This article tends to identify the most important economic variables of local savings by analyzing the development of a group of these variables that affect the effect of domestic savings according to economic theory in general, and the impact on the domestic savings in the Algerian economy in particular from 1985 to 2015. The former is based on financial depth, interest rates, income, inflation, public budget balance and oil prices. The study shows that local savings in Algeria are significantly affected by the fluctuationsof oil prices which are vulnerable to other variables themselves.

تناول البحث انعكاس التضخم على كل من العائد واملخاطرة يف السوق املايل وحتديدا يف سوق األسهم وقد مت دراسة هذا املتغري لتاثريه على القيمة السوقية وعدم ظهورها بقيمتها الفعلية مما جيعل من عملية التقييم لكل من العائد واملخاطرة عملية غري دقيقة ال تظهر نتائج تعرب عن الواقع مما يعرض املستثمرين واستثماراهتم احملفظية ملخاطرة مرتفعة لذا مت تسليط الضوء على انعكاس التضخم ومقدار الفجوة او مستوى التغري الذي يطرأ على القيمة السوقية للوصول اىل درجة التغري يف التقييم املعين ومن مت العمل على جتنب هذه الفجوة للوصول اىل نتائج دقيقة عند احتساب عناصر التقييم املعين وقد حقق البحث يف جانبه التطبيقي اهم االستنتاجات املتمثلة اباليت: - 1 -هنالك اختالف واضح يف مستوى التقييم لكل من العائد واملخاطرة فيما بني العوائد املخصومة وغري املخصومة على أساس نسبة التضخم السنوي )األسهم االمريكية امنوذجا( 2 -أظهرت النتائج بعد اخلصم تغريا مهما جيب ان يؤخذ ابالعتبار من قبل املستثمرين يف االستثمار احملفظي لتجنب النتائج غري الدقيقة يف ظل املتغري االول. كما قدم البحث اهم التوصيات املتمثلة اباليت: - 1 -العمل على اعتماد نسبة التضخم يف عملية خصم العوائد الرأمسالية لالسهم لبيان القيمة الفعلية هلذه العوائد نتيجة فقدان العملة جزء من قوهتا الشرائية نتيجة التضخم بشكل ملحوظ. 2 -الرتكيز على عملية اخلصم املعنية بشكل قوي يف ظل حاالت عدم االستقرار االقتصادي كون املخاطرة تكون اكرب يف ظل التذبذب الكبري يف األداء االقتصادي.

The concept of identity is a new concept for studing and analysions. It is a concept which opens a new horizons to see the most important problems Arab societies face especially those with various cultural and spatial particularities . The most important problem is how to cope with the social reality based on technological competition, called globalization. The latter expresses the rise of new culture which multinational companies seeks to implement in Arab societies which live dependency. This does not stop at this level but it goes beyond ; globalization affects ever all what is microscopic, especially when it comes to the category of young people.This Category has its own conception of Arab identity on the one hand and on the other hand the conception of globalization. So, our problem is about youth's ability to form specific self-identity acclimatized with global environmental changes and its awarness of the most important problems and challenges that lie ahead , especially when it comes to development policy , which included this category. This awarness expresses a relation with space with its different dimensions. So, the ability of this social actor to crystallize able to change reality or dedicated social movements.
