Competitiveness of the Nordic countries is investigated, using panel data running from 1996 to 2007, for 55 countries. We apply unique IMD World Competitiveness Yearbook data, using combination of the Knowledge Capital Model and Gravity Model to analyze the determinants of the competitiveness of the sample with emphasis on the Nordic countries.
