB.
