Abderrahmane Ibn Khaldun is one of the first to study the relationship between religion and the state in a deep sociological analysis based on the relationship between the tribe and the state in the Maghreb countries. He developed his analysis from the concept of "assabia", emphasizing his decisive relationship with the religious call ((Daawa). He demonstrated in his famous work (Muquadima) how the "assabia" as a "tribal" social bond is consolidated thanks to the religious call, given its cultural and educational dimensions; and succeeded in mitigating the conflicts between the tribes, pushing them to compete and establish the states. In addition, He emphasized when the religious call succeeds and when it does not reach its goal. He connected the concept of tribal "assabia" in a comprehensive analysis of the social and political role of religion. This document tries to push the search in this direction.

This research seeks to analyze polemic discourse in the eighth epistle of the Brethren of Purity entitled "The Case of the Animals versus Man Before the King of the Jinn." It is an allegorical fable full of debates over which thinkers had a lot of debates as it was considered a scientific project that provided positive and negative claims over the reliability of the relationship between animals and man. It also presented conflicting defenses regarding superiority versus delegitimization on the arena of coexistence ideology in this polemic confrontation that could be understood as a dynamic development of self-concept. The research aims to provide an epistemological vision of polemic discourse as a discourse that has its own traditions and its specific wording and analysis, which distinguish it from other discourses and set its limits. The research attempted to answer the following questions: What is polemic discourse? What are its mechanisms? What are its most significant characteristics? How does it shift from intimate dialogue and negotiation to dispute with rivals? The findings of this research indicated that man and animal each claims that he alone has the truth; thus, there is no specific position that the polemic parties can have to beat the rival, but they compete over the positions so that each can confuse the other and reverse or disturb his position by reversing the code to an anti-code. The findings of this research also indicated that animals excelled in the debate with man and worked to refute all his claims, except the last claim which made the debate cease at the end of the epistle and which was not concerned with building a self-image inasmuch as it sought to destroy man's ethos and distort his ideological picture.

This study deals with the lateral messages that accompanied the responses of Sir McMahon to the five letters of Sharif Hussein, which was well-known as the correspondence of Hussein-McMahon in 1915. The large volume of these letters, as well as the diversity of their subjects and the participants by the leaders of the British government and its colonies shows the seriousness and thorough study in the formulation of these responses. These come in accordance with British interests and not Arab aspirations. The number of pages contained in these documents are 149 pages comprising of 84 confidential documents on the correspondence with Sharif Hussein. The study aims to introduce the nature of these hidden aspects and the extensive consultations of the British government before issuing any response from Sir McMahon to the letters of Sharif Hussein. Most of intellectual treasures left behind by the scholars of the Ummah need to be studied in the light of dakwah as a benefit in serving the call to the religion of Allah Taala in everything bound with religious affairs. Of the treasures are letters and correspondences being exchanged among the scholars of the Ummah for the purposes of discussion, and exchanging opinions, viewpoints and orientations, and for the purposes of correcting mistakes and avoiding differences regarding some legal questions. The letters sent to the emirs and governors were for the purposes of avoiding injustices, restoring rights, correcting legal mistakes and so on. This study is concerned with the letter of Imam Malik bin Anas to Imam al-Layth bin Sa c d and the response of Imam al-Layth bin Sa c d. It is related to the dakwah, aimed at exploring benefits aspects of the letters in serving dakwah purpose. This study adopts qualitative and textual analysis in exploring and analyzing the contents of the two letters of words and other various matters or concerns in serving the dakwah and the callers. This study comes out with a collection of lessons and benefits on the dakwah that regarded as serving dakwah purpose and assisting the callers.

يعرض البحث ثلاث قضايا: الأولى، بنية الالتفات النصّي في محاولة لإجراء مفهوم يصدق على التشكّل البنيوي للالتفات النصّي، بإقامة تقابلات وظيفية بين الالتفات ووظيفتين في الدراسات السّرديّة: وظيفة الحافز ووظيفة التحفيز. إنّ الالتفات النصّي يتشكّل وفقًا للاعتبار الدلاليّ؛ فالتصوّر الشّكلي(=البنيّة التركيبية) غير وارد في إقامة مفهوم وظيفيّ للالتفات النصّي؛ أي أنّ بنيّة الالتفات بنيّة فوق صرفيّة(=صيغة الكلمة)، وفوق نحوية(=مسند ومسند إليه=جملة)، فالالتفات النصّي مختلف عن الالتفات في الدّرس البلاغيّ القديم(=التفات الضمائر والأفعال...)؛ فقد يكون الالتفات النصّي مسندًا، أو إسنادًا، أو عدة جمل متتابعة(=آية أو عدة آيات في هذا البحث). والقضية الثانية، إجراء تحليل بنيويّ للالتفات النصّي في الخطاب القرآني، فالالتفات النصّي بناء لسانيّ مثير للاهتمام من جهتي الشكل والمعنى، إذ يتعالق الالتفات بمستويات واسعة من البناء النصّي في الخطاب القرآني، يدعو هذا إلى تحليل بنيّة...
