الخلاصة تلعب البيانات الاحصائية دورأ مهمآ في عملية التخطيط المركزي والدراسات العلمية , وتأتي أهمية هذه الدراسة لتعاملها حول كيفية حفظ البيانات الاحصائية من الاخطاء المتوقعة والقيم الشاذة. الهدف من البحث هو تحديد القيم الشاذة بأستخدم الطرق الاستكشافية الحديثة(Exploratory Data Analysis) ومقارنتها مع الطرق المعلمية بعد تحديد القيم الشاذة بأستخدام الاسلوبين. وجد هناك أختلاف بين تحديد القيم الساذة بأستخدام الطرق الآستكشافية وطرق المعلمية وكذلك أختلاف بين الطرق المعلمية نفسها.تبين من خلال الدراسة أنه أفضل طريقة لتحديد القيم الشاذة هي طريقة الرسم الصندوقي(Box plot)

يقدم هذا البحث دراسة أصولية تحليلية لأثر الاختلاف في المناهج الأصولية في مسألة الحكم الوارد على خلاف القياس؛ وقد استعرض هذا البحث النقاش الذي تزعمه شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية وتلميذه ابن القيم حول إطلاق الفقهاء لتسمية الحكم الوارد على خلاف القياس على ما ثبتت صحته من الأحكام الشرعية؛ ثم حاول إسقاط ذلك النزاع على منهج كل طرف في تعليل الأحكام؛ فحرر محل النِّزاع من خلال تحديد معنى القياس عند كلٍّ من ابن تيمية والجمهور؛ ثم التفصيل في منهج ابن تيمية في الاحتجاج للرأي الذي تزعمه ببيان أنه "ليس في الشريعة شيء على خلاف القياس"؛ وقد سعى هذا البحث إلى ايجاد مقاربة بين منهج ابن تيمية ومنهج الجمهور في المسألة، بتبيان حقيقة النزاع القائم هل كان لفظيا أم كان حقيقيا، وهل كان النِّزاع في ذات المحل؟، أم كان محل كلّ طرف متباينا؟ This research presents an analytical study of the impact of difference in fundamentalist curricula in the question of judgment emanating from a similar dimension. In this article we have exposed the discussion that was conducted by the eminent scholar in Islam Ibn Taymiyya and his pupil Ibn El Kajym on the nomenclature of scholars concerning the judgment emanating from an analogous dimension based on what the legal provisions proved; attempted to project this dispute at the approach of each party to explain its provisions, the dispute was dispelled by determining the significance of the analogy in Ibn Taymiyah and the consensus of scholars, then detailing in Ibn's approach Taymiyya protesting against the opinion "This research was attempted to make an approach between Ibn Taymiyya's approach and that of the consensus of scholars while showing the truth of the conflict, was it verbal or real and if the dispute was in the same point, or was the subject of a total divergence? الكلمات المفتاحية مناهج الأصوليين، القياس، الخلاف، الشريعة الإسلامية. ; analogy - fundamentalist approach - methodological differences - similar dimension – judgment.

كثيراً ما وُجّهَ إليّ السؤال عن المنهج النقدي المناسب في تحليل الظواهر الثقافية، أو في تحليل النصوص الأدبية، وغالباً ما كانت الإجابة متعذّرة، أو في الأقل شبه متعذّرة؛ لأن علاقة الناقد بالمنهج نسبية، وهي علاقة متحوّلة لا تثبت على حال بين زمن وآخر، فضلاً عن وجود اختلاف بين النقاد حول وظيفة المنهج بين مَنْ يراه قالباً صارماً ينبغي إخضاع النصوص له ومَنْ يراه دليلاً يهتدي به لتحليل النصوص واستنطاقها. وفي ضوء ذلك يصبح الجزم برأي نهائي حول علاقة الناقد بالمنهج، وعلاقتهما بالظواهر المدروسة ضرباً من الادّعاء الذي يتكفّل الزمن بإبطال مفعوله، وبعبارة أخرى، فكل حديث ينصرف إلى وصف مكتمل لهذه العلاقة يجد نفسه متورطاً في خضم سلسلة من الادّعاءات التي لا تملك براهينها، لأنه ينطلق من افتراض عام، هو استقرار التجارب النقدية وثباتها، وانكفاء الناقد على نفسه فلا يتفاعل مع الكشوفات النقدية والمنهجية الجديدة، وهذا أمر خارج نطاق الإمكان بالنسبة إلى كل ناقد حقيقي، كون التجربة النقدية مفتوحة على آفاق لا نهائية، وليس من الصواب حصرها ضمن مقولات ثابتة ونهائية؛ لأنها ستضيق بنفسها، وتتعطل فاعليتها المعرفية إذا ما ...

The poster design is an international language, it contains a semantic visual content that the designer tries to communicate with the audience with their different cultures , It conveys the advertising idea as visual data that the audience can translate, interact with and perceive, When the advertising designer uses visual metaphor as a design tool, he uses a method that includes a lot of imagination and symbolism which He uses to present his advertising message , Some visual elements can be used as metaphors in advertising design like the verbal metaphors , it also helps us to understand the unfamiliar concepts of audience, and Deliver the message of advertising to them more effectively, and it doesn't seek to Deliver the meaning directly, but It seeks to provide symbolic inferences to form a comprehensive understanding of the presented message and it's The implicit meaning ,And It is well known that The Advertising Affects Souls And Minds Together , The recipient finds himself critical of it , and this response to the ad's compelling benefits helps the designer find the best and most appropriate way to convince his recipients , Sometimes we use the language and image, or they may meet in a single design, to appeal to the recipient , And to provoke positive reactions in it , The metaphorical methods that we are studying are included in the new Rhetoric, which called for such subjects, namely, linking the Rhetoricto different areas of daily use, The Rhetorical Methods (Metaphor, Metonymy) that It formulates are Visual Templates, As a means Of Persuading The Recipient , Overall, Visual Metaphor Is A Different Artistic Vision of Reality, Which Make Metaphoric advertising designs distinct from any other design, Because It Achieves Esthetic dimension that carries a philosophical And Semantic Content.

ثَمَّ جدلٌ نظريٌ في كتب الأصول، قديمًا وحديثًا، حولَ القول بجواز أن يُعلَّل الحكم بحكمته، أم يجب أن يُعلَّل بالمظنّة الظاهرة المنضبطة (العلّة). وبالنظر إلى الفروع العملية للفقهاء، فإنّا وجدناهم ينيطون الأحكام بالحكمة نفسها تارةً، وبالمظنة/ العلة تارةً أخرى، فاحتاج الأمر إلى معرفة العوامل التي تؤثّر في اختياراتهم هذه. وبالاستقراء توصّل الباحث إلى تسعة عوامل تؤثِّر في نوط الحكم بالمظنّة أو بالحكمة في الوقائع. الكلمات المفتاحية: التعليل بالحكمة، التعليل بالمظنة، العلة، الحكمة.
