is one of the most well-known scholars of the Kurdish nation, was born in 1750 AD in the village of (Rust) in Balk territory. Firstly, He was taught by his father, and then by the scholar (Abdullah al-Bayazidi) Who he was the student of the scholar (Sibghatulla Al-Haidary). In the end, he got his scientific certification by Al-Bayazidi. Then, The Emir of Soran emirate ordered Ibn Adam to go and settle in Rawanduz as a teacher and a judge. After that, he returned to Ballakety and there he started teaching and writing, many learners surrounded him. Almost of his books and writings appeared there. His scientific and educational efforts in Balak territory have had a great impact on the area scientific and cultural fields. That is why, Ballakety has become an educated and an open area with literate people in comparing to other neighboring areas. Key word: allama Muhammad Ibn Adam-scientific role-balak area

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى رصد تجليات المقاصد التواصلية في أخبار خلفاء ووزراء العصر العباسي وإبراز أهميتها في نجاح العملية التواصلية. ولكون الأخبار فعلاً تواصلياً، له أطرافه وسياقاته التي تؤدي دورا مهما في تشكيل خطاباته؛ فقد اختير إعمال المنهج التداوليّ؛ لفهم الخطاب السردي، والبحث عن طبيعته التواصلية، والعلاقة بين اللغة ومستخدميها داخل الإطار السياقي، لاسيما أن التداولية تُعنى بدراسة المقاصد السياقية. واقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يقسم على مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث، المبحث الأول: المقاصد السياسية. المبحث الثاني: المقاصد الثقافية. المبحث الثالث: المقاصد الاجتماعية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى إثبات استجابة ذلك الخطاب للطرح التداوليّ في ظلّ خصوصيته السردية؛ والذي اتضح من خلال رصد تجليات المقاصد التواصلية في أخبار خلفاء ووزراء العصر العباسي والكشف عن الكفاءة التواصلية لأخبار خلفاء ووزراء العصر العباسي؛ ما يفتح المجال أمام الباحثين لتقديم قراءة جديدة لتراثنا العربيّ من منظور لساني معاصر؛ تُسهم في إثراء المحتوى العلميّ بمجال الدراسات العربية التطبيقية في المنهج التداولي.

During the Mamlukids' era, the exile punishment was imposed without a juridical verdict, but by the Sultans' decrees, or through the de facto ruler in the state. This exile was enforced for several reason mostly political, which reflects the nature of Muamluk rule, who rely on fights and competition for power. This paper will not examine the exile as punishment and its reasons, but rather will illustrate the degrees of exile punishment, and the cities utilized by the Mamluk sultans as a place of exile, weather these cities were in Egypt or Syria or Hejaz, within the Mamluk sultanate. At the same time, it will focus mainly on Egyptian cities, especially Damietta. This will not be a mere description but rather an attempt to answer the most significant question, i.e. what are the variances between these cities in their function as exile places? Was the exile punishment was merely deportation?. If so the case, why the exile was mainly towards Egyptian cities as a place of exile? The research deals with a study of a book of "brief documents" that's belongs to IBRAHIM ALGHARNATI who died in 579AH, with identifying the book and its author, and highlighting the juristic importance of this book, out of its contents of the sayings of the Maliki school's jurists, and its issues related to documents editing and explains or explaining the features of its documentary work by enacting a rules and regulations in writing various documents and contracts.

The research highlights some explanations on the status of Arabic grammar and its origin with the statement that Abu al-Aswad al-Duali was not the author of it. To develop the research presentation, the research discussion focuses on orientalists’ views toward Arabic language as well as the modern views among the Arabs also will be accounted. Therefore, based on consistent narratives and logical arguments by scholars indicated that there was no connection between Aristotle and Sibawayh. The statement had referred to the different concepts and terminologies usage in the both languages Arabic and Greek. The analysis which base on critical study as a method approach discovered the unbalance statements are still unable to defect the authenticity of great narrations and logical arguments of the clarity of Arabic grammar as a result of culture preservation as well as Quran understanding defence.
