Východiska: Bezdicek, Preiss a Dockalova (2009) a Preiss a Macudova (2012) sledovali pocet publikaci ceských docentů a profesorů psychologie a zhodnotili ji jej jako nedostatecný – samotne množstvi publikaci vsak neřika nic o jejich kvalitě. Jednim z ukazatelů kvality výzkumu je jeho replikovatelnost, ktera je přitom jednim z nosných temat soucasne světove psychologie. Ukazuje se totiž, že přinejmensim cast psychologickeho výzkumu replikovatelna neni (zejm. Open Science Collaboration, 2015; Klein a kol., 2016) a že nalezene efekty ve skutecnosti neexistuji. Naopak efekty, ktere existuji, mohou zůstat skryty v důsledku spatně naplanovaneho výzkumu a nizke sily testů. The paper responds to the current situation of building a university counselling service center for students with special needs. It reflects the perspective of an interdisciplinary advisory team APUPA and Department of services to handicapped students at the University of Pardubice. The paper is based on the analysis of data collected by APUPA and Department of services to handicapped at the University of Pardubice. The aim of this paper is: 1) To analyse the system of advice, support and assistance to students with special needs, which is implemented at the University of Pardubice? 2) Suggest a diagram of internal support system for students with special needs including individual advice and special support. 3) To justify the real psychosocial, educational, economic or technical needs of students. Tento přispěvek je připadovou studii vývoje politicke reprezentace v prvnich desetiletich komunistickeho režimu v severomoravske obci Bludov. Necini si generalizujici ambice – chce na konkretnim připadu analyzovat personalni aspekt nejnižsi urovně vladnuti. Hlavni otazkou přitom je, do jake miry stala mistni politicka reprezentace po roce 1948 na nových lidech, do jake miry vychazela z prvorepublikových kadrových zakladů Komunisticke strany Ceskoslovenska ci zda cerpala z politiků, kteři měli předkomunistickou politickou zkusenost. Zajimat nas bude i socialni profil vladnoucich.

Važene damy, važeni panove, akademicka obec Pravnicke fakulty Masarykovy univerzity se neschazi na svých slavnostnich zasedanich casto. Ať již z podnětu Akademickeho senatu PF MU, nebo Vědecke rady Pravnicke fakulty, jsou slavnostni zasedani konana u přiležitosti významných udalosti a výroci fakulty. Při dodrženi teto tradice je tomu tak i nyni, kdy bylo svolano veřejne zasedani Vědecke rady Pravnicke fakulty MU při přiležitosti výroci založeni a výroci znovuobnoveni Pravnicke fakulty.

In this paper, the author responds to the historical context and the current situation of service measures, support and assistance for students with special needs at universities. The aim of the paper is to document the history of educational inclusion of students with specific needs, focusing on a specific example of good practice at the University of Pardubice. The author approaches the paper from the position of a basic theoretical approach, which is directed towards theoretical clarification of the observed phenomena. The following methodological approaches were used in the preparation of the paper: a) content analysis of legislative norms, strategic documents currently in force in the Czech Republic and available professional sources; b) quantitative design in the preparation of statistical surveys = number of students with special needs (SP) at the University of Pardubice (UPa) in 2012-2021. The aim of our contribution is research about availability of selected statistical dates in Czechia and their comparison with the statistics in the neighboor states. We selected for this project couple of indicators from the area Human and social resources, which is a part of a bigger grant-aided research named as Influence of cross-border cooperation on regional development of the Czech borderland. Afterthat we completed a list of indicators, we had to find their definitions and compare it among Czechia, Slovakia, Poland and Germany. The conclusion of the contribution is a table of the indicators, where we can see, if they are fully or partially comparable or if they are completely different.

The article deals with the question of the present position of economic history as a theoretical framework of scientific specialization and university study branch in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the Central European tradition and analyzes reasons forthe connection between economic and social history. It concentrates on the question whether economic history can exist as an autonomous discipline, on which theoretical basis economic history could be built, and from where to derive methodological inspiration.The authors claim that currently the social historians do not consider the connection with economic history as pivotal. They regard the position of economic history as inferior and according to them the dominant role of social history prevents them from dynamicmethodological development. Nemateriální kulturní dědictví (intangible cultural heritage), úspěšný konceptuální (ale i jazykový) novotvar vytvořený experty mezinárodní organizace UNESCO pro označení prvků expresivní kultury sdílených různými typy komunit celého světa, pro které se v minulosti používaly termíny typu folklor, tradice či (tradiční) lidová kultura, se v posledních letech v mezinárodní kulturní politice etabloval jako ur-čitá protiváha "tvrdším" konceptům jako je světové dědictví. Na vytváření konceptu nemateriálního kulturního dědictví se na přelomu milénia výrazným způsobem podíleli odborníci z oblasti etnologických a antropologických věd (především ev-ropské etnologie a folkloristiky), kteří se dnes zabývají jak základním výzkumem kriticky interpretujícím jeho používání a dopady, tak související aplikovanou od-bornou činností.
